Suggestion Remove Post Timer For #forumgames

#forumgames don't count as part of our regular post count anyway, and oftentimes can be fast-paced and competitive. If they're not part of our post count, replies there should be excluded from our timer policy.

Unfortunately it is a site wide setting, so I can't disable it for just one area. I'll make a suggestion on the official xenforo site about this.
