I did have this one idea I thought of today:
Muse A is going about her day, walking across a parking lot when a car runs into her hard enough to require medical attention. Muse B is the daughter of the person who just hit Muse A, and they take her to the hospital.
Turns out that Muse A needs to be in a wheelchair for a while due to her broken hip/leg, and Muse B takes care of her until she's better.
