Jeydon looked out the window of the empty house alone with memories he doesn't want to remember his past whatsoever. He usually just sits down and hangs with all the other ghosts that live in the house but that doesn't help much. Families move in and they're out instantly because of the hell that lies here but in the past months nobody even bothered walking by the house maybe cause of the tragic things that happened here. Jeydon plopped on the ground looking at the clock plastered to the wall as it ticks away each minute of forever.

Xavier rode along in the moving fan with his father. His mother had left early to visit their grandparents and to make sure everything was ready with the agent that had sold them their new home. She had texted him an hour ago asking if he wouldn't mind going with his father as she had to stay in the town. The furniture was about to arrive, she told him. So grudgingly he accept to go. It wasn't the problem that he had problems with his dad, it was just that he had left them when his mother need him the most. It was almost random how he had left them as well. He had just packed up his bags one day and said he needed to leave town for business. This of course was followed by ridiculous pictures in the media of him with various girls and then he had wanted to sell their house to pay for a divorce.. The van rolling over a pebbled road, woke him from his thoughts. He moved his gaze from the window to look at the towering building at the end of the drive.

Jeydon sat on the ground on the ground singing to himself talking to a little girl that once lived here once she stands in the shadows most of the time. He heard a truck pull up he stood up and peered out the window his eyes widen.

"This is interesting?....hey d-" he trailed off looking around for the little girl named lily.

"Lily?!" He yells peering around the cornor of the end of the hallway not seeing her. He shrugs and walks over to the living room sitting on the widow ledge staring at the truck.

Xavier closed the door, stretching his legs as he got out of the truck. His father, Damion came around to his side of the truck. "Everything okay? I know this is hard on you, son." he went on. Xavier drained out the rest of his words and walked towards the front of the house. He looked up while he walked, taking in the shape of the house. It was in amazing condition for the price his mother had paid. Sure it needed a little work, but he could fix it since he now had spare time. The house was almost a mansion but it had the feeling of a country home, with balconies and un-kept plants handing around the exterior. Curious to see the interior, he rushed ahead of his father who was calling his name to help him carry stuff out of the truck, and opened the door to enter the house.

Jeydon heard the door open with people talking to each other he gulped stepping back into the dark hallway grabbing the sides of the wall peering out of the corner. Jeydon took a deep breath even though he didn't need to breath anyways he needed to hide but he wanted to see who was moving in its not like anyone will notice him anyways. He chewed his lower lip nervously as people trudge through the house setting furniture everywhere he stumbled back as movers pass right through him he was used to the loneliness. Jeydon ran up the stairs into his old bedroom where he had hung himself in the past shutting the door which echoed through the house.

"I'm so dumb they'll notice that" he spoke walking over to the corner of his room plopping down criss cross looking around the room.

Xavier helped Damion set up the furniture and shuffle the boxes into the appropriate rooms. He left his stuff in the downstairs hallway wanting to bring it up where he'd have time to organize it all. When they were finished, they paid the movers than sat down on the couch in the middle of the living room. " Hungry?" Damion asked as he looked at his son, " I'm going to go meet up with your mom at the restaurant down the street. Would you like me to pick up anything for you?"

Xavier shook his head, looking at his boxes in the hallway. " I think I'm going to stay here and set up my room. I have school in a week so I want to get started now when I'll have time. Plus, I still need to go shopping for school." Damion left, promising to bring something back and to meet up later in the week to pick up stuff for school. Xavier started to carry up the boxes and furniture to his new room.

Jeydon heard someone slam the door downstairs he sat there staring at the floor then noticing lily standing in the closet.

"Lily? What are you doing?" He asked confused tilting his head slightly she shrugs with a small smile running over to me plopping down next to me.she was so adorable. She has light brown curly hair that is quite long, chocolate colored eyes with a bow in her hair wearing a dress. She was always like a sister to me.

They sat there hearing someone trudging around the house if was quite so that's all you could hear. Jeydon stood up and placed his ear on the door.

Looking around, he noticed his bed, dresser, night table and other furniture must have been set up in his room by the movers. Xavier lifted a couple smaller boxes into his arms then carried them upstairs to organize them into his dresser. After searching the other rooms, he found his bed was missing but his dresser was set up in one of the bigger rooms. It had a large picture window looking out to the backyard and a giant walk-in closet that made him wonder what he would do with all the space. The bed in the room was fitting for the room, it had large posters holding up the drapes that you could close. " What kind of people lived here?" he thought as he looked around. He placed the boxes on the dresser then went down to retrieve the rest. When he was finished bringing them up, he fell onto the bed and stared at the ceiling, taking a break as his muscles fought him.

Jeydon stood up looking at the kid that was looking around his old room he sighed looking at him.He was cute. He thought to himself for a moment facing towards the closet and sat down on the kids bed it's not like he'll notice anyways. "Who are you?" He spoke out loud maybe he could hear him but most likely not he sighed and stood up and placed himself in front of him hoping he would notice but he was looking directly at me but knew he wasn't going to notice him.

Lying on the bed, Xavier almost felt someone was watching him. He looked around the room but no one was there so he lied back down and told himself that he was just tired. Hallucinations and hearing things were just more signs of that. He stopped worrying about what was around him and focused on what he would do the next week to prepare to be at the bottom of the food chain again. He wanted to be at the top, to have friends like at his old school. He didn't care much about the girls, they only bothered him when the offered for them to do his homework when he enjoyed working hard and he wasn't ever attracted to any of them. Feeling the weird sensation of being watched but almost as if it was closer, he opened his eyes. I'm losing my mind! He didn't hear the door open but there was someone on the bed with him! Blinking, he looked into the eyes of a boy about his age. Xavier reached out to touch him, trying to convince himself that it wasn't real, but his hand touched solid flesh. " Uh.. Who are you?" he whispered. " What are doing here?"

Jeydon's eyes widen and he bite his tongue looking at the guy beside him standing up "I never thought you would notice me...or anyone would" he spoke taking a deep breath "uh...don't be afraid of me" he said stepping back then tripping on the floor he then scooted up against the wall in the corner lifting his knees to his chest wrapping his arms around them. "I-I'm Jeydon" he sputters quietly looking over at him with a awkward nervous smile. "I'm...D-D-Dead" he looks down at the floor as his brown hair falls into his eyes.

The boys words echoed in his mind. I'm Jeydon.. I'm dead.. Dead!? " Your dead!?" he asked, quickly realizing that wasn't probably the best thing to say. If you were dead, would you want to be reminded that you were? He didn't think so. He would want to be told he was living, not dead. " I'm sorry, that was probably not right for me to say.. I'm Xavier. It's nice to meet you." he corrected himself. Xavier slowly moved to sit beside the other boy, leaning back against the wall. His hand instinctively reached to touch Jeydon, not comprehending how he was touching something solid that wasn't alive.

Jeydon looked up at him and shrugged "it's fine, I get that reaction a lot...if they even notice me" he spoke with a sad face looking a the floor. "And hi Xavier...I hope you like it here, for ever how long you'll stay" he said looking at his hand touching his skin. "Just get used to it of me being dead....cause there is many others here like me" he said looking up at the ceiling remembering the time he hung himself he turned his head right away glancing up at him.

"Others can see you? Wait, how can I see you?'. Xavier watched the boy, wondering why he was sad. Yes, he was dead but if he were dead he thought he would be having fun. He would go around and knock things on the floor. Spy on people. Chase cats and make people wonder why they were acting weird. He would be traveling around and making jokes out of things. He wondered why he was worried about a boy he just met, but it was weirder how he found himself wanting to make him smile. He let the other boys words wash over him. For ever long you stay. Have there been other people here who had left? Why did they leave? Was this the reason why the house for cheap and mainly off the market? He would hold on this but now was not the time to ask when the other was so sad. Instinctively, he tilted the others boy chin for him to look at him. " What are you remembering?" he softly whispered.

Jeydon sat there and looked up at him slightly "well I guess your just special...i guess" he spoke scanning the room "I killed myself in here" he added "that's why I am remembering and the terrible things that happened in the past in this house. "Some things that you probably don't wanna know" Jeydon says shifting his body to face him. "Do you think I'm crazy?!" He asks with concerned eyes.

He was special. A lot of people at his hold thought he was "special". It was the reason why the followed him around and demanded his attention. But was he really special, special? He didn't think so but if he could see something no one else could maybe it was true. Jeydon killed himself, suddenly he was filled with anger to attack something. What made him go to such an extent as to actually commit suicide? Yeah, he definitely wanted to hit something, his something hard. He closed his eyes and tried to get himself to calm down. He held his breath then took deep breaths. Then he opened his eyes to look at the boy beside him and shifted to pull him closer so he was under his arm wanting to protect him from the world. " Your not crazy.. Whoever drive you to that extent is the crazy one. Why would someone make someone feel like they don't deserve life. It pisses me off.." he took another deep breath, " Well, I'm here now and I'll make sure no one else can get to you.." It kicked in that he just made a promise to someone he just met.

Jeydon nodded looking up at him "well I'm the one who killed myself, so it's fault I'm in this position " he spoke softly taking a deep "breath". "It's to late they are all in here, they're the ones that drive me crazy they're the ones that died in the past" he says as a ball is being rolled over to them. A smile appears a crossed his lips looking up at Xavier then grabbing the ball "lily?" He spoke tilting his head as she appears from the corner of the closet. "Come here" he spoke gently she ran over and plopped in front of them staring at them with a smile a crosses her lips. "This is lily, she's like a sister to me" he looks up at Xavier with a warming smile.

Xavier tried to take comfort in the others words, knowing it was what he had intended when he confessed. It wouldn't settle him though, it was to deeply twined into the others personality. The hurt that had caused him was marked at lines across the others face and he wouldn't allow himself to let go of that so easily but he placed it into the back of his mind. When the ball rolled over, he realized he was trailing his fingers against the others shoulders which he then stopped. Xavier couldn't help but smile as a smile lit up Jeydon's. The girl must mean the world to him, he thought. "Nice to meet you, Lily.. I'm Xavier." he smiled. " Your welcome to wonder around the house, if you like."

Jeydon looked over at Xavier and chuckled scanning his face then grabbing the ball and rolling it. Lily stood there with a huge smile on her lips "tank you" she spoke with a little giggle running after the ball and rolling it over to Jeydon again. Jeydon didn't know how Xavier felt with dead people in his house and especially that he had died in his bedroom...but others have as well. "What do you do for fun?" he asks quietly looking up at Xavier with a shy expression acrossed his face.
