Hello spooky fall writers, I'm just a flibbertigibbet looking for some fun adventures to keep me cozy this season. I typically write 2-3 paragraphs but can match the length of my partner if we want to go a more lit direction. I've done 8 paragraphs comfortably when doubling characters.
In general I'm looking for someone comfortable with mature themes fitting within a general p-13 atmosphere. If you have an issue with characters cussing, just let me know and I can work around it. I'll be able to keep replies regularly during the week and when online happy to have some steady back and forth. I'm 20 and would be most comfortable writing with folks 16-25 if romance is involved.
PLOT IDEAS (M/M, F/F, M/F are all welcome)
Encounter with a jewel thief --Muse A and B meet and begin a flirtation at a party, Muse A discovers B is a jewel thief and B reluctantly takes A hostage as witness to the crime and both go on the run.
Oak Lodge Murder--Muse A works at Oak Lodge, a rustic woodland hotel and resort, they strike up a friendly relationship with a charismatic guest, Muse B. One day Muse B discovers a body on one of the hiking trails. After a dissatisfying police investigation, Muse A and B try and solve the mystery. Yet, Muse A wonders if Muse B might have more secrets than they are letting on as well.
A Question of Trust- Two spies pose as a married couple for an extended stay at a conference. Their act begins to look like a reality as both spies discover they have real feelings for each other. Yet, one of them finds evidence leading them to believe their partner has been a double agent the whole time!
The Dream Team- Muse A and B were the best spy duo their agency had seen, after regrettable one night stand and big fight the two refused to work with each other again. When they are tricked into working together again they must put the fate of their mission ahead of their squabbles and discover maybe they've been running away from their feelings.
Most of these ideas could work with a fun historical, fantasy, sci-fi setting. So if that sparks an idea for you we can adjust them!
Feel free to suggest your own idea for a fresh fun fall thriller! I love brainstorming!!
