Fandom Revenant spying on her buddies

Revenant huffed softly behind her mask as she looked at the tree's around the tall "abandoned" building. "They really need to start growing taller tree's. The walls aren't getting any better"she mumbled under her breath, glancing at the building before sighing as she she started to climb up it
The stuff I do because I seem to give a shit. Lucky me.

(even I question that) Woodward needs maintenance)

She started to be more careful, not that she cared if she died. She just didn't want to get caught spying and atleast wanted to see what was going on before giving up. She peaked through some windows to see if she chose the right one, curious to see what her little friend was up to

the first window she looks in is a bedroom. The walls are painted a nice burgundy color, but it makes the small room look even more claustrophobic. The bed is in the opposite corner of the window, facing it. Revenant sees a young man with gold-like blond hair asleep on it. She canā€™t see him well, but heā€™s not Woodward. As far as sheā€™s been told, Woodward looks like a teenager

She furrowed her brows behind her mask, confused
Geeze, this place is full of surprises. Sure as hell confusing....so many people, so many things. Too many.
She sighed again softly, carefully moving towards another window, trying not to make much noise

(I had to turn lake into an adult for character reasons sadly)

The next room is a lot larger. It looks like an office. She can see the corner of a desk poking out from behind a fake wall in the middle of the room.

(ohhh do tell!)

Revenant narrowed her eyes behind her mask as she observed the room
Could this be it? Looks like an office....Twink guy isn't around to be seen though.....

A (seemingly) teenage boy walks around the wall to grab something off a bookshelf. Most of his body is covered by an ancient-looking tailored suit, but revenant can see burns and dark, vein-shaped marks crawling up his neck. One of his eyes looks weird, but she canā€™t really see it from here

(ohhhh okay, that makes Sense)

...is that him? Looks old but isn't...
Revenant did her best to remain hidden as she watched closely, looking at the window seem, considering an attempt to crack it so she could listen in

Yeah) (the suit is like, lowkey rotting off of him.)

Woodward picks up a large jar. The glass is stained almost like the windows at a smokers house, but thereā€™s flickers of different colored light within the jar, stuck to the walls.

Revenant scrunched up her nose in disgust yet still was rather curious
Geeze, what is that stuff? How thin are these walls again?
She continued to watch, trying to get herself a bit more comfortable, knowing she'll probably be sticking around for awhile

Heā€™s talking, but she canā€™t hear it from outside.

Thereā€™s plenty of places to hide within the office. Lotā€™s of old files and seemingly random tables

(PFFFTT šŸ˜‚ love how she's gotta sneak in)

Revenant huffed annoyed, not wanting to enter but knowing very well she'll have to. With a dramatic mental sigh as she watched the "young" man, waiting for the perfect moment to slip in. Getting her pocket knife ready Incase she needed to pry open the window

The window is unlocked. Makes sense, considering how terrible the wind is at that height. Woodward would never expect someone to climb this high on a building that looks like itā€™s about to keel over

(LMAOO šŸ˜‚ I think a lot of the people there wouldn't expect that. Rev is just different)

Once the moment was right, Revenant quietly opened the window, careful as can be considering she doesn't know how fragile the top is compared to the bottom. Slipping through easily before going towards an unnoticeable but able to watch spot. Which was simply one of the old tables that seems to haven't been touched in years
Does this guy not keep track of anything? Fuckin shit at least Slenderman does.

(No girl heā€™s mentally 17) (heā€™s just got the power to control souls and emotions)

Woodward sits at his desk in silence. Thereā€™s little spots of blood in random places, mostly the cuffs of his sleeves and on his hands.

After several minutes, the door creaks open. Wyvern walks into the room. They anxiously tug at a strand of their hair.

Revenant was snapped out of her annoyance once she saw Wyvern, watching curiously and a bit cautiously. Not for them but more of why they were in the room of the man who caused all their problems.
Clenching her fists a bit as she watched with curiosity

(They think heā€™s fixed their problems lmao)

ā€œUm.. itā€™s a bit early in the month, isnā€™t it?ā€ Wyvern mumbles, ā€œIā€™m normally on the twentieth.ā€

ā€œI need- *the barrier* needs more supply.ā€ Woodward brushes them off, ā€œnow, sit.

ā€œShould I still-ā€œ

ā€œYouā€™re still working tonight, yes. Sit.ā€

ā€œThat doesnā€™t seem safe! I wonā€™t-ā€œ

ā€œOh, for fuckā€™s sake. SIT DOWN!ā€ Woodward hisses. Wyvern takes a frightened step back at first, but Woodward grabs their wrist. Their scars, the light in their horn seems to flash bright for half a second.

Wyvern instantaneously calms down, though Woodward is no less harsh when he shoves them into a chair. A small smile forms on their face.
