Um, in the Character Sheet, what exactly does "Favorite Medium" entail? Sorry, maybe I'm just having a derp moment. (':3) Last one, I'm assuming that all the new characters are freshmen correct? Can none of them join the Tech Support program?

I Drama itself is an acting class...if that helps.You will read from scripts and such....I will add it for you.


'Favorite Medium' means what they prefer or like to use. For instance if you like to draw a lot you might want to chose graphite as your 'Favorite Medium' or colored pencils.


I am not sure what you mean by new, but in this private high school you can be in any grade/year you want. As for Tech Support people you can be in that class but no one knows where you do all the magic in the making. (>u>)

I'm not sure if you've already decided on dorms, but this is what I've assumed based on the premise.


Agri, Caspian, and Lowell are in one dorm room


Kamea, Haley, Carmen, and Aviana are in another


And then since seniors get Co-ed rooms, Derek and Kwiio are in another dorm room.


Again, this is just what I've assumed. If you had another plan already in motion, by all means, please elaborate. I'd like to get as much interaction with roommates as possible~ (^.^)


(Ohhhhh, by the looks of it, to even it out, a senior male and female, along with one more non-senior male are all that's needed)

After gaining permission from our lovely GM, I'd like to ask all of you what you think about making a basic map for the campus?


Regarding acceptance, don't quote me on this, but...I think that everyone is just automatically accepted until it is officially closed??? (' ) Of course, an official decision will be made by @Matsuo Risa but for now, I'd really appreciate any and all feedback for a layout.


So far, I've got a basic plan for two dorm buildings(one for girls, one for boys) with long hallways connecting them to the information/main building, a dorm for the seniors, an administrations building, a LARGE theater, an outdoor lunch area, four different class buildings, a HUGE dome, annnnnnd....a long wall painted with eyes(like the picture in the RP tab).


Please let me know what you think of the idea, or if you have any suggestions or advice~ Much thanks to everyone! (o'v'o)

I really like your idea about the layout!! I think you have really good plan, I'm not really sure that it would need much else. Maybe like a cool hangout type space you know?

I like the idea of a campus map, and the general layout, I personally think it'll make roleplaying easier and better understood if everyone's on the same page for what and where the buildings are. I agree with @Kalani about a hangout space, I believe the word there is a Common Room??


As for acceptance, I'd feel guilty starting to roleplay if I do not have permission to, so to repeat @Kalani's question, am I alright to post as well?

So, after a bit of feedback, I've managed to create and attach a basic layout/map of the buildings in Ruse Academy. Due to popular demand(and by that I mean two people lol), I'll start working on a floor plan on the Info/Main building and add a common room (^.^)


What do you guys think? Not fitting with the image in your head? Scrap it and make a new one? ('A') Or is this okay? If nobody's opposed to it, I think it might be nice to have certain classes have a designated building as well? Like, the dance studio for example be in Building B or something. Any other rooms or classrooms you guys would like to add would be much appreciated!


About roommates, currently only two are a definite, so please be patient (:3) We have a lot of juniors, and females, and a lot of junior females lol. In the mean time, don't stay cooped up in your dorms! Explore the campus, bump into strangers, or not-so-strangers, go crazy! (@V@)


Make sure to speak up if something's bothering you about the layout. If enough people are in agreement, I could always make a new one ( ) Again much thanks to everyone!~

I like the idea of having classes with certain designated buildings, maybe there could be some sort of class directory showing which classes and studios are in which buildings as well? As a side note, I may have missed this, but is the dome being used for something special? I like the architectural feature, I'm curious to see if you had any plans for it.

Oh I completely forgot to address this sorry; @No4hx I was thinking the Dome could be used for anything from school-wide assemblies, to concerts from the school's music classes, to special guests hosting lectures like famous artists or something. Also, maybe for like a couple concerts and/or performances in the theater or dome, parents and the public could be invited, which is why they're so huge
