  Bio: Aria is a mermaid who lives in a cave deep in the ocean. She is one of the few mermaids that stays in one place, the others mostly preferring to wander the ocean, as they think staying in one place for too long will lead to discovery by the Humans. Aria frequently likes to sunbathe in a secluded area she picked out herself, though if the weather on the surface is unfavorable she will instead swim around enjoying the ocean. She particularly enjoys singing, though she mostly sings by herself, and is unaware of the magical properties of her singing voice.

  Bio: Elrua is the guardian of the Elrua Forest, which she named after herself due to common naming conventions among Dryads. She can be found strolling around her forest, ensuring its safety, though to encounter her is a rare occurrence unless you threaten that safety. The monsters in the forest may be fighting for territory occasionally, but in the end the forest belongs to her. She will only intervene in a fight if it threatens the forest itself.

  Bio: Emma lives in a cave in the Elrua forest, though she leaves it occasionally to look for prey, which includes animals and Humans, though she likes to toy with the Humans she meets before eating them, in whatever way she can think of. Her tail is strong enough to hold your average adult Human in place without much trouble, and she also has several different poisons at her disposal that can help as well, being injected directly into her victim through her fangs. Another, more frequent reason, she leaves her cave is to visit her friend Arna, a Spider Queen who lives near her own cave.

She has two sisters, one who looks up to her, and the other who seems indifferent, though she is protective of the two. Emily is looked down upon by the other Slimes due to her kind personality, being unusual among the villagers. To escape this, she frequently strolls outside the village to admire the forest.

She can only create so much, however, and has to either wait for it to melt or melt it herself using her powers before creating more. Her limit, if she were to create a solid block of ice with her magic, is about the size of your average house. She is also immune to freezing, unlike other Slimes
  
  
  Bio: Born into Emily's family through an Ice Slime due to complicated circumstances, Amanda has lived in Salima her whole life, unaware of her connection to the Ice Slimes as her Ice Slime parent left before her birth. All she knew was that she was born with her ice powers and an affinity for the cold. That is, until the Ice Slimes came looking for her, claiming her to be their next queen. Kidnapping her and taking her to their village in the tundra, they implanted an alternate personality into her using high-level magic, which she refers to today as Alicia. With the help of the soldiers of Salima and the Humans working together, she managed to break free of their spell, though Alicia still lurks around in her subconscious, waiting for any opportunity she can get to take control again.

  Bio: The youngest of the Slime sisters, Amy spends most of her carefree life in Salima, playing with her friends. She cares for Emily's well-being, even though she can't do much to actually help her. When Alicia was unleashed, Amy was taken captive as well in her efforts to protect Amanda from the Ice Slimes. Alicia then had her Slimes craft a collar for her, enchanted so that if a Slime were to wear it, they would be immune to freezing. Once that was done, Alicia put Amy to work immediately as her slave. Now that those days are over, Amy would much rather forget about them completely, though her tendency to follow orders unquestioningly stems from this past.

  Bio: A Water Slime that lives in a pond in the Elrua Forest. She knows all of its inhabitants individually, and is friends with most of them. Her childish personality simply irritates others, like Amanda, though. She spends most of her time either in her pond or in the forest with one of her many friends, and likes to use her powers to mess with people a lot.

  Bio: Arna is an Arachne - Or Spider Queen, if you prefer - who lives in a complex cave system with her spider minions, who are the same size as her. She enjoys their company, and often spends her time building traps around their nest with them.

  Abilities: Her pollen can smell like anything she wants it to, and can be infused with magical properties to have different effects on people as well. The only thing it can't do is smell like nothing, so if you're near her, you'll always be able to tell. She also uses her vines to move around. And finally, her vines can root into the ground to gather water and nutrients, using them to heal her injuries. She most commonly does this while resting, as this process takes time.
  
  
  Bio: Kayla is the newest arrival to the Elrua Forest. Having traveled here because she was bored of her previous home, she has declared Elrua Forest her new home. She wanders around the forest, looking to meet all of her new neighbors. Kayla appears to have some kind of personality 'Switch', that goes off on its own depending on the situation. She can also switch to this persona manually as well, an offer that she'll rarely refuse if given.
• Note: While this CS is for a Modern setting, Jessica was originally from a Sci-Fi setting. Just ask, and I can convert her CS to Sci-Fi form!

  Bio: Born and raised comfortably under a genetic scientist, Jessica lived in the city of Holaria for a good portion of her childhood. Her father was experimenting with the effects of infusing animal DNA into Humans, and she volunteered to test a vial of cat DNA, due to her love of cats. The infusion was a success, and Jessica became a catgirl. When her father released his results to the public, there were many people who questioned the moral implications of such experiments. There were those who defended him as well, but overall the Sterlings' reputation was shot down by this. Unable to care for her anymore, her parents decided to send her to a boarding school in another city.

  Fantasy Bio: Catherine grew up in a small village named Ikari. Her family was poor, often unable to afford food. As a little girl, she decided to help them out through stealing what they needed from their neighbors; Food, money, anything she could get away with. She discovered she was surprisingly good at it, and she was careful not to let anyone catch her. One day, a group of soldiers came and took her parents away - Someone had seen the girl stealing the previous day, and assumed her parents put her up to it. She managed to escape from the guards, but couldn't do anything about her family. It's now several years later, and Catherine mostly travels around, using her talent for thievery to run an underground market, mostly filled with rare relics and treasures she's stolen from people and found from ruins. As a result, she's infamous across the land, having earned the name "Purple Fox" due to her hair color and steal-and-run strategy.
  
  
  CC Bio: Catherine grew up in the Selkie village of Leuda, where thievery is considered "The norm". In order to protect hers and her family's possessions, she picked up the techniques of those stealing from her, and soon applied them to her own thievery as well. She rapidly became the top of the Selkie class; Very few of her neighbors could match her skill. At age 19, her parents decided to move to Tipa, a relatively new Clavat town. There, she decided to set up a market with her family and the goods they had so far. Of course, the items sold there are mostly stolen from various places, aside from the items the Clavats of Tipa bring in to her to sell for them, taking a good portion of the money gained from any sales. She rapidly grew infamous across the continent, having been given the nickname "Purple Fox", due to her hair color and grab-and-run style.

  CC Bio: Alexis was born and raised in Tipa, the Clavat village, so she was never exposed to the unbridled thievery that drove Catherine. Her family has lived there their whole life, and her father was part of the town's Crystal Caravan, a group of travelers dedicated to protecting Tipa from the Miasma. He died on one of their expeditions, and Alexis took his place, for reasons relating to his death. When she's not traveling, she works as an experienced alchemist, and her potions are sold in Catherine's market frequently. She even created a cure for Miasma Poisoning, a condition where one exposed to the Miasma for too long gets a dangerous amount stored in their lungs.
  
  
  Fantasy Bio: Alexis was born into a family consisting of two experienced adventurers, her parents. She never had one specific place to settle down, as they were always traveling, searching for new adventures to be had. One day, about two years ago, they were involved in an attempt to defend a small village from the power of a Shadow Elemental - A powerful being of dark magic - and both died in the process. Catherine, having volunteered herself for this quest as well, felt pity for the little girl, and decided to take her in and teach the girl how she learned to survive.

  CC Bio: Rowla was born in Leuda, just like Catherine, and the two progressed in ability at roughly the same rate, for the same reasons. With this, combined with the two Selkies' personality clashes, the two became rivals very quickly. Just like Catherine, she is among the best of the Selkie race. But unlike Catherine, she enjoys going about and bragging to everyone she meets about how good she is. It may seem like she's exaggerating to make herself look better (And most of the time that's the case), but do not underestimate her; Her skills are on par with Catherine's own. She has not been given a name by the authorities, however, as she's spent much less time stealing than Catherine has, preferring to show off rather than getting anything done.
  
  
  Fantasy Bio: Rowla grew up in the family of a knight, where she learned to fight from her father. Despite her parents' efforts, she always acted like a spoiled child, insisting she get what she wanted. She always had to be right, and had to be the best at everything. When she heard of Catherine's exploits, her response was to become a thief as well, with the intent of one-upping the girl. Her style is a lot more aggressive than Catherine's; While she prefers not to attack anyone if possible, Rowla forges ahead without regard to the lives of the people she's stealing from.

She used to be friends with the Great Fairy's daughter, Elana, but they lost contact when Elana was taken away by the authorities; To this day she doesn't know why.

Melody does not know of Alta's involvement with the Fairy Princess, Elana.

The other three are dust spells cast out of her wand, or dropped by her wings, and work upon contact. They're coded by color, white dust is a sleeping powder, yellow is paralytic, and pink has a mysterious effect that Elana would rather not talk about
  
  
  Bio: Once the princess of the Fairy world, Elana has been corrupted by her pursuits and interest in Dark magic. Because of this, her mother, the Great Fairy, had to lock her up in a prison cell to keep the other Fae safe. The Great Fairy then hired several people to try and convince her that Dark magic was not something to be pursued. All of their attempts ended in failure, and Elana eventually escaped her cell and the Fairy world. She is now hiding from the Fae search parties on Earth, desperately desiring not to go back to her cell in the Fairy world.

Personality: Amber is a bit of a shy girl. She is what you would call a loner. She only really talks to her brother Austin. Austin is the opposite. He is a popular boy. He love to be the center of attention in everyone's mind. He dosent care if he gets in trouble in the process.


Backstory: their parents died when they where young so they where sent to a boarding school by their grandmother who couldn't take care of them. Amber, un able to cope with the loss, became depressed and started pushing people away until all that was left was her brother. Austin ended up coping by having lots of people around him so he would never have to think about their death ever again.

Jessica sat on her seat on the school bus as it approached the school, thinking about the events leading up to this point. She'd already made several connections to get here, including a plane flight and a cab ride, so she was just looking forward to getting to her new room and relaxing for at least a little bit. Her ears twitched as she heard people's whispers about her, having seen her and her family on television. This was happening all the way here, and she was glad when the bus stopped in front of the school. Making her way out of the bus as quickly as she could, she stepped off and, looking at the building in front of her, started to walk across the courtyard towards it.

Amber leans against the wall her locker was on as she pulls down the sleeves of her shirt. Her bright blue eyes trail on her brother as he walks off with his group of friends. She sighs as she opens her locker and grabs her Ipod listening to some rock music before switching to a more depressing song.


Austin smiles slightly Laughing with his friends as they walk to their side of the hallway. It was as if her forgot all about his sister as her laughs at the jokes that his friends where telling a perfect smile on his face as he opens his locker to grab his textbooks for math and language arts.

Jessica entered the building and looked around, seeing a lot of other students already here. She was mostly looking for the secretary's office, so she could get the number and keys to her dorm room. Walking around a little bit, she found the office, and got her number. She thanked the secretary and headed for the dorms (I'll let you decide if the boys and girls have separate dorms or if they're mixed), pushing her way through groups of kids on her way there.

Amber sighs as she walks to her dorm.she sighs again as she sits on her bed staring at all of her band posters. She braids her long hair as she looks through a magazine with fall out boy on the cover. She slightly smiles as she reads it still braiding her hair until it's all up and in the braid.


Austin and his friends walk to his room as he walks in and starts to blast some music and the start belting out the lyrics and dancing in his dorm room. He laughs slightly having a blast being in the popular crowd. He smiles as the continue dancing and belting out the lyrics to every imagine dragons song that plays.

Jessica looked around the hallways, using the tag on the room key the secretary gave her as a reference "Room 205... There it is." She said to herself, as she approached the room. She wasn't told who her roommate was or that she even had a roommate, so she didn't consider that anyone could be in there, and she opened the door without a second thought.
