Fantasy Realm of Vardisso

For so many years, the idea of parallel universes and alternate worlds had been left unproven, merely as theories. Well, such is no more.


An accident had occurred in an experimental project trying to prove this, creating a powerful pulse that was felt by the whole world, though possessing no harm and without any casualties. With no result visible, the project was shut down. Scientists and researchers who worked on the project returned to their everyday lives, disregarding any knowledge of the said project, just as their contracts had stated.


Little did they know, it actually worked. transported several individuals to a world much like ours, but different in its own manner. They were sent to an alternate world, with no knowledge on how to return to their home - to our world, modern day Earth.


To the Realm of Vardisso.

Now in a strange world, these individuals must adapt to their new environment, and learn the way back home. That is, if they truly want to return. However, such a feat is not easily achieved, for there, await many trials and challenges lay before their glorious journey in the Realm of Vardisso.

In this roleplay, you may take on the role of the transported individuals, or a denizen of Vardisso, all which will be of one race - human. In this roleplay, you may either choose to search for a way home, or find your place in this brand new world, all while going through various obstacles.


I will be needing at least 4 people to play as the transported individuals, not including me, before this could be started. There will be no need for gender balance, so it will be fine if all characters are to be male or female.


Since this is a detailed roleplay, I will be asking for you to be able to come up of a post made up of at least two paragraphs, no lesser. More is appreciated, of course. I will also require you to post for at least 2-3 times a week.

I'd be glad to have you. I believe a thousand characters wouldn't be too much, but that might be quite a lot for others, depending on their preferences.
