I can't see anything obvious that's missing, but lets not forget how new I am to this. Might wanna ask somebody else.

Here is a question I have though: When you say, "habitat" on the monster CS, you mean a description of its containment area, right?

Can you go into a little more detail as to what each security level entails? Like, how would a creature reach level 4, for example?

They killed more than 200 people in a year with no assistance and with just their hands/tentacles, or they critically hurt their handler. Or the Handler was just upset with them. Think of level 4 as solitary confinement almost. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

I would be inclined to say 4, perhaps even 3 with no privileges.
