• Advanced Literate or Novella writers. This is important since if I get invested a lot in the roleplay I might write... a lot.
• I care about **CHARACTER CREATION** (I love complex OCs with interesting personality and backstories. I spend a lot of time brainstorming them).
• PLOT DEVELOPMENT. (If something bugs you off in the roleplay, please tell me right away and we can change it together.)
• I don't mind if you're 18+. However, keep in mind that we keep things **SFW** so as long as you aren't weird and you match my vibe I don't care how old you are. (so, let's say 17+)
• Use 3rd person and past tense. I'm more comfortable with that.

• Tell me right away if you're a slow replier, so I can adapt to that.

I'm looking for a Childhood Friends to Enemies to Lovers (+ Unrequited love) roleplay, focusing on my OC Claelia and Arminius, a Praefectus alae in the Roman Army who has barbarian origins. He always had feelings for Claelia but she'd never noticed them.
(***Searching for someone who's willing to roleplay as Arminius. Set during the battle of the Teutoburg Forest and inspired by the Netflix Series: Barbaren/Barbarians.***)
**This is the plot...**
Basically Ari/Arminiusgets sent by Varus to Germany since the Tribes were rebelling to the Romans. Ari, once he's there, understood and saw how the Romans were treating his people and got pissed for that and tried to find a way to betray them. During this time, Claelia comes to Germania to help him with his stay. They both have cut all contacts for a while, but that event reunites them again.
They try to build up their friendship again, but it's hard when Ari is in love with Claelia that doesn't seem to feel the same way as him.
Then, some months later, the battle of Teutoburg happens: there, Arminius betrays the Romans, but ends up saving Claelia from a Cheruscan (basically a barbarian) who tried to kill her.
They parted ways again, until some years later...
Ari becomes the Reik (King) of the Cherusci Tribe, embracing his origins fully. One day, to his surprise, his men bring him a captive roman woman: Claelia. He immediately recognizes her and decides to keep her, asking the Romans to pay a large tribute to hand her back...
Arminius as a Roman:
Arminius as Ari when he becomes the Reik of his Tribe:
Note: Arminius/Ari's backstory and personality is completely of your choice. Just know that he was adopted by Varus' patrician family with his younger brother, Flavus. Also he's a very skilled warrior, even more when he becomes the Reik.
About Arminius/Ari's personality you can choose whether you see him as friendly, extroverted man or as an introvert, cunning type. Does he become more brutal/cruel with time as he embraces his origins, refusing his Roman childhood?
Claelia is the exact polar opposite of him, but she's very independent and strong.
Also another Note: Arminius/Ari's name can be changed. He must have a Roman name and after, a barbarian one (his original one). Also his tribe doesn't have to be the Cherusci, it can be another.
