In a city where technology is just beginning to fade into normalcy, the same issues arise yet intensify. Criminals are at their peak development, and authorities have essentially given up. It's not anarchy just yet. The main hub of the town is a wonderful place to be, though you best keep your person on high alert. Magic's intertwined of course, but no one cares anymore. All to their own in this overpopulated, massive community.
Hi hi! I'm Quinne, pretty new here so excuse my lack of formatting with the setting/plot.
I'm a literate roleplayer, I mainly do FxM roleplays. I guess I can elaborate with more info in PM's because I'm really big on collaboration, the above is just the spine of the setting/plot. This roleplay specifically is Thief x Victim.
