Besides it being the first day of school for some and the day after school break, it seemed kinda odd for one person. Something in the air wasn't right, yet it didn't matter to you. Friends are what matters right now, and you wanted to get out of the house and see your pals, friends, buddies, whatever you call them. You got up, dressed, and headed on the bus. It was pretty long ride depending on where you lived; maximum of an hour to be there in time, but when you got there, the ride was worth it. The books echoed with happiness to have hands in them again, The pencils screamed however cause they didn't want to be cut and sharpened. The classroom looked like a small sunroom, no lights were needed so the school can save money for other activities (lights are needed when it's dark from a storm). Desks were made of wood, standard wood. This was a school of the future to be honest, a school that everyone flocked to for education. Miss Susan, the teacher was nice as well. She helped others, and cheered others up when a wrong answer was given, and was the teacher for years and years to come. Where was it? Centered in Jackson, Mississippi, yet the town had some gangs here and there; that's why after school, no one is supposed to get out of their dorms or houses after dusk, unless said otherwise. It is also because something strange has been happening to children and teenagers alike that made them have nightmares for the rest of their life. No one knows who's been doing it, yet there's no report of why. All they could remember was seeing a robed man, a dark horse, and a pile of black sand. It has also be reported that a furious five has risen from the darkness, and it's up to them to defeat this person. They were called the guardians. One controlled Christmas, one for Easter, dreams, baby teeth, even the frost you see on a cold morning; they were all special. The guardians lived in different places, one being in The north pole, one in India, etc. Has anyone found their places? No, they were kept secret. They were all preparing for their holidays in their places, but has been interrupted by the nightmare king, Kozmotis Pitchiner, simply know as Pitch Black. What were they to do now?
