Appearance: (Pictures are okay, for pictures I would prefer a before and after photo since with dice it is possible that you can completely change your physical looks to however you want it. but I prefer a sentence or two. Describe yourself every now and again in the actual RP, so people remember what you look like!)

First Dice: (Where you obtained your first dice. Be as creative or boring as you wish. If you'd like to write a back story with other characters, talk to other RP'ers and myself and we can write something interesting together. Your first post will take place the morning after you roll the dice and become a Dicer! If you wish to RP as a non-dicer, that's also okay.
Organ Donor: (Yes or No. If Yes, you give me permission to take control of your character if you stop posting for a while, If you return at any point and your character is still alive, you may regain control of your character. X is an automatic organ donor for every character however what that character wants to do with x has to be discussed.)
Desire: What is it that drove you to rely on the dice? Everyone has something they desperately want to change or want what is your desire what makes you greedy for the dice?
