i dreamed a dream
Hello! This is a plot that I came up with not long ago and I'm dying to try it out for the first time, the requirements are; 3-6 paragraphs per post (6 line paragraphs), being able to add to the story as I hate having to drive the story alone and just makes me lose interest in the RP, another requirement is that you are respectful of the fact that I have a life outside RP (I'm about to move to university but be patient and I will get back to you) I will understand a nudge from time to time but not if its every couple of hours. Finally, I have dyslexia but I have Grammarly on my laptop which corrects most of my mistakes but if something still does make sense just tell me, I am also open to constructive criticism with my posts as I want to improve my writing.
so one of our characters can see every single red string that connects people and has made an extremely successful matchmaking business but now in his late 20's many people are wondering when the famous matchmaker himself can't find the one perfect for him and that's because he has no red string tied to his pinky finger, he thinks he's not lucky enough to be given that someone special but of course fate has concealed his red string from him. However, fate has much in store for him as his final customer before retirement walks into his office, a woman no older then 24 asks him to find her special person. Her reason why is because she'll be forced to marry someone she does not love. Hearing this our matchmaker and runaway set off in the search of her soulmate but he red string never seems to end and so he begins to set her up with random men but this girl has no luck in love. Throughout the time they spend together they grow close and something else begins to blossom between them, in one last attempt to find her soulmate our matchmaker prays at a shrine with our runaway and fate finally shows the little red string that ties the pair together.
I do picture this plot in Japan because the red string of fate is an East Asian concept, I was also wondering if I could play the runaway?
