Realistic or Modern Reily's home for the orphaned and abused

Riik let out a "nyah" of affirmation, before finally retracting all of his claws. The layer of scales that covered his limbs closed around the slits from which the claws previously emerged, fitting together so perfectly that the slits appeared to have in fact never existed. Riik flexed his now blunted, pointed fingers and toes to feel for any remaining particles of bark, in a similar manner as one would blink when testing for the removal of dust from one's eyes. When finished, he stood to his full and somewhat unimpressive height of a little under four feet, and stretched mightily, fingers interlinked in the air, his tail straightened out tightly behind him.

Once finished, Riik took a quick look around and then sat down again, looking a little lost and confused and unsure of what to do.

Akira was up in the tree, curled up. No one could understand her, besides Haru. She didn't speak English and it doesn't help to kiss someone who is humanitarian, it doesn't do anything. My brother tried that, but he lives on our home planet, not here. Giving a sigh, she looked down at the frightened boy, and then back up at the sky.

Olivia smiled saying "why don't you go and find a room to sleep in. woudn't do to have you sleeping outside." she said as she look up and signed for Akira to come down. hopefully she knew sign language.

Akira looked down. Seeing her hand signs, she cocks her head to the right, confused. She doesn't speak sign language.

Riik shook his head and pointed at a nearby tree; a different one entirely to the one Akira was in. "S-sleep in tree."

"your more comfortable in the trees then? how come?" she asks curious. also it seemed the girl didn't know sign language. well she could possibly teach her the old fashioned way.

Riik looked thoughtful, pouring a lot of concentration into a dialogue. "House... doesn't feel safe. Like... what if roof fell down?" He glanced at the tree. "Tree safer than ground. I climb fast... most animals slow or can't climb. If predator climbs, I can jump. Very safe." He nodded for emphasis. "And more comfortable. Prefer sss... sssseee.... cylinder. Prefer cylinder shape for sleeping. Can hold on with claws. Wrap arms and legs around. Cloth bed too flat."

"i see...well the roof won't fall down on you. it's well secured and as for the bed situation...if i get something cylinder shaped will you sleep inside?" she asks in a kind voice as Bianca after disposing of the evidence of her smoking came by and climbed up the tree. she wasn't one to leave someone in trouble and The lady in charge was busy with the little well guy judging by the face. "hey there what's wrong?"

"sorry don't really speak your language. but i could try to help you out if you want." she says having her tone helpful sounding. she wasn't sure if she understood the words but hopefully they did understand the tone.

"Fish ue!"(Go away!) Akira said, her voice more forceful. The recoil sent a blast of sound her way in a concentrated beam.

Aria had gotten outside for a bit with her umbrella open and covering her in shadows and she looked at the girl."If you did not understand her tone of voice, she wants you to go away."

Riik looked thoughtful for a moment, before finally shaking his head. "Outside. Inside... makes bad dreams. Feel trapped."

"ah bad expriences?" she said and Bianca said "kinda figured. but if you want to learn let me know." she said climbing back down the tree. meanwhile she decided to look for some ready to go spots to hide when smoking. she had already found some hiding some spots in her room to hide the supplies.

Riik glanced at Reily out of the corner of his eye, a look of mild suspicion mixed with curiosity on his face. "Why... why you want me to sleep inside?"

Aria looked up at the boy."She wants you to sleep inside because at night it gets rather cold, especially here and she can always have the room customized to fit how you like it."

Riik stared at the floor, becoming even more shy than before from the fact that now someone else was participating in the conversation. Still; sleeping arrangements and a basic sense of understanding were important things; important enough to just about manage to fight the urge to withdraw from the world and hide. "I like cold," Riik mumbled quietly. "Not so comfortable unless cold enough for snow."

Aria sighed."Well you know, how about you sleep on that balcony, it's outsite just made of glass walls and roof so you can open it if you like the cold."

"Tree." Riik spoke resolutely with a slight huff, folding his arms, closing his eyes and pouting mildly.

Aria sighed."Just make it easy for the one who took us in, in the first place. She gives us a place to stay and your just giving her a hard time."

Charlotte entered the building looking for a room. She entered most of the rooms for the girls and sadly all of them had two beds meaning she would have to share a room with someone. Charlotte entered one of the rooms and separated the bed she was going to pick from the other one. She began to unpack her things until the windows opened and her bag went flying. Charlotte tried to control her powers but it was a real challenge, the things stopped flying and Charlotte was left completely exhausted and almost passed out

Riik's voice took on a slightly guilty tone. He didn't like being a burden; but in his mind, he was doing nothing wrong. "Tree not hard time... cleans itself, not far away, don't disturb people when going out to play at night."

Aria blinks at the last part."You play at night? i do to because the sun hurts me and would turn me into a pile of ashes."She pointed at the large umbrella she had over her head to block out the sun."This keeps the sun from me."
