Heya folks, so I basically noped out of the IPS age, so here I am again with some bbcodes.

My goal is to make codes that look aesthetically pleasing, are easy to read, and look at least decent in every configuration.

In here are completed codes, incomplete projects, and various restorations and experiments. If you have questions on how anything was made, feel free to ask them. This is a place of learning, for both you and me.

Most codes in here have the source available. If you use it, be sure to turn the rich text editor off in your rpn preferences, and please don't remove the credit. If a code doesn't have the source available please do not use it, that is rude.

cleaned up most of the mess. lost some subscript and super script along the way by realizing too late what the tag was. will have to ctrl f it in the morning. layout not ideal, would need to compact social media bar. would need a smarter editor to not be more mind fucked than i already am. apparently past me made edits since the screenshot, makes sense. it's late, but nearly done restoring. then onto editing into usable form. sizing is off too, but overall.. fairly decent, past-me.

it's been a while since i've been on this site, and it's been a longer while since i've tried to do something ambitious with bbcode. this code is my second to ditch the concept of using backgrounds as divs, the first being my ChatMaster code, which can be found here, and by the way, is free-for-all. the code below is not released atm, though that may change in the future. what doesn't change is this code (for the most part), in testing it looked almost the same between mobile and desktop, which is more than i can say than.. literally every other code i've ever made. so it has that going for it.

Nora lives in Ho De-ot, a newly sprung community of about 20 permanent residents that lives in and around the remains of what appears to have once been some sort of warehouse. Ho De-ot frequently receives many travelers due to being just an hour's walk off the main route. Because of this, it has become one of busier above-ground settlements for trade and short-term lodging.

Nora has a knack for electronics, specializing in robotics. She is self taught, having initially opened up a repair shop for having a service to trade and has since advanced on to creating as well. She has made a multitude of things, the most notable of which being: a turret system for Ho De-ot, an exoskeleton to assist in handling heavyweight objects, and more than a few prosthetic limbs.

Personality

Nora tries her best to take life in stride, to not worry about deadlines or burdens. This isn't easy to do with a shop to run, but it's not like the customer can get better service elsewhere. She talks to herself a lot, rather loudly, spending most of her time alone in her shop with no one to bother and no one to be bothered by. She gets annoyed by others easily, especially if they have a lisp or stutter. She'll forget about it shortly after, though. She is quite forgetful and tries to scribble things down so she can remember them. Usually she forgets where she places these notes and will occasionally find them in odd places.

as stated above, i got very bored and decided (instead of playing one of the many games i have yet to finish) that i should make a code outside of my comfort zone. it's not mobile-friendly, there's a lot of gifs, and it's hard to read. transparency, pictures in circles, hidden scrolls, and borders get very abused in this one. also i'm pretty sure i accidentally mixed up a couple a e s t h e t i c s into one thing that doesn't fully understand any of them. i probably won't do anything in this style again, but it was fun.
