Eden is potentially the leader of the Anarchists who had started this all. Without him, there was a high chance there wouldn't be the Renegades...so some could thank him for being evil. His backstory comes all around a blur, but there are rumors that this man had some connections to the founders of the future heroes of Gatlon City. Perhaps from childhood? The three characters (Raven & Tomos + Eden) shook it off lightly, and practically forgot they knew each other. Though, Now that Eden started something huge (the past war), the latest news was all about it.
Eden started a war because he was deeply frustrated with the way society treated prodigies, people with special powers, by oppressing and fearing them; he used his immense power to rebel against this system, creating chaos and essentially starting a war to force change and achieve equality for all prodigies. Eden claimed anarchy, equality, and freedom were his one and only motive. He did not agree with the villain gangs' violence, as he said it was selfish and counteractive, yet he frequently acted violently and arrogant towards others. After his downfall, his main goal was vengeance under the guise of rightfulness.
Yet, because of how he chose to deal with things like these, a new growing group (The Renegades) had made enough efforts to turn the whole city against him. The Renegades are a syndicate of prodigies—humans with extraordinary abilities—who emerged from the ruins of a crumbled society and established peace and order where chaos reigned. As champions of justice, they remain a symbol of hope and courage to everyone... except the villains they once overthrew.
What was Eden's power, which caused so much destruction? Telekinesis. (I am NOT thinking of a new power, so he's Ace 2.0) He has the power to control things, making them afloat and move, just with his mind. A person with that ability would have to work well with their mind, so Eden clearly passed that test. But now that he had been overthrown, he hides at the very end of subway tunnels. The area is abandoned, and the big space of lost tracks gave the perfect lair for the rest of the Anarchists. Eden's power had depleted, so staying away from the Renegade's view to get stronger was the plan. The problem for the Renegades was that the think Eden is dead.
There are also several villains in Gatlon City, but they're not all considered Anarchists. Anarchists are those who follow Eden, while other groups go by other names. Not all Anarchists, though, stick together either. They aren't as polite as you would count for a team. As much as they work together for the same cause, most of them only depend on themselves. If an Anarchist dies, they wouldn't care much unless one was emotionally attached to the victim. Some other rogue groups that are 'evil people' are like The Jackals, The Roaches, (I'm not sure if Rats are one), ETC.
