Renaming Tabs

What I think would be swell is being able to rename a tab. Currently you can rename the Tab Thread Title but that doesn't actually change the name on the tab. I think this would allow for the use of a custom tab format for people who don't feel like the current tab type names are sufficient for their needs.

You can request a change in the Roleplay Support section, but we have a set list of tab titles, so no custom ones. I'm not sure how feasible it would be to add a custom option, though.

Just gonna drop this here from an older thread!

The tab functionality is a forum add-on and the list of available tab labels is fixed.
You can, however, change the thread title to whatever you like - preferably after we have linked it for you (otherwise finding the thread to link it is problematic).


So the tab name could be "Notes", for example, but when they click on that tab, the thread title could be "Curiosities".

I do actually know about renaming that portion but I did actually mean the "Notes" or whatever title on the tab. It was simply an aesthetics thing.
