Fantasy Relm of the Dead (mysterious)

Hi! I'm looking for a partner to play the counterpart of the scenario I'll describe after this little rant xD Male or female's accepted - I'd like to add a spark of romance/drama to the story. I'll be the game-master, and you'll be somewhat kept in the dark, being in a new world... It'll make sense in a sec!

You wake up in the dark, wrapped in silence. A light shine down upon you when someone removes the lit from the coffin you've been resting in. A shadow of a man, fluid and interchangable, holds out his hand for you. "My condolances," he says. "Welcome to the Relm of the Dead." What does he want? Where are you? And... who are you?

I have a world in mind - you can develope your character as you like. In the Relm of the Dead, noone remember their life, so you can make up what you want :-)

So, you pretty much have amnesia or is it more that all memories of your life are completely gone upon death?

Do you have to have been human or could you have been some form of supernatural creature in your past life? In that regard...what exactly are you in this realm of the dead? Are you a ghost or do you have a corporeal form/actual body? In that regard, could your character change into a supernatural or something entirely different through time as a result of their actions within the Realm of the Dead?

Also, what would you like in a character sheet? Or will those not be required since it sounds like you flesh out everything in the RP? Cartouche

The shadows are those who died without anyone knowing or somewhere where noone could find them/bury them. They're lost souls who doesn't remember anything from their time in our world.
You don't have to be human :-) You can be a vampire for all I care, but I imagine noone has blood in the realm of the dead.
In the realm of dead you (except from shadows) have a body. I imagine it's see through - you can see the bones beneath the skin. Most people remember their past life faintly, as if it was one of those dreams you just remember for some reason. Some even find their past relatives and start over in the realm.
I could imagine you could change and grow with this world, turn into something new, but not like, going from a peasant to afire sprouting vampire queen xD I like the idea that this is a place of imagination, that you can make what you can imagine, as long as you do it well enough. The realm has a king, and most people are fine living day to day lives.

Okay, I have an idea now for a character, half werewolf x half sorcerer.

Understood, so some may remember their past as dreams or others may not remember them at all.

Would it be possible to flesh out the personality in the RP? I only ask as I am not at all good at sticking to a written personality.
