DESCRIPTION:
Light blue eyes set into a strong, stubble strewn face. Coupled with a hard jaw and an almost constant, bemused smile. Drew's appearance is incredibly consistent. His physical features as well as his clothing choice. His dark brown hair permanently cut short, beard always kept at stubble and no more. A small scar, only an inch in length runs across the back of his head, only visible due to line it makes in his hair. He has a fairly standard build for one of his height, broader then some but nothing notable.
As for his fashion sense, Drew keeps himself neat, and likes to maintain what he views as a casual appearance. Jeans, with a top and jacket are most conmen for him. Shirts and the like are also not unheard of but fashion isn't something he dwells on greatly. However, like most he does put thought into his appearance on special occasions and the like, but will often pick the easier choice.

PERSONALITY: Outwardly, Drew has a calm and collected sort of manner. He is friendly enough, but not charismatic. Humours but not laugh out loud funny. A caring sort and but he finds it difficult to lie to someone, even if it hurts them. The constant hint of a smile which tugs at his mouth gives a slightly sense of a more mischievous person beneath the placid exterior he has put on. A more fun-loving, even juvenile sort of personality's dwells below the formal, yet still caring surface which many see. All this leaves him quite and observant, but still confident and sure of himself. Some could also call him determined, other may call it stubbornness. Either way it has the same effect. When set to something, his mind is unlikely to change course, rarely compromising.
However, he is still human and not without faults. Being wrong is something Drew doesn't deal with well, often having to hide the irritation and anger which fills him when he is incorrect. He can be bitter, even resentful about certain things as well, although he often pushes his negative feelings down, seeing them as unprofessional and unbecoming. This can lead to some explosive outbursts when he is tipped over the edge, as all the bottled up feelings come spilling out.
HISTORY:Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1987, Drew was the first child of Thomas and Jessica Casey, but not the last. He was raised in Brooklyn along side his sister, who was born only a year later then him. The two were raised in relative comfort, their parents not ever struggling for money. Unlike many siblings, Drew got on well with his younger sister, even when they were still both kids. Neither would rat out the other when one had committed a wrong, and the bond between them only strengthened with age.
In school, he didn't struggle much. More with the academic side perhaps but socially,he quickly fit in. He gathered a small group of friends and the lot of them grew close. Drew's childhood wasn't riddled with excitement or adventure but it didn't need to be. He was content.
By the time he was sixteen, Drew was confidant where he wanted to go in life. He aimed to become a doctor. Perhaps a rather cliche profession for someone to aspire to but a valid one nonetheless the less. His parents were more then willing to aid him in anyway possible for him to achieve this, it seemed a perfect area for him to go into, to them at least. While he was by no means stupid, Drew didn't posses the gift of natural intelligence or ease of learning that some have. This didn't deter him however, and he drove forward, determined to accomplish his goals.
Drew finished high school and went straight onto college, studying subjects such as biology, physiology and less specialist ones like math. He enjoyed the lifestyle, the assignments and workload, less so. But, he wasn't giving up and continued on all the way to med school.
Now in his second year of residency training, Drew still lives in NY. He shares a small apartment with a old friend from college, but spends the majority of his time at work.
