We're in high school. I am the popular guy and you are the quiet girl who doesn't have any friends. You live in an abusive environment and you are very depressed. You're the girl who is always seen wearing jeans and a long sleeve or hooding to hide all of the (possible self inflicted but some of them are just from being abused at home) scars/bruises.


You plan to commit suicide. Your plan is to slit your wrists and jump off of the bridge in the early morning. Nobody can stop you then.


The night you plan to do this, you get invited to a party the next day. So you hold off your plans so you can attend this party and go through with everything after you leave.


But I notice you at, my party, sitting all alone. You intrigue me. I try to talk to you, but you have so many walls built up you can't believe someone like me would try to talk to you. You can only believe that I am up to humiliate you, just like all those movies.


Which makes me want you even more.


So when you leave, I follow you.


I watch you try to fulfill your plans, but I stop you just in time. I save you. I take you home.


Even afterwards, you don't trust me. For a long time you try to stay away from me at school no matter how hard I try, because you have this bizzare idea that I'm out to hurt you.


You know how the rest goes, we eventually fall in love. With a lot of drama and complications.


That's just the basic plot. The rest is up to us!

Celena enjoys singing when she is by herself because she feels like her emotions are set free. Otherwise she is very blunt and rarely smiles, she is a half-glass-empty person and takes a while too look at the bright side of things. Tends not to trust people due to her up-bringing but she still knows who to hold a proper conversation when she really has to.

Perfect! I'll start!


Eli -


I walk into class, and everybody starts to talk to me about my party tomorrow night. "Eli!" "I'm so excited!" "Who is all gonna be there?" people would ask. I'd answer and make conversation and watch other students walk in the class as I wait for school to start.

celena sat down in her normal corner ignoring the people around her, people were too much trouble she didn't want to bother getting along with them. Grabbing her notepad Celena tried to complete some homework given to her.

Eli-


"Tell everyone," I heard Katie, a 'popular' girl tell me.


"Everyone? I don't kno-"


Before I could continue, my friend Jake stood up and said loudly, "Party at my good friend Eli's house tomorrow. Everyone is invited! Tell em, Eli!"


I gulped and stood up and faced the students that were in the classroom, "That's right," I was kind of hesitant, "Everyone's invited. Everyone."

Celena didn't look up but the party perked her interest, Maybe I will postpone that... I should make some memories I guess...


Noting down the address and the time Celena continued to work on her homework.

I went through each class with people talking to me about this stupid party. Man, I wish I hadn't invited everyone because even people I've never seen tried to talk to me. It was so tiring. Finally school was over and I started to walk home. I had to clean my house spotless and make sure anything breakable was hidden.

After school finished Celena made her way home not having to walk too far celena hopped into her family car and drove home. Without saying a word about the party Celena went to her room and got ready. After puling over her favourite jumper Celena left the house leaving a note behind. Slowly she made her way to the party.

As soon as I cleaned the house I called by buddy to get the booze and other drugs. I had a lot of connections even though I rarely used them. This was a special occasion, so I'd end up spending A LOT money on "fun" stuff. Soon after, I got everything set up, I waited for people to start arriving.

Being the last one at the party Celena was able to hide amongst the dancers and the drinkers. Looking around she found a spot where nobody would look. Sitting down Celena looked around at the party. I thought stuff like this was suppose to be more fun then this... Sipping at the juice she had taken from the juice bar she tasted beer. Turned off she placed the drink down and looked around at the people around her.

This is awesome, people are having fun. ELi thought to himself, watching the people and making sure we still had enough supplies for everyone. A girl caught his eye; she was sitting down, completely alone, not drinking, and she looked extremely board. This sparked an interest in Eli. He walked over to her and sat down beside her, "Hey, you don't look like you're having much fun."

Looking up Celena noticed that it was Eli, the popular guy. Not wanting to attract any attention she stood up and smoothed her clothes.


"And here I thought that no one would come bother me here."


Moving her hair behind her ear Celena tried to go around him to find another spot.

Eli noticed her get up and tried to move somewhere else. He had never seen this girl before,(even though they were in the same class) but she was very cute and she looked a bit younger than him. He grabbed her arm lightly, "Where are you going? Sorry if you don't want to be bothered, I'm going to bother you tonight." He coughed, "Not sorry," and grinned.

Frowning Celena sat back down realising that he wouldn't leave her alone, "Don't expect me to say anything."


Picking up the drink that she had gotten before she tried to take another sip but it still tasted the same.

Eli made a face, "Say anything? What are you talking about?" He was kind of clueless, especially after seeing a girl who made him forget the rest of the party, the rest of the world.

Celena raised an eyebrow and shook her head, what was she even doing here again? Wanting to see if there was a drink that hadn't been spiked she decided to go find another drink. Passing the boy this time.

Eli let her go, for now. He didn't want to be an actual bother, although he was a cocky guy, from all the attention on a regular basis, he knew he wasn't actually bothering her. Eli was a smart guy when it came to girls though, he knew he had to play it cool. He made a plan to find her in about ten minutes and pester her some more.

Looking at the drinks Celena couldn't find any drinks that weren't spiked, grabbing an empty cup she went over to the tap and poured in some tap water.


"Oh well this will have to do," she muttered to herself and walked outside.


The backyard was just as gorgeous as the interior and noticing a small tree house hidden, Celena decided to climb up it thinking that finally she could be left alone in peace.

Eli walked all around, making conversations with everyone. Everyone was either drunk/high or very much enjoying themselves. "Eli!" Amber, the popular 'most hottest' girl in school called him over, as he went to look for the girl that he encountered earlier. He did walk over to Amber and talked to her for a couple minutes. "So how about we go to your bedroom.." She was drunk. Eli shook his head, "No, I don't think that's a good idea. You're drunk, get a friend to give you a glass of water."


Eli stood up and walked away. Everyone around them was surprised that he gave up the chance to be close to Amber. He was on a mission. To find that girl. He searched whole house, every quiet or hidden place. Then he walked outside into the backyard. He knew that his childhood tree house was now hidden by the trees, so he searched there.


"Ah, found you," He said, sneaking up on the girl in the tree house.

 

[EternalMusic]

Jumping from shock Celena nearly fell of the verandah of the tree house. Damn it... He found me. Actually that isn't to surprising considering that he is the one who lives here... Sighing she looked at him and looked away taking another sip at her water.


"You don't give up do you?"

Eli grinned and chuckled, "No, I don't. Well I don't if I get interested." Before she could ask any questions he began speaking again, "So tell me, stranger, you must be crazy. You came to a party and yet you still want to be alone, why?"

Not wanting to answer the question Celena dodged it and sighed, "You completely just dumped that girl over there."


Pointing at the girl that Eli was talking to before, Celena winced as she saw the popular girl vomit all over the floor.


Looking at Eli she grimaced, "I wouldn't want to be you tomorrow."

 

[mrsguppiepants]

Eli let out a big breathe, "I guess. I'll get a lot of flack from it, but you know how they all act towards me. They'll get over it. If I would have went with her, she would have puked all over me. No thanks," He chuckled. "What's your name?"

Looking at the boy she decided that it wasn't important for him to know her. She wasn't planning to be here tomorrow anyway.


"None of your business," getting up Celena decided this wasn't going to help her if this boy got involved, "I am tired so I am going to leave now good bye."


Stepping away from him Celena lost him through the crowd and she began to make her way home. Wait the party could be a perfect excuse... Stopping Celena changed her direction and began to walk towards the towns lake that wasn't too far from Eli's house.

Eli thought about letting her go, but he thought she was just playing hard to get. So he watched her leave his house. I hope it doesn't get out of control when I leave He though as he started to follow the girl home. He just wanted to talk to her some more.


He stayed a good distance behind her, but it was kind of complicated to stay hidden when she changed directions. He wondered where she was going....
