Caught in a storm
The year is 1871, Albion stands as a powerful country in the Victorian era.
Nocturne Academy exists on a non-aggression pact between Vampires, Magicians and Humans. Posing as an ordinary highschool in the year 1871, humans believe the school to be nothing but a enchanting paid expenses rich school for the academically bright and the hardworking. Formerly a training academy for Magicians, the school is now an experiment in co-existence.
In truth however the school houses Magicians who wield demonic objects known as Grimoires that grant magical powers and Vampires in addition to normal humans.
A secret society known as The Commonwealth exists consisting of Magicians who have been at war with Vampires for hundreds of years.
However now they have been at peace for 20 years with Vampires. Normal humans have no idea that Magicians or Vampires exist.
The Vampires tend to get admired at Nocturne by many lovestruck humans, and their secrecy and mysteriousness only help that.
The Magicians aren't so sure of the Vampires yet. And the humans are nothing but thrilled to be at such an exciting school.
Rules:
This is an anime RP inspired by the likes of Seraph of The End and Vampire Knight.
Don't state interest if you plan to drop out before the begin of the roleplay.
So we're doing a Victorian era anime RP that takes place at a seemingly not so normal school. It's a grand school with clubs such as Host Clubs, Drama Clubs, Fencing, Archery and more.
A main curriculum of Math, Science, World History and Literature is enforced as well.
The themes will be slice of life, drama, horror and mystery. It will be a more mundane RP where character choices and interactions are a focus but will be plot driven when it comes to the horror and mystery bits.
I plan to have a Day-Night cycle with the ability to roam around the school.
You may play as a normal human, a vampire or a magician. I want there to be equal parts of all three ideally. We can discuss ideas about school clubs, characters and lore in the OOC.
Multiple characters are allowed.
The lore thread is up and currently a work in progress but it goes over more of the lore.
