Strengths: Her tail is strong enough to hold a single fully grown Human in place with little effort, her eyes have the ability to entrance and enslave a single target at a time if stared at for too long with said ability active, and her fangs can be used to inject venom into her prey.
Weaknesses: As stated above, her abilities are effective against single targets. Due to this, she is quickly overpowered by multiple enemies. Her hypnosis ability will also degrade over time if not given ample time to complete (Anywhere from 30 seconds to three minutes, depending on mental and physical resistance (Refusing to look into her eyes, for example) to her ability)
Bio: A Lamia who, until a few days ago, spent her days in a forest, living in a small cave by herself. She (As well as, it would appear, most of her race) is very territorial and doesn't like trespassers in her land. The only exceptions are females she finds cute, which she will instead either attempt to convince them to stay with her, or trap and hypnotize them into doing so. After either result is achieved, she then dotes on her catch and treats them like a beloved pet, even giving them nicknames. At this point, if her pets are harmed in any way, she becomes extremely agitated and begins to obsessively hunt down those responsible. It is impossible to reason with her in this state.
Habitat: Forest, with a 5x5m cave area to sleep in.
Note: It is recommended that she has two or more handlers, unless her handler happens to fit her criteria for a pet, after which she becomes docile and more willing to cooperate with her handler for as long as they stay by her side.

Strengths: A great amount of magical strength, knowledge, and apparently the ability to communicate with Deities (Although there is no way to prove this)
Weaknesses: With her tiny stature, her body is naturally much frailer in comparison to Humans. Magic is her only defense, so neutralizing it leaves her helpless.
Bio: A Fairy who claims to be from another plane of existence altogether, Mithara was discovered by the organization in a flower field, having been curious about Human behavior and, upon being approached by retrieval squads, willingly surrendered herself to them. She has been fully cooperative with all organization testing and inquiries, believing them to intend no harm to her. She also claims to be a special, extremely rare type of Fairy called a Moonlight Fairy.
Habitat: A flower bed, with a small cabin she constructed herself in containment.

I can add more detail to the habitats if you want, and I'm also open to suggestions about codenames since I wasn't entirely sure what I should fill them in with. I can also change bio information to future-tense, if we would rather play out the retrieval scenes.

Why they were recruited: Dmitry was recruited to the organization primarily due to being a human/werewolf half-breed. The organization found the nature of his birth intriguing and saw the abilities he was able to retain as invaluable tools for their cause.

Appearance: Dmitry is a tall, lanky young man who uses his slender build to his full advantage in a tough situation. He is caucasian and has bushy brown hair; hair that is often covered along with the rest of his face a pitch black shemagh that only shows his eyes when on missions. He usually wears a grey, sleeveless combat vest and pants and deep black combat boots. He carries an automatic shotgun, which he usually slings over his shoulder and a large spear across his back. He has deep blue eyes and very boyish features.

Personality: Dmitry is a very jovial person, despite his profession. He sees his job as a source of excitement and adventure, perhaps not fully grasping its very serious nature. He knows that he is one of the organization's many dumb brutes and is perfectly fine with it. This trait often leads to the creatures he captures having pity on him.

Bio: Dmitry Ilisovitch Pushkin was born in Ukraine to a human mother and a werewolf father. Due to his father's species, Dmitry retained the wolf's acute smell, sight, and hearing, although never being able to transform into a Lycanthrope.

He grew up around werewolves and, despite his standing as a half-breed, was accepted like a family member by the pack his father was a part of. This upbringing gave him an understanding of the shapeshifter mindset, a skill that the organization found invaluable upon his recruitment.

Dmitry was recruited at 19, after serving a year in the Ukrainian armed forces. He joined in order to capture and observe others like himself and was instated as a capture and recovery agent shortly after enlisting.

Since then, Dmitry has had a record of success in the retrieval of many shapeshifting entities and is a valuabke mediator in interactions between the institute and the werewolf species.

Personality: Cunning, good at playing along, bitter about most things, snarky, determined, can be sweet to those she likes, should you earn her scorn however beware
Bio: Mary Saw her first creature when she was 5 and since then was determined to find out more about them. Over the years she learned that not all of other people's sightings were hoaxes and after stumbling across an odd entrance into the ground found herself in a low level lab. It was then she was offered the deal.

Personality:
Abbot is a reserved sort of man who does not speak often, but when he does it's usually important. Although that does not mean he's above small talk. Harvey is cautious, somewhat gloomy, and calm under pressure.
Bio:
Harvey Abbot was a successful, perhaps too successful, vice detective for the Columbus, Ohio PD. The biggest case to come across his desk was the Landry Case, a brutal double homicide resulting from what was assumed to be a drug-deal gone wrong. After extensively tracking the perp, Harvey confronted them at an abandoned house outside of Columbus and, much to his horror, he found the suspected killer was no mere human drug-dealer. After surviving the ordeal, Abbot awoke in the hospital and was confronted by agents from the Organization. Thanks to his cool handling of the affair, he was given the choice of committing suicide or joining the Organization. After his recruitment, his records mysteriously vanished and he became a non-person. His wife and children were informed he had died of his injuries, and thus he went to work for the Organization.

Weaknesses: To defeat him use magic that converts the situation or outwits him with tricks that work one sided or confuses him enough to delay at changing. Don’t play a critical attack as he’ll use exactly the same and you’re doomed.
Bio: his handler caught him of guard with a naughty trick and he made and oath to the organization to help them hunt other monsters as long as they let him roam freely around the world.

Habitat: Everywhere that human is.

Strengths: Hides in the mist of swamps or seduces men then suddenly strikes and takes their heart out to drink its blood. Her teeth and nails are stronger than any sword and she won’t be killed with common weapons. You’ll need a highly cursed or Holy weapon. She is swift and always strikes first. Her charm and seduction is the most dangerous thing about her.

Weaknesses: Holy words that are enchanted by an innocent soul. Magical creatures as fast as or faster than her. Strong witches or wizards.

Bio: The legend of Lilith is famous enough. But the way she got captured; the organization used the doppelganger to get her.

Habitat: Swamps and foggy fields.

Ane was found grazing a meadow and brought to the organization, although she did not come willingly. It is unknown where exactly she came from and what exactly she is as tests need to be performed on her. She is what looks to be half human and half deer, she is very powerful when it comes to her hearing and senses, but she has horrible eyesight.

I'm planning on making both a handler and monster character, but I'll start with monster.

Name: Rat Man

Code name: FT-35

Level: 4

Gender/pronouns: Male

Height: 4'7"

Appearance: Takes the appearance of a short, bald man with featureless gray skin and two grey eyes. Does not wear clothing, but has nothing inappropriate on its body either. Several of his bones are of a larger or smaller size than they should be, and x-ray analysis has shown that the bones are made of an unknown metal, known as Rat Alloy.

Handler: (To be determined)

Strengths: Every four hours, FT-35 will begin to cough, and will then regurgitate several live rats, usually between 1 and 5, with teeth made of Rat Alloy. While any of these rats are alive, they will gnaw through any walls that are containing FT-35. FT-35 will begin to laugh hysterically. His skin will turn black and large Rat Alloy blades will slide out of his body, which he will then launch at any surrounding creatures other than rats.

Weaknesses: The rats are relatively easy to kill with a well aimed shot, and if all are dead FT-35 immediately collapses and wakes up after a short duration. He laughs for about a minute as well, so well trained units can quite easily dispatch the rats as the stay still to gnaw the walls. And finally, he is not strong enough to break chains, so he is to be restrained before the four hours ends. He is quite calm and compliant when there are no rats, and is perfectly willing to follow any instructions given. This makes him incredibly easy to contain if there are no rats, but becomes a threat to the lives of all living creatures every four hours. Staff must be on sight at all times to clear out the rats to avoid his escape while in his rage state.

Bio: FT-35 is perfectly capable of speech, and has given quite a large quantity of information to researchers about how he came to be. He says that he was experimented on by a force that came from another world, but then just abandoned when the experiment did not go as planned. He says he is around 100 years old, but has difficulty keeping track of time, so he cannot be certain.

Habitat: His cell is to be made of concrete to slow down the rats the most. The walls must have chains attached so he can be taken care of with minimum effort by holding him still. His chamber also has a simple table and a chair, as well as a kindle so FT-35 can continue the reading he enjoys.

Is this good? Want me to make a human character instead?

...Did I accidentally make it creepy?

Why were they recruited: Was raised in a family that has hunted down different species of dangerous game throughout each generation and was taught great hunting skills from a young age.

Who they are in charge of: (to be discussed later)

Personality: Adalia considers herself as an "enthusiastic hunter" but the truth is that she lives for the thrill of the hunt and takes sick pleasure in capturing her prey. She's quite sadistic and shows no remorse for disciplining those creatures that dare to escape her wrath or end her fun. Everything is basically a game to her and there's nothing she despises more than losing. It's quite hard to say if she actually has any redeeming qualities besides her love of cute/adorable things. She's been known to coddle the creatures in the facility that she deems cute.

Bio: Adalia Jäger was born in Schwerin, Germany and was the highly loved daughter of Lars and Lena Jäger, well-known hunters. Most of the average people only knew that they hunted wild game while being completely oblivious to the true purpose of the Jäger family. They have been hunting down supernatural creatures around the world for generations in secret, collecting them for valuable trophies and to protect mankind from being preyed on. Adalia had taken an interest in hunting around the age of 4 when she was allowed to accompany her family on their hunting trip and witnessed her father ramming his knife into the neck of a rather large wolf-like creature that she would later discover was a were-wolf. After that moment, she began the traditional Jäger family training and learned how to perfect the art of the kill on regular animals.

When Adalia was 18, she had to go through her rite of passage in which she would be left to fend for herself for 2 months in the nearby forest. Everything went smoothly for her until she encountered a creature she had not seen before or even imagine to be real. It was horse-like but had scales on its body that shimmered and claws on its hooves. It reared back and brought it's legs down near her face and managed to leave a scratch that began at her left eyebrow and ended 3 inches below her left eye. On reflex, Adalia struck out and left a gash on the beast's body before it took off. Adalia returned home with her newly formed scar and saw people she didn't recognize speaking with her parents, they told her that they wanted to recruit Adalia and she was happy to oblige.

Other: Her main weapon of choice is a barbed whip that is allows electricity flow through it whenever she wants.

Personality: Mason loves adventure and discovering new and ancient things. He's very passionate about his research and hates it when people mess with his belongings without asking. He loves traveling to new locations as well. He can be a little sarcastic and will never fight before learning of the other's intentions. He prefers to see the best in everyone and studies them before making a decision.

Bio: Mason was raised by his parents, who were adventurers, and went abroad on missions constantly with them in his young age. His parents originally searched for ancient artifacts; however, they stumbled into the wrong place one day and happened upon a horde of non-human entities. His family was slaughtered, leaving Mason alone at the age of 15. Ever since that day, Mason has devoted himself to learning all he can about the supernatural and unknown, determined to understand what other secrets exist on this planet. His knowledge expanded to far and the Organization caught wind of his research. It was die and have his research destroyed or join and continue under their demands. He joined and the Organization got rid of his public files and took him in.

Personality: smart, wants to see the good in everyone and everything, is generally kind to others.

Bio: Jason's parents used to run one of those cheesy fake shows called 'finding Cthulhu' and were considered harmless by the Organization. That is until they actually found a creature that had been escaping the Organization for years, all by complete accident. The creature then proceeded to kill his father then went after the mother, Jason hid under his father carcass until the creature went to sleep. He then killed the creature as it was sleeping off it's big meal, the Organization then discovered him and offered the man a deal. Join your parents as a corpse or join them, naturally there was only one option.

Strengths: Her jaw; her bite force is immensely powerful. Her sense of smell
Weaknesses: Her temper; it is wise not to piss her off she becomes unmanageable if someone pisses her off too much
Bio: When Lycia was just a cub she loved running through the wild without a care in the world, for a short time she loved being completely free of confinement but eventually she grew up becoming a lot more sensitive to staying completely hidden so that she wasn't caught. Eventually she did get caught but she didn't go so willingly, she fought hard for her freedom only to get caught in the long run. She hasn't been happy in confinement and her temper got worse when she was captured.
She is completely able to talk to people but won't speak to anyone but her handler. She can appear quite rude and refuse to really speak to people but she enjoys the company of others.

Strengths: Gliding, Near weightlessness, Very adaptable, Dangerously Intelligent, Can jump vertically up to two stories, Hard to catch.
Weaknesses: Extreme sensitivity to cold, Man made weapons, Considerably weak body, Can't communicate, Not good in combat situations.
Bio: Not much is known about these creatures, they suddenly appeared one day at first people were worried by the sudden appearance but the population quickly noticed that the species as a majority do not fight later testing showed their bodies are considerably weak. After a while of more testing by various groups the only shared information on the species as a whole is that their body is made of a fabric substance allowing for extremely high jumps and an ability to glide long distances but they are extremely feeble being able to easily be destroyed. While they can communicate they tend to shut down if provoked and lack the ability or knowledge to speak to anyone in any known human language instead they communicate with one another by letting out different musical frequencies. It is rare for this creature to stay in one area for a long time they appear to be nomadic in nature and will completely refuse to do anything if left in the same area for too long.
Habitat: Humid room preferably large, with nothing but sand on the floor.

Personality: Arnold is a care-free and easy going man. He isn't as cruel and dehumanizing to the subjects as the rest of his peers. Most level 1 to 2s like him, though any higher and Arnold is strict. He wants to be kind but he is not a stupid man, he knows when some creatures need to locked away and have their cell key thrown out. He is also intelligent and an overall very charming person

Bio: Arnold was raised in a normal family with nomral parents. Honestly, his life would've gone uneventful if it wasn't for his spark of adventure. He became an adventure, scowering ancient ruins constructed by humans, but never found anything supernatural until he was 22. When he reached that age, he found a a Cathloic church constructed over an old Incan silver mine. He was able to get inside the mine and found ancient paintings depecting Incaians and Spanish men killing a Vampire Lord who wanted to bring the world into a new dark age and make it his personal playground. He soon found the weapon that was used to kill him- the "Asesino de Dios", or God-slayer in Spanish, a silver sword that was blessed with holy water. When he reached the outside, Organization agents had shown up and offered a join or die terms. Arnold accepted, on the condition he would be allowed to keep the sword. They agreed and he became one of the most formost scholars on supernatural beings

Strengths: Manipulation of the Human Anatomy (Is able to use his fingers to rip a human's head from the body with ease, then crack their skull like a hard-boiled egg.) Immune to Gas, Super Agility.
Weaknesses: Rather Fragile, Needs a steady supply of Phenethylamine (A substance found both in brains and chocolate) to stay healthy and sane
Bio: Gehrim was first mentioned sometime during the first World War, in Germany. where he apparently would stalk battlegrounds, and devouring the brains of fallen soldiers. when the war ended Gehrim, he began hunting villagers. During the years leading up to the second world war, Gehrim would singlehandedly leave an entire village in ruin, due to his hunting. It was only during the separation of Germany that he was caught

Personality: Nora can be very much an all rounded type person, to some she is quiet friendly and a bit of jokester to others she is quiet and stern. She likes to talk to the creatures within the organization, she isn't as harsh with the creatures as most are. But she does know when to put her foot down if a creature steps out of line
Bio: From a young age Nora has always had a strong will and mind, she rarely ever backed down from a fight when someone tried to act tough and bully her. When she got older she discovered more about the world and discovered the hidden secrets that people would hide from the world, she only found out by one of the creatures that was still on the loose tried cornering her. Thankfully for her it was a low level creature which she calmed down once the Organization had arrived, the creature was taken and they had offered Nora a job as one of them which she happily took.

Weaknesses: Like every weakness an elephant has!

Bio: It was a usual hunting day. Summer dawn was patrolling hunting fields when strangers arrive. According to his duty, he warned his clan by calling danger out loud and shot the foe with arrows. He made them follow him to by time for his clan to hide but was caught after a few hours of chasing. He had never seen battle vehicles that could move between trees of the old forest. It probably was that new invention that had caught him off guard.

Personality: He is very royal toward his clan and hostile toward humans. He is untamable. Also is sensitive toward the weak.

Personality: A serious and hard working woman who keeps her life and emotions separated from her job. She is almost like her robots.
Bio: She is member of a corporation that works in field of robotic technology. Since observing robots of corporation kept noticing the paranormal creatures that were hidden from society. The organization had a meeting with manager about the unwritten rule of secrecy about mythical creatures. As a result, a branch of the Co is now working with the organization to provide them with highest tech. Ife is an expert in designing and using robots who works inside the organization to feed their needs.

Bio: Elemmire was a talented poet, singer and lute player of the elfin valley but due to his interest in humans and sneaking out to spend time in large cities, he has been exiled from lands of elves to live with humans for ever. He covers his identity by wearing hooded jackets to hide his ears and plays in public parks and keeps changing his place. But the organization can't let a creature who controls masses by music lurk around freely thus he is going to be arrested sooner or later.

Habitat: He must be living in green valleys and forests but this one prefers cities.
