hi im charly and my last partner search thread flopped because no one appreciated my comedic genius and use of foot notes. it flopped specifically for those reasons and not because it was an unorganized rambling mess posted at like 3 am.
here i am, throwing away my identity and humor to appease the masses. im using britsh broadcasting code and that is the death of an artist right there. youve finally broke me rpn. im conforming. (im so sorry if this isnt mobile friendly i dont know what im doing here i really dont)

- ☀ ballpark estimate for length is somewhere between 2 and 5 paragraphs. im capable of doing much more when i'm caffeinated and inspired (15 year old me used to write like 7 paragraphs a pop because she was a psychopath ig), but writing with a word count in mind isnt any fun dude. im really flexible when it comes to length. if i have a lot to say i will say it, but i also really dont see any point into stretching out a few lines of dialogue into like four paragraphs.

- ☀ present tense because i enjoy to spit in the face of god
- ☀ i play both male and female characters
- ☀ i prefer to write same-gendered romances because im,,, yknow,, *makes obscure hand gesture* even so, im down for the odd het couple every now n then
- ☀ i like writing an ensemble cast. its in no way required, but i find that doubling/tripling/sometimes quadrupling makes the universe feel a lot more fleshed out and realistic. the characters exist in less of a box.
- ☀ i prefer to plan shit out to hell and back. i have a LOT of ideas ALL THE TIME and so i mean obviously i want to share them with my partner and iron shit out and tell the best story possible
- ☀ i prefer to develop characters specifically for the plot, so i dont really have an arsenal of pre-developed characters at my disposal. but holy fuck can i promise you that the characters i write are gonna be NUANCED
- ☀ i dont like using character sheets/bios. i understand that some people like them for consistency with characterization, but they arent really compatible with my writing style, and so writing them is more of a headache than anything.
- ☀ i will be ur friend ooc and will send you a million songs and make stupid jokes and this is non negotiable. me and my jokes are a package deal. if you arent on board with puns then you can just go away.
