I posted an RP of mine in Interest check and it is entirely gone now. Can someone explain to me what happened or if violated any rules?

If you violated any rules, you should have gotten a notification about it. Otherwise, it could be a blip on the websites part. Or you just passed over it.

Could have been caught by the filter. If you posted it before you had ten or more posts (called messages when you click on your avatar) then it might have been caught by the filter. This sometimes happens to new members. Staff would have to manually approve it to be posted on the site.

if you violated any rules you would have gotten a notification about that for sure 
Seeing that your account is new, this happened because you got caught by our automatic spam filter. It can get triggered by the posts made by new accounts that have less than 10 posts across the forums. But now you have over 10 posts so it shouldn't happen again.
