  You have been requested to join the Renaissance Order. The number one objective of the RO is to allow individuals like yourself, who have made wrong choices and stumbled through misfortune to make up for your ill deeds by protecting the civilization you once harmed.
  
  
  The disappearances of people from villages has greatly increased over the last few years, people who seemed to have left their homes in the middle of the night without any sign of struggle. With this, we have found an increased number of corrupted beings.
  
  As you may be aware of, those corrupted are humans or animals which have been tainted with forbidden magic and have lost their humanity as well as their human form. These instances are without a doubt, connected.
  
  We are enlisting you, in project RO, to find and eliminate the source of corruption. You will be kept in a facility outside of Unis. You, in return will be provided with a living space which will be heavily monitored from afar. You will not be allowed to gain relations or reconnect with anyone outside of the order. The completion of your missions and your compliance will allow you freedoms. And when the threat has been eliminated, we will do what we can to integrate you back into society.
  
  Consider this a Second Chance.

  This is the letter you received yesterday. Today, you wake to find yourself outside a small castle like building in the middle of the woods. The building looks old but warm, much much warmer than the cell you were in before. The woods are thick but vibrant, and surrounding the outskirts are large stone Golems with gem like eyes. They aren’t attacking, or on the defensive, just watching.
  
  The interior of the home is vast and spacious, looking worn but inviting. Shelves are stocked, and each room seems to be personalized. Before you have a chance to look for other occupants, one of the Golems enters through the front door, shrinking to fit. It yellow eyes flash at you in recognition, which is odd for a Golem. Then it spoke in a Female voice.
  
  “Hello _____, and welcome to the Renaissance Order. I am Mavix, and you will be working with me from now on.”

  This is an idea I kind of threw together, but I’m sure I stole it from like, 5 other people. Bare with me haha.
  
  The world is called Adyria, which is a fantasy world with several kingdoms. Most humans have a magic affinity or two, but nobody is all powerful. Very very few humans have powers like necromancy or can even use corrupt magic which is like physical or mental manipulation (I would prefer for no played characters to have these skills, because of a big baddy I have in store).
  The Three main Kingdoms are as listed. Frigidus is an Ice kingdom, where the landscape runs from tundra to snow caps. It also contains a large amount of ruins from ancient temples, and magic artifacts which implies at one point humans did not have their own magic ability. Also there are some pesky ice dragons but nothing to care about.
  Unis is the major kingdom which handles divination and disaster prevention. They are located in a deep magical wooded area inhabited by tree spirits and celestial gardians, which are more irritating than anything. If you stumble into ones land, you will enter a mist which whisks you away to another part of the forest, or traps you until it decides to head out.
  Terriana is the kingdom with the largest amount of food export and also the largest inhabited kingdom. It contains a large amount of dangerous beasts like giant spiders, desert dragons, and the like.
  
  Your character is a criminal for one reason or another who did not practice dark magic. If they did, they would not get this second chance for freedom. Chances are the crimes were more on the line of abuse of power, theft, or anything of the like with strong enough consequences to which the Renaissance Order would be their only chance for freedom.

Age restriction would probably be between 16-35
Can’t have any elders or babies battling demonic beings anyways
Try to get a solid 2 paragraphs per post. If things are slow or awkward I understand but we can try our best.
No gary/Mary sues or OP
And keep it child friendly.
The only playable race is human but you can have magical powers
