Name: Lan Clementine

Brief Personality: Lan is a yappy, angry little man. With annoyance consistently etched into every movement he makes and word he says- it's easy to assume he doesnt like anyone. This is not true. Lan likes just about everyone, and requires constant interaction with people to keep his mood and energy up. This little factoid combined with his complete lack of charisma makes him rather annoying to interact with- especially when he still refuses to admit he likes being around people at all.

Bio:
Lan is the youngest son of two internationally well known pro heroes. Angel Knight- a top hero in the states and Residuction from Japan.
After Angel Knight's death, Lan's mother quit heroics and moved her family back to Japan. A feeble attempt to help her sons distance themselves from their father's image and heroism as a whole; in hopes that she could avoid loosing anymore family to the violence that it brought.
Unfortunately, the distance didn't put a damper on any of the four sibling's desire to become a hero; and one after another they enrolled in their heroics schools of choice, and after some years graduated.
All accept for Lan.

The youngest of the siblings was undoubtedly the weakest.
Not in terms of quirk by any means, but physically Lan was always the runt of the litter. An unfortunate accident his freshmen year of highschool was no help in the matter.

Who knew telling children with superpowers and little to no training to duke it out could have unintended consequences?
Certainly not the student with a slicing quirk that nearly tore the boy's heart in two during a spar in his first week.

Lan's own quirk saved him- but after that unfortunate accident his teen years were made of hazy visits to the hospital, and a plethora of failed treatments to repair a badly injured heart.

You see, while the healing factor of Lan's quirk mended the tissue; the scaring left on the organ made each beat a struggle. Unfortunately transplant or implant was not an option. Not when they risked the possibility of Lan's quirk reacting badly to them.

It took Lan six years to master keeping his quirk active at all times, just enough that it steadies the rythem of his heart and keeps it beating. Unfortunately, by then no hero course or agency would take him- not with his medical history.

Except- maybe the school with a 98% acceptance rate.

Hero/Villain Info

Quirk Name: Health Buff

Capabilities:
Health Buff has two distinct features.
One is an incredible level of energy present within the body. This energy is not technically physical- though expending it will cause strain on the body and fatigue.
The energy is completely separate from what the user might get from eating or drinking- and replenishes with time; though the quirk's energy will not refill if the user's physical energy is completely depleted.
The second of the features is an ability to use and share the energy through skin contact, where it can be used to quickly heal the user- or person they have made skin contact with.

Current limitations:
• Cannot control output, anyone he touches will find themselves healed of anything that ails them- at the expense of Lan's energy stores.

• Wounds do not close instantly, deep cuts may take 5 to 10 min, while broken bones can take 10 to an hour depending on severity.
Only a moments touch is required to collect the necessary energy and have it implemented- but the wound will still take time to heal after the touch is released.

• Despite being able to heal fatigue for others, it is possible to develop a resistance to the refreshing sensation of being healed- as Lan has.

Hard limitations:

• If he ever stops constantly activating his quirk without the proper medical equipment, his heart will sputter out and he will die

• absolutely no offensive capabilities

• As he expends his energy, healing slows

- Uses an electrified ( not weak, but not to the level of a full taser ) bat for combat, since his quirk has no offensive capabilities and he's a bit too small for strictly hand to hand. A little switch on the side turns the current on and off.

Tidbits:
- Grew up in the US, and still prefers being called by his first name- to the point he will sometimes just not give his last. It doesn't help that his last name is a fruit.
- Loves small animals and cute things, but will not admit to either. He also has an incredibly friendly hamster that only bites him. And a large dog named Sheep ; but he's staying with his brother while Lan is in school.
- Physically cannot shut up

A tall and feminine person, with long dark gray and pink hair, red eyes, and a sharp set of teeth.

Pronouns: She/Her , They/Them, He/Him - but due to her appearance she/her is the most common, and she likes it.
Gender: Closest to Bi-gender

Brief Personality:
Rumi is cunning in a playful way. She enjoys pulling other's strings to test their reactions, and when she gets one shye'll pry into whatever weakness it reveals- dissect it- and keep it in mind for later.
Her behavior may come off as erratic and poorly planned to some- but this mask is a purposeful one. Rumi hardly ever does anything before she has a goal and plan in mind- to the point she rarely manages to actually have fun or relax.

Bio:

Rumi Komori is the former number three hero of Japan.
She rose quickly, tearing through the ranks of heroes like a wildfire as soon as she had graduated from high school- becoming one of the youngest top heroes to ever grace the limelight with her presence.
It wasn't hard- according to her. She had a powerful quirk, and the quick wit necessary to fully utilize it. All she had to do was " put her mind to climbing the ranks for a few years , really- it's hard to imagine something so simple is all that impressive. "
Though not even a month into her time as a top hero, she vanished from the public eye. Only showing up again two years later as a teacher, volunteering her services to Dew Dover Academy.

Hero/Villain Info

Quirk Name: Queen's Bite

Capabilities:
The user of Queen's bite can fully control any person who they have bitten; so long as the mark has yet to heal.
They can activate their quirk at any time, so long as the target still has the bite mark, and hold it indefinitely.
Ultimately, there is no limit to the number of persons the user can control at once, but the more people they attempt to control the simpler movement becomes.
While in the state of taking over another, the user can see through their target's eyes; and will be aware of what they feel- but will not process pain or fatigue as their own. Nor will they gain any prior knowledge held by the target save for muscle memory.

Current limitations:
Rumi can only use the quirk of the bitten person (unless it's a mutation type) for three at once- maximum, and only if she understands how the quirk works.
Because she can't feel their pain or fatigue as her own while pupeteering - she has been known to over-do it with straining her target's body.

Hard limitations:
As soon as the quirk is activated, the original bite mark will heal fully- making reactivation only possible if they are bitten again.
If there is no imprint left on the skin of the target, the quirk can not be activated- so anyone with a quirk that makes their skin too solid- or pliable to a point where it can not be cut- will be immune.
The more people the user controls, the less she feels of her own body- making her vulnerable.

Quirk Name: Compile

Capabilities: Compile allows the user to incorporate living cells of anything compatible (read; human) with their own body. Compile can also afford the manipulation of the user's—and whatever the user happens to be incorporated with—body, and all within, creating a particularly disturbing but flexible shapeshifting.

Current limitations:
-Arii must have the specifics of all forms written down and easily accessible, as they have a shit memory and a mistake could lead to death.
-Obvious material constraint is obvious
-Needs to take weak immunosuppressants in the early stage of integration

Hard limitations:
-All forms must be biologically viable or they will die
-Shifting takes both time and energy (impossible in combat)
-Cells to be integrated must be living, and integration must be done properly which also takes time, or the cells will die

Brief Personality: Jet's past students have described him as twitchy and a little weird, but nice, and he's known within the school for having a fairly fun English class. He likes teaching, loves interrupting practical instructors, and most of all, adores bad jokes and worse puns that often make an appearance wherever he is, often ignoring whatever situation's at hand.

Bio: Jet was born in the UK and went to school there until college, whereupon he struck a deal with his parents that he would take the hero course they demanded him to so long as he could also pursue medicine. They agreed, and Jet passed both courses, staying in medicine a while longer to get his Doctorate. By then, Jet was old enough that he was comfortably sure he could make it alone, and told his parents that he would be going into the medical field instead of hero work.

They fought.

Jet won.

It was a pyrrhic victory, though. Jet lost both his original body and much of his first Avatar in the process. He took custody of his two younger brothers and moved to Japan, far from his parents' influence. He started his residency at 24, and got halfway through it before he began to grow restless. He was a nightshifter, and the things he watched happen from behind glass were wearing on him.

He was arrested for illegal vigilantism at 26 and was given a second chance that same year. He retook the hero license test, and began is career as an underground rescue hero.

Six years ago, seven years after his debut as an underground hero, Jet applied to get a teaching certificate on a whim. "Just in case", he'd told his brothers.

At 37, Jet applied to the Dew Dover’s Academy with the thought in his mind that so many new heroes he'd seen weren't prepared for what the world actually feels like.

Hero/Villain Info

Quirk Name: Avatar

Capabilities: This quirk allows the user to transfer their consciousness to an empty (read; dead or never was alive but has a brain) vessel and use that vessel as if it was their own. It also allows them to create their own, though this is an immensely exhausting process that can take weeks.

Without a consciousness in them, the Avatars take on a vegetative state and must be taken care of regularly to prevent them from dying.

Current limitations:
-As of the moment, Jet has only 3 Avatars
-All Avatars must be in a certain range of size (he can't make an absolutely massive Avatar)
-Avatars have a learning curve

Hard limitations:
-If Jet dies in-Avatar, so does his consciousness
-All Avatars must be biologically viable (eg. if it can't fuel itself, it is going to die)
-All Avatars can only hold one quirk. If they have a quirk that isn't his own, he will need someone to help him return from Avatar
-Jet builds muscle memory in-Avatar; if he knows how to do something intrinsically in one Avatar, he might not know it in another
-Avatars can only switch with extended physical contact
-All quirks in his Avatars are very watered down versions of the quirks of the people they're based off of


  • Quirk: Compulsion
    This quirk allows the user to use their voice to compel one to three individuals to do... something for them. What it is depends both on the person and what the topic of word is, though it usually follows vaguely along the set guidelines of the words spoken. Depending on the mental ability of the target(s), Compulsion may be resisted.

    This quirk works far better when used in song.

    Full-power, focused on one target, Compulsion works fairly similarly to addiction, in that it makes people really want to do The Thing™️.

    Skillset:
    -Infiltration
    -Hostage situations
    -Rescue operations
    -Interrogation

    Weaknesses:
    -Very much not built for open combat; though Octave has enough training that Jet can fight fine, this Avatar has nowhere near the physical capability of the other two Avatars
    -Octave doesn't heal, so Jet has to manually repair this Avatar every time
    -Octave's quirk is fairly weak, and takes a lot of energy; it can only work a couple of times a day
    -Octave is physically synthetic, and does not feel like a person, though it looks like one

Brief Personality: Idealistic to a fault, Ciene uses a mask of multiple facets, generally sarcasm and aloofness, to hide his familial guilt.

Bio: Only one semester into his theoretical particle physics degree, Ciene found himself disillusioned with the path he was told to take, the path that would lead to the most fame and financial gain for his quickly sinking family. So, he ran away; from his friends, from his little sister, from his parents, from his aunts and uncles, from everyone. He ended up in the slums for a while, working three part time jobs just to survive. Eventually, realizing a purpose past the everyday slog, he quit one of the jobs, lived on scraps, and became a makeshift vigilante.

Add a few months of experience before it happened.

His sister had found him at the worst possible time.

The tearing of skin, sinew, and muscle tissue echoing in the alley from a single misstep haunts Ciene to this day, and is why he applied to the DDA.

Hero/Villain Info

Quirk Name: Seep

Capabilities: Ciene can seep through solid objects, literally squeezing himself between most any molecular structure.

Current limitations: At the moment, he’s deathly afraid to use his quirk after the accident, and refuses to use it.

Hard limitations: He needs kinetic energy to fully pass through something.

Hero Name: Called himself Delta during his brief vigilante stint, it’s up in the air if he keeps it or not.

Stitched together by hand, the fabric costume is hardly sturdy or protective; but at least the seams are clean.

Other skills/capabilities: Smarter than the average joe, Ciene isn’t lacking in the brains department; however, he most certainly is lacking in common sense, social skills, and self positivity.

Bio:
The daughter of a broken family whose father ditched her mother so he could marry a crazy woman and lives as a villain. Her entire motivation to enter the school was probably so she could get a license to legally chase her father and kick him on the nuts. Also, any job would be better than working on her mother's run down ramen shop.

Quirk Name: Angel Radar

Capabilities: Miko has a halo made of solid light floating above her head, this halo will detect the usage of another quirk within range.

Current limitations:
- the current radius is 1 km
- it is always on

Hard limitations:
- The halo can be taken or broken. Anyone who put the halo above their head can use the effect, if the halo is broken it will reform back above Miko's head after a few hours.

Costume: Her costume simply consist of a yellow full body jumpsuit and a black hoodie. She use a slingshot with various kind of ammunition as her weapon.

Tomo Gureimin (He usually just goes by Gray for reasons you wouldn't be able to drag out of him if his life depended on it)
(If his name sounds weird, that's probably because his family kind of shrugged and went "fuck it" when deciding on how to do their surname (Gureimin). You know how some people do blended last names when they get married? They did that, but the surnames were from two separate languages and it's a bit funky as a result.)

Pronouns: He/Him

Gender: Man

Brief Personality: Does Gray look like a tired, unkempt, and socially awkward to you? Normally reading a book by its cover is a bit rude, but in this case it's just downright correct. He can and will spend a full 24 hours working inside on his latest project and then complain if you drag him out to take a break to do things he cares less about. Like eating and sleeping.

Bio: Tired kid of a well-known hero family who ended up being a rare case of someone with a quirk who still has the extra pinky bone (it will reform to be missing the unnecessary pinky bone if his quirk ends up being activated, more on that later), leading him and everyone else to believe that he's quirkless. It led to some tension between his parents and eventually Gray decided he wanted to work in support-engineering. Preferably without any connection to his family.

He applied to Dew Dover in an attempt to keep a low profile, but ended up getting signed up for a hero class as well as his support course due to a filing error that the counselor refuses to fix. He's planning on just telling the teacher he's quirkless and asking to get out of the class since this isn't actually his area of study. (By the fact that this character sheet exists, you might be able to guess how well that goes)

HERO/VILLAIN INFO

Quirk Name:
Gray is legally listed as quirkless. In fact, he doesn't even know he has a quirk, so his quirk has no name.

Capabilities: For the most part, Gray is impossible to kill permanently. When he does die, he revives fully healed within 24 hours. However, this comes at the price of feeling exactly what he would've been feeling had he been able to heal naturally for as long as it would've taken for whatever problems he had going on to fully heal. None of it is permanent (aside from the potential psycological trauma), but it still sucks. Fortunately, all damage to his body is fixed when he regens, so he functionally will go back to his prime every time he regens.

Current limitations: There are no limitations within Gray's quirk that can be overcome with training, technique, or anything of the like.

Hard limitations:
- If he dies multiple times in rapid succession to him reviving, he will likely die permanently depending on the amount of energy spent reversing each death and healing the corresponding damage
- The obvious pain/physical sensation of healing drawback
- It literally only activates if he dies

Name: Hanako, Aika

Brief Personality: Hanako is the type of person to keep to herself. She is quite intelligent, showing an extraordinary proficiency with any form of technology. However, towards people she is close to, she lets loose. Being sarcastic, teasing, and overall just opens up more. She is also very loyal and caring to those people, helping them with whatever they need and being there if they need any help.

Bio: Hanako’s parents were in debt with a big yakuza clan, like super in debt, like their entire life in debt. And this was all before Hanako was even born. So you can imagine, they lived in absolute extreme poverty. Both her parents were quirkless, so it was hard for them to make a living due to quirks being so dominate in the world today, that and the fact that they were absolutely bums and were sucky parents. When Hanako was born, they didn’t want her, with Hanako around it was another mouth to feed, more things to buy, but they put up with her until her quirk manifested.

With her projection quirk manifesting, everyone could see just what was going on in Hanako’s head, and they were plans for technology. Guns, bombs, computers, cameras, practically anything, Hanako was showing it through projections. The yakuza family seeing this didn’t see it as just another useless quirk as most people did, but say it was an opportune. Hanako could be the source of their new weapons. With the promise that their debts will be dropped, her parents sold off Hanako to the yakuza family.

Being kept practically prisoner, her only purpose was to show ideas and help make them. But sooner or later, when Hanako was 14, the yakuza family got raided. With the police finding Hanako in a cell they kept her in, they freed her and let her out into the real world. She really liked making and coming up with ideas, so she applied to Dew Dover and has been there ever since.

Hero/Villain Info

Quirk Name: Projection

Capabilities: The quirk Projection allows the user to project that is currently on their mind. It shows up as a blue translucent 3D projection. It also makes the user’s hands glow a light blue hue when the quirk is in use.

Current limitations:
  • Cannot keep her quirk activated for more than an hour, always has to have at least a 30 minute break in between
  • Difficult to change projections quickly
  • Projections have a limit of about a 5x5x5 feet
  • Headaches when she uses it for too long
Hard limitations:
  • The projection will only show what is on her mind at that very moment
  • The projections can never be archived or saved, once the projection is gone, it’s gone till Hanako can think of it once again
  • The color will never change

Costume: Seeing as Hanako is usually the one making the costumes, her "costume" just consists of things pulled from her closet. And all black ensemble, a long sleeved shirt, leggings, and combat boots.

Brief Personality: Mallory's an airhead through and through. A completely superficial person before she got her Quirk and completely incompetent at even understanding it now, Mal's convinced her Quirk is garbage because it doesn't match her ridiculous standards. Having been raised on tabloids, trash TV and vanity; one would be hard-pressed to find someone less qualified to actually become a hero of justice. But Mal only ever truly wanted the fame and riches the occupation brought.

Perhaps its better someone as dense as her can't even figure out her Quirk, the consequences of her finding out its not F-tier would probably be catastrophic.

Bio: Okay, so Mal was always into the whole being a hot as hell famous hero thing. Get all the praise, beat up baddies and get a hundred dudes all fighting each other just to be your side piece. Those awesome heroines from her favorite flicks were always showing Mal exactly how sweet it was, so when her body started getting all black and goopy she was determined to get into the best school possible and get hella rich and a mountain of suitors crawling over each other every day.

Accept when she tried out all kinds of awesome stuff with her Quirk, she totally flubbed it! Her Quirk was useless! What, a shapeshifter who can't turn her arm into Gatling cannons? Lame. She can mimic people's bodies yet can't completely disguise herself as them? Weak. Not to mention the whole having one eye thing, goodbye sexy glasses, hello One-eye jokes through the rest of middle school.

Having lost all confidence in her Quirk, Mal didn't even try getting into her first picks for her Hero school since she knew she'd flunk it. Instead, she got into photography and actually set up a few damn fine cover shots before she learned about Dew Dover. With an acceptance rate that high, even a busted Quirk like hers could get her at least a piece of the fame she truly wanted.

Quirk Name: Black Slime Body/ Partial-Shapeshifting

Capabilities: Mal's got an inky slime body that completely slaughtered her fashion dreams. There was only so much that went with inky black in her wardrobe after all. Anyway, she can blow bubbles with it and sorta shapeshift, but it totally blows.

Mallory can use her single eye to take a memory snapshot of whatever she's currently looking at. It flashes brightly whenever she does this. Once she has a snapshot of something, she can transform into it and adopt its physical properties.

Current limitations: She pretty much temporarily blinds herself with her own flash every time she takes a snapshot. Each new snapshot currently replaces the old one, so she has to keep taking those snapshots whenever she wants to change into something new.

Hard limitations: Her body does not look identical to the subjects of her snapshots. Despite taking their physical characteristics, her inky slimy skin does not change color. Making it extremely obvious to differentiate her from the original subject. Can only mimic clothing, not transform her own.

Hero/Villain Name: Picture Perfect

Costume: Mal just dawns a slightly darker trench coat whenever acting as Picture Perfect.

Other skills/capabilities: Dedicated Fashionista, Trend-Hunter Extraordinaire, Master Photographer, can absolutely violate a DDR machine.

Character goals: Mallory's journey to figure out that her Quirk isn't garbage is going to be a long, arduous trek for everyone. The lengths to which she will have to go to recognize her Quirk's potential will be mind-shattering for viewers, as literally anyone who isn't Mallory could see it clearly.

Brief Personality: Hirota is commonly seen as brave and righteous with an indomitable sense of justice and responsibility. Inspired by the incredible heroes he looked up to, Hirota's dream has led him to a path of heroism and humanitarian service. There are times when Hirota's sense of responsibility can be almost overbearing. This combined with his strong moral compass in the face of adversity and sharp wit makes him quite the charismatic person.

Bio: Hirota's mother died when giving birth to him and his father was never apparent in his life. He didn't want a child and left when he learned Hirota's mother was pregnant. With no parent to take care of him, Hirota was taken in and raised by his grandparents. They were his heroes. They actually both used to be pro heroes but retired due to old age. They're the ones who got Hirota into the idea of it. Being raised in a hero household and growing up with all types of hero entertainment, it was as if Hirota only had one path to follow. His grandparents took notice of how pure and kind his heart was and already knew when he was young the type of person he'd be. Once he got his Quirk and graduated high school, he applied at several colleges but they all rejected him. Probably because of his Quirk. He had been made fun of and teased for having a lame Quirk and many believed he'd never become a big time pro hero. That's when he discovered Dew Dover. The one college he got accepted into almost immediately.

Quirk Name: Sleep Walk

Capabilities: Initially believed to be Quirkless but it turns out being sleep or unconscious in any way is the only way Hirota's Quirk works. When he is unconscious, all of his physical abilities are drastically enhanced, enabling him to reach an overall level of physical power that is far beyond his natural limits. He's able to move, react, and act as if he were awake. Almost as if he had incredible instincts or his body was in an auto-pilot mode.

Current limitations: His Quirk will not work for too long before he wakes up, usually incredibly taxed and sore.

Hard limitations: Must be sleep for it to even work.

Hero/Villain Name: Insomnia

Costume: Skin-tight red suit with a simple white line that surrounds the torso, chest and arms. His boots and gauntlets are also red and feature a single white stripe around them. To top it off he wears a white sleep mask. He also has a small utility belt that holds various sedatives.

Other skills/capabilities: Skilled drawer, very athletic and flexible, master martial artist, and bilingual.

Brief Personality: Indra comes off as strong and loud at times and she loves to boast around. She enjoys having a good laugh and talk with people even if it means that said jokes are on her. As a "head through the wall" type of person she goes forward with a bright smile and hardly accepts defeat. Often times her blunt and forward personality can be harmful as she doesn't care for peoples need of privacy or secrets and she tends to have a "I don't care" attitude.

Dispite that she is on the other hand a very emotional person and if things make her sad, she will cry. She doesn't care if people see her or what they might think she will let her tears flow as it is just a part of her. Indra has a hard time sometimes as she tends to keep her emotions bottled up though if someone offers her to listen she will tell them everything that is currently on her mind and taking a toll on her.

Bio: Indra grew up in a normal household with her brother and parents, not living a lucious lifestyle as she wished. Dispite yearning for more she accepted it for now. Indras dream, as every kids dream, was to become a hero tho her quirk and it's risk wasn't helpful. So her dream of finally having a more luxurious life was popped then and there. And as she learned over time she could have things she wished for not by buying them but by rather stealing them. Even as a small child she started to steal things she liked left and right.

In her teens she started to break into houses, using her quirk to break open the locks or windows and just had her time of a life as a robber. It didn't take long for her to fall into the hands of some Villians who used her talent of being a sneaky thiev to steal for them or just use her to get information to blackmail others. As her glorious Villian name she chose " Crybaby" as a middlefinger to her brother who always bullied her with being...well, a crybaby. She had promised herself to rise at the top of villainy as Crybaby. This dream was promptly popped yet again when her gang was arrested and she was faced with charges which put her behind jail for four years. Indra had time to think and had found some interesting companions behind bars helping her overthink her decisions in life. To give her life a turnaround and live up her old dream of becoming a hero Indra decided to apply to Dew Dover's college.

Quirk Name: Blood Explosion

Capabilities: The quirk blood explosions allows the user to cut themselves open and using the blood as an explosive. The explosion can be activated with a snap. The user will cut themselves open and splatter the blood to have it then explode. To overcome the possibility of cutting too deep and drawing too much blood the user instead uses a tool inside their gloves that draws blood from the body and ejects if out of golden studs on the glove if wished. This also limitates the risks of bleeding out as the wounds are kept closed until she takes off said gloves.

Current limitations: She is not able to decide the range or power of the explosion even if drawing a lot of blood it will still end up in being a rather small one. Not damaging to people in a critical way.

Hard limitations: Due to her quirk her wounds don't heal very easy and they tend to bleed for a long time if not stopped by something. She is limited to only use smaller cuts or tools to not get in the risk of dying of blood loss. Used blood will only recover ove time and extensive use, even in small potions, will lead to fatigue and tiredness.

She wishes to become a hero proving to people that dispite having a risky quirk you are still able to become a pro hero. That the quirk isn't the only thng defining your for being a "hero". Besides that she wants to grow and learn how to use her quirk more efficent. While it's fun to have some smaller explosions she want's to learn how better control it and use it to create something bigger? She want's to redeem herself for her villainous life and do something good.

Personality: Shizuka is a very polite girl. She greets everyone politely and helps without hesitation. More often than not, you can see her smile softly or humming a unkown melody. She loves to watch people, so she knows a lot of tea. If you want to talk to her, you can always talk to her. Even if she can't help you, she will listen. But Shizuka has also an other side. And there she can react in two different ways. Scared, flinching at every sound and movement or she attacks, verbally or physically, not shying away when too much blood begins to flow.

Bio: Shizuka is from a very strict household with old-school parents. Her father is a hero, her mother works in business. Shizuka always lived with many rules, bowing to them and not saying a word against it and not making a sound when she did something wrong and got a beating from her father (and sometimes mother). As her quirk manifested, her parents wanted her to be a hero, supporting a big hero as a sidekick. But her past influences her and her moral got blurry. As Shizuka enrolled in a Hero Course everything seemed fine, until it didn't. Her views were 'too brutal' for heros and the school began calling her a villian to be. After a training incident, she got kicked out of school - and after some days out of her parent's house too. But she had enough time to apply to her hopefully new school.

Quirk Name: Water Mending

Capabilities: Water Mending is the ability to use water in any way possible - theoretically. To use it, there has to be a body of water, which can be of any kind. The user can use the water in offense, defense or in healing. Using it is exhausting and also draining the water from the User, dehydrating them. If the user doesn't trink enough water, they can ultimately die. The water can be used offensive, attacking the opponent with speed and/or the amount of water. It can be shaped, flying at high speed, wash away or drown opponents. For defense the water is used as a shield. It can hold small attacks at bay but since water has the ability to shape and flow, it doesn't hold a lot until it moves out of the way or breaks. When the user wants to heal somebody with the water, they need to put it directly on the place where the injury is. It takes more of a toll on the user. The water helps mending the skin, bones, muscles and the tissue. The user cannot heal themselves with water.

Current limitations:
- The largest amount of water to mend currently is at 7,5 liter. (2 gallons)
- The widest range to mend it currently at 6 meters. (19,6 feet)
- Shizuka can only use water that is already in the area or carried by her
- Shizuka can heal bruises, small and large cuts, shot wounds, sprained limbs

Hard limitations:
- Healing herself
- Water is only water, not steam, not ice, not boiling water. If it gets heated up by some other person, it is possible but she alone can't make it any different
