Rearranging Order of Pinned Threads

I used to have a hosted project before the update and in that system, there was a way for a GM to rearrange the order of "pinned" or "sticky" threads. 


Is there a way to do that now? If so, how?

I don't believe any such system exists currently but I'm glad you reminded me, I'll add it to my to do list. That was an old hack on the previous version of the site that was hit or miss. I'll have something done for the new site.
