Perhaps there's a powerful monster... We'll say a lich or something, and it's killing people in a major city and using their life energy or what have you to cast end-of-days spells. You know, the typical stuff. But the whole time the bureaucratic incompetence of the Organization screws them over. The moral being I guess that normal people are the biggest pain in the ass? You get what I'm going for.

The worst it gets the more Pepe enjoys it. By the way, whenever you feel like starting it, just have Harvey drop his wallet with names and photos of his family inside it. Pepe will do the rest.

What if he wears a blazer and a tie while out and about? He would probably be more comfortable in a suit considering he used to be a detective. Plus he needs some way to hide his piece and I figured a shoulder holster and a jacket would be the best route to go.
