Personality
There's more than meets the eye in the case of Alisha Sharp, but the fact she's opportunistic and petty is just the tip of the iceberg. Let alone the fact she's also insincere and pretentious, but their effects are at least lessened by impulses of being rational as well. Fair is fair though, Alisha doesn't turn everything to dust. She's enthusiastic and intelligent at the very least, that's at least some form of redemption.
