Fantasy Remember royalty first...

Kido bowed and darted off quickly. He slammed the physicians door open quickly and beckoned him to come help the king. Kido escorted the physician with the utmost urgency. He walked into the kings chambers. "My queen I have brought the physician"

"Miss Nyx, its morning already!" The voice of a young kid yelled, shortly followed by a loud banging of the door.

Nyx slowly began to incorporate herself out of bed before sitting on the edge of it, staring down at the ground. The first few days, in which she began living in the castle, Nyx always found it hard to wake up at the right time, so she began paying the gardener's sons to do so. This time the youngest one had woken her up.

"Thank you...You may leave now" Nyx said with a tires tone as she slipped a coin from under the door.

After Nyx heard the kids steps slowly beginning to fade away she walked directly towards her wardrobe. In order to know what to put on Nyx had all of her clothes made by different materials. Her more casual one was made purple and made out of leather, the one she used when she knew a fight was near was black and, again, made out of leather, but with steel plates on the arms and legs and lastly was a dark blue dress made out of cloth she only used during formal events. After changing onto her casual attire and tying up her mask she exited the room.

Even with her lack of sight Nyx didn't have a hard time navigating the castle since she had taken the time to memorized all of its twists and turns and she soon found herself standing in front the throne room and pushing its large doors open.

"It seems to be empty...Maybe I arrived a tat bit too early..." Nyx thought before sitting down on a nearby bench.

---Uriah---

Uriah continued walking around the castle until he found himself in the throne room. He walked towards the corner of the room and sat down at the war table. Uriah watched as the King's guard entered and shook his head at the sight of a human. He stretched and pulled his helmet off then set it on the table. Uriah pulled the table closer then began examining the map that was laid out on it. He looked at various areas and began to mark the ones that could be used as military camps. "What about here?" Uriah said to himself silently before shaking his head and moving on to the next area. He eventually finished then grabbed his helmet and put it back on his head.

Atrius:

Atrius swaggered down the halls, searching for King Vos. A servant informed him of his Kings fainting. He sat at his bedside, noticing his vulnerability, his duty was to protect him. Atrius poured himself a glass of wine, and cracked open a book.

Queen Katrina lounged long enough for her lady's maids to dress her. She kept her willowy arms outstretched until she was wearing a corset and powder blue gown. Her entire wardrobe was the same color. In her court, shades of blue was the height of fashion. Whatever Katrina did was the height of fashion. "What's today?" Katrina's voice held a note of flatness whenever she addressed her servants. Her gaze pierced the young women and neither looked up from clasping on her jewelry. They hadn't notice the subtle chance in Katrina today. Her harsh commands were tempered with something like delight.

"Your Majesty's brother is attending court today." The voice was throaty, unsure. The noble daughter of house Houghton bowed and took two steps back from Katrina. She overlooked the untempered smile on Katrina's face. The flash of satisfaction. Her baby brother at court for the first time in months.

"Indeed." The queen glanced from her lady's maids to the mirror. All expression fell from her face, making her more striking. Blue brought out the sapphire in her eyes. In the eloquent mirror, she looked like a woman with the potential for murder as well as godhood. "Fetch the guard." Katrina swirled toward the door. "And my assistant. Every assistant. There must be preparation."

---Vera---

Vera watched as servants panicked. "What is going on!" She said as she grabbed a passing servant. "The king has fallen ill!" The servant replied as she ran off in a different direction. Vera sprinted towards the kings chamber while at the same time dodging servants and keeping a clear head. "What happened to the King!" She shouted as she ran into the room. Vera looked at Atrius and scowled. "You are supposed to protect him not get drunk!" She walked over and smacked the wine glass out of his hand.

Kido stood in the corner of the room watching. He was ashamed that he could not help the queen. He looked at Vera and answered in a calm tone. "The physician said it was a migraine attack." Kido looked at the king. "Her highness the queen is quite upset.

King Vos slightly began to notice things, but neither could he move nor talk.

(Sorry for one-liners; I just don't know what to write... and don't worry if I don't answer. I've got problems with connectivity.)

"Our majesty is too strong himself to allow such a thing to slay him. Have confidence" Atrius said as he grabbed two more goblets, "Lady Vera, my dear, take a seat, let us discuss a few things. You worry far too much."

Calypso was on the window ledge. Looking out, on the beautiful view. The sun touched petals, and the slightly waving leaves, from the breeze. Calypso, hearing the queens order for her, snapped out of her little escape, and decided it would be a good time to appear. Hoping down from the window ledge, she stood by the door, ready for a maid to let her enter.

---Vera---

Vera crossed her arms and shook her head. "My job is to worry about things like this, yours should be also." She leaned up against a nearby wall and looked down at the ground. "I have to write all day and work all night so no, i don't worry too much about the little things!" Vera looked up at Atrius and sighed. "You cant just sit there and drink all day, what would the king think if he knew?" She slowly slid herself down the wall and sat on the floor. "You must perform your job as best as possible, from your side at least. I find it funny that even though you know what illness could do to someone, you ignore that and instead leave him on the floor and continue to drink." She pulls her knees up to her chest and rubs her eyes. "The intelligence of a single Human seems to be less than that of multiple Troglodytes." Vera mumbles to herself and laughs.

---Uriah---

Uriah walked out of the throne room and listened to the servants running around. "Can they be any louder?" He asked himself while looking at the ground. Uriah continued to walk and accidentally bumped into Calypso. He looked up and his eyes widened, "I am so sorry, it was my fault so please forgive me." Uriah looked back at the ground and sighed. "I was not paying attention." He had a hard time speaking a different language other than his own, so the words came out with a difficult to understand accent.

Waiting patiently, she suddenly got bumped into. She turned to see who it was, and realized it was Uriah. He said something she couldn't quite catch. The buzzing servants, didn't exactly help. "Good morning. Busy day, huh?"

"How little faith she has. Our majesty will awaken twice as powerful as before. That I have confidence in" Atrius said to himself as he sighed, looking down to his book. "I've lost my page. Damn." He picked it back up, glancing over to his king, the only person he considered his friend, a true ally. "I suppose I'll save this goblet for you, your majesty"

---Uriah---

Uriah looked up and smiled. "Well everyone is sleeping, are they not?" He watched as the servants walked by in a hurry. "Where are they going today?" Uriah realized that Calypso did not seem mad so he continued smiling, as much as a Troglodyte could anyway. He stepped back and sighed. "Do you know if the king or queen is awake yet? I have to speak to the king about an important matter. Have you heard about the upcoming war?" Uriah looked as he saw a guard walk down the hallway in full metal armor. "I wonder where he is off to, the guards are always moving around for some reason." He kept talking and was probably getting annoying.

Calypso laughed, at Uriah's talkativeness. " Well, I don't know everything, but I think the queens sister is coming...no, it's her brother. Yeah, I think her brother is coming, so all the servants are getting ready for that. I don't know if the king is awake yet, but the queen is, and for the guards. Well, they have to keep moving around. Plus it's boring to stay in one spot." She could only hope she had answered all of the Troglodyte's questions.

Katrina's expression clouded momentarily. Her fingers caught along her scalp, soothing the gold strands. Both ladies-waiting hovered beside her--one fetching a glass and the other a hair pin. "Stop wasting time." Katrina said. She was speaking to every single one of them. Calypso included. The queen waved her servants away and stood. Her gown flowed behind her as she headed toward the door. The Houghton girl rushed ahead and held it open for the queen. "If my guard cannot enter my bedchamber then who may?"

Katrina gave her a measuring look. To ascertain whether she knew how important today was. "You've meet the prince of Gala--my brother--haven't you?" Katrina didn't wait for a response. "I believe he was quite fond of you, Calypso."

General Cale traveled down the hall, receiving respectful bows from all of those he passed . He arrived to the chamber of the queen, unable to find the king he knocked. "You're majesty, I was wondering if I could have a word with you" Cale asked politely
