King Vos got up and looked out of the window. He saw someone standing in front of it and said, annoyed, "Can't we have a bit of privacy." Vos drew the curtain and had the guy that had been watching him impaled.

---Vera's beginning---
Vera walked out of her office and down the many corridors in the castle. "Excuse me, can we speak for a moment?" She said while knocking on King Vos's door. "There is an issue that has come up and i would like your opinion on the matter." In Vera's other hand she was holding multiple documents that had a report from the kingdom boarders. "The Troglodytes are back sir and they are not happy."

Uriah pulled himself out of bed and yawned. "What an exhausting day this is going to be." He dressed himself and walked into the castle library. "What book shall i read today?" Uriah asked himself before pulling his favorite book off of a shelf in the library. He walked around and found the perfect area to read for the day, it was outside in the castle gardens underneath a tree. Uriah say down and opened the book. "Watch, as i open this book the king will call me." Uriah was surprised when the king did not call so he began to read. "That is odd....the king always calls in the morning, he is probably still asleep." He said as he slowly began to fall asleep in the sunlight.

Cerious hid a yawn as he leaned against one of the marble pillers surrounding the training field. Tiredly he watched over his men as they trained. He had been up all night his mind troubled by the memories of the past. Crossing his arms across his chest he watched one of the men block his apponents attack. His men grew stronger everyday. Sometimes he wondered what will happen when his men grow stronger than him. Will he lose his rank?
A bitter smile crossed his face as his men managed to knock themselves unconscious. Standing he called the end of training as he began to walk to his room. He wouldnt know the answer to that question for a long time yet.

Vera smiled and sighed. "The Troglodytes are back sir, and they are not happy with our actions." She opened the small leather folder that held the report and handed it to King Vos. "They want their swamps back, or apparently they will storm the villages nearby." Vera laughed and shook her head. "There are only maybe at most, twenty or so. We could easily kill them, i wanted your opinion on what we should do."

King Vos smiled sadistically. Vos: "Finally, some action in here. But you should never underestimate your enemy just because they've got less warriors. Some have strategies that are so good that they are able to defeat armies five times as big as their own."

"Everyone must be in perfect order! You, place the trays on the table, make sure everything is in perfect order! What are you doing? the oranges must be in the white porcelain!" Kalandriel kept shouting orders to the maids of the castle. The breakfast was already being served, and he was late to tending the queen. He hurriedly placed the tea and cookies in a tray, and went to the queen's quarters. His suit was in perfect shape, and he had his smile of every day. He knocked softly on the door, with the breakfast in one hand. "Goid morning, my Queen. I've brought your Earl Grey tea, I hope it to be to your liking. I've brought you buttered cookies. The breakfast is being held at the main dinner table." He waited for the Queen's permission to enter.

Alexandria had been asleep in her chambers. Her curtains still drawn.She heard a knock and jumped awake. She listened to him speak."She sighed and put on her robe that was by the bed. She moved her hair and looked at the door."come in" she said. Her voice soft in the morning. She waited for Kalandriel to walk into her quarters.she heard her husband yelling with a sarcastic tone.She grimaced and sat back. She had seen her husband in nights. He had missed dinner as well."Thank you Kalandriel.you may leave the tray over there. I shall attend breakfast after I bathe and dress." She said.Alexandria watched him closely. He was definitely her best assistant. He was always smiling. She would never return it. It was rare and a gift when she did. She returned the smile today.

Kalandriel served the tea. "Two sugar, like always?" he placed the tray at the table nearby the bed. "This is a beautiful day indeed, my queen. I believe it will be sunny like always. If you excuse me, I need to take care of the breakfast. I believe today's menu will be to yours and the king's liking. My queen, my king." He bowed and left the room, to finish the table preparation.

Kido sat only a few paces outside the queens door. His sword rested on his shoulder. He looked to be asleep but his mind was aware of everything going on. He had been there all night, as was his duty to be. Kido sighed over the racket that was being made and stood up. "Nothing's quiet in the morning around here" He cracked his neck and waited patiently outside for the queen.

Alexandria drank the tea thanking Kalandriel again. she had her bath drawn for her. she sunk into the water and sighed as she bathed and cleaned herself. Once she was finished she had her maids dress her in a black dress with gold leaf lets in her corset her hand maids tightened it. She let out a sharp gasp as she felt it synch up. "Do you not know how to lace a corset properly."She said . when it was laced up properly she kept her hair to one side and put on a gold headdress. She slipped into her shoes and walked for the door kido sat outside it and she smirked knowing he wasn't asleep. "Asleep on the job?"She asked with a playful smile.

Vera signed the document she was writing and put down her quill. "Where is the next meeting going to take place?" She said as she was sifting through a pile of papers. "Forget it, i guess ill find it later?" Vera said as she got up and walked out of her office. She walked down some corridors before ending up in front of the queen and Kido. "Good morning queen Alexandria." Vera bowed and continued walking. She walked into the dining area and leaned up against a wall near the exit.

Kido kneeled as the queen spoke. "Your highness." He stayed on one knee, his sword now at one side of his waist. He spoke in a deep but sincere voice "i trust you got sufficient rest?" He had one hand across his chest touching his shoulder and his other hand on his sword.

Alexandria was lead to the kings chambers. As Kido announced her. She walked in seeing her husband on the floor.She ran to him,"My darling? "She said gently. She looked at Kido "get the physician now."She said. She looked at her husband with worry. "Rest of you get him on the bed. Now."She snapped she knelt next to his bed her head bowed she whispers in ancient elvish a slight prayer for her husband to be okay.
