Just curious as to why we have an image proxy.
I'd like to answer your question but I'm not sure what specifically you're referring to?
I looked up image proxy but the definition doesn't seem to fit anything we have.

The Image Proxy she is talking about is that when you link an external image, it runs it through an RpN URL.
This is so that the HTTPS does not break when a third party image is not running under HTTPS (Since you can't have non HTTPS content in a HTTPS environment with out breaking the secure connection in the browser) it also has other benefits like speed, security, etc.

You can also Google search the image using the right click function.
You can copy and paste the image URL from the post which you found it from. You can also Google search the image using the right click function. I would not want Wizard to sacrifice the functionality and safety of the site over silly memes.
