Trevor
A small chuckle could be heard from Trevor as he watched Sienna begin to chow down. “Well, thank you for you hospitality. Color me impressed.” He complemented with a teasing grin. The hunter began to eat his breakfast as well, abielt not as fast as Sienna did, as he did want to enjoy the food a bit as well. “I know it’s called ‘breakfast’, but you don’t have to eat it all in one gulp. You’re going to choke.”

“E-eight?! Eight siblings?!?!” Trevor exclaimed in shock. He couldn’t really even fathom having one sibling let alone eight of them. “You sure you have a family or are you just building an army?” He questioned in exasperation. “I was an only child, so, excuse me if this is all too much for me to handle.”

He then looked at Sienna with a mischievous expression of no good. “Hmm… really, could have sworn you said something about loving ‘him’. Don’t know who ‘him’ is, but is there some admirer out there that that I don’t know about? And by mattress, do you mean me? Because you were practically on top of me when we woke up. Look, I know I am irresistible, but at least take me out to dinner first.” He joked, a smirk dancing upon his lips.

“Ah the chicken coop? I’m not surprised, Sienna probably just wanted a midnight snack.” Trevor commented. He couldn’t help but find the fact that Sienna sleep walked endearing, it totally just felt like something she would do. In his head he imagined a tiny sienna just getting up, pillow still hugged to her chest, just waddling down to the chicken coop and making herself cozy in there by nesting herself in the coop. It certainly brought smile to his face.

Mimi

“Well it was pretty sudden, you surprised me that’s for sure. I thought hell would freeze over first before you would ever have feelings for me, like I did for you.” She laughed softly. “What… what made you want to confess now of all times? You said you felt this way about me since we early on, and it if were up to you, what would be a good pace when it comes to um, our relationship? I’m curious…”

Mimi couldn’t help but laugh at his statement, her cheeks a bit rosy from the wine, she had only had two or three glasses of wine but she was already feeling a bit tipsy. “Yes I remember! Alucard, when women laugh at men’s dumb jokes that aren’t funny, it’s because they like them.” She informed matter of factly with a giggle as she booped his nose playfully. It was obvious that the wine was loosening her up quite a bit. “Oh my god… do you think that they’ve…?” She began but suddenly leaned in to whisper to Alucard, despite being the only two people in this side of the castle. “...Do you think they’ve fucked yet? God, how do you think that would be with a werewolf?!The alchemist then pulled away, her face flushed as she was in a fit of cute giggle snorts. It was VERY clear that Mireille didn’t drink much at all, not to mention because of her height and weight, the wine seemed to go through her faster. It really seemed to bring out her off colored side and lowered her filter.

“Oh, you got a present for me? That’s so sweet of you!” She smiled brightly as she unwrapped it neatly, trying her best not to tear into the paper too much. “It must be odd to see me unwrap like this. This is the first gift you’ve given to me like this, so I want to save the paper… maybe make a scrapbook.” She admitted shyly. She then noticed the ribbon from the present was still in tack, so she reached up to tie it into Alucard’s hair in her tipsy stupor. “Heehee! It’s so cute! It’s suites you!”

She then finally opened the box and saw the pendant, and her mouth went slightly agape in surprise. “Adrian, did you really buy this for me? It looks really expensive… I-I’m in awe… Thank you so much, dearest!” Mimi asked as she looked up at him, a soft expression of warm and gratitude in her smile. “I love it so much! I’ll never take it off. Not ever.” She declared in a loving and endearing voice filled with adoration. “Would you mind helping me put this on?”

Alucard
As Mirelle became more and more tipsy with her drink, Alucard too began to loosen up a bit from the alcohol. Though not nearly to the extent of Mirelle. He chuckled softly "If werewolves are anything like vampires, I'm sure they bite." he answered a bit crudely. He leaned in close when he said so, snapping his teeth ever so slightly. As she opened the gift he sighed, and shook his head "You are far to drunk," he told her, they had a long journey ahead of them, and he was sure tomorrow morning she would not want to get out of bed "Hurry up now, you should get to bed before you do something you regret." he told her.

As she opened the gift he got her he observed her reaction tentatively, taking in her elated expression. He smiled "I had it crafted, it is one of a kind. Like you." he added as a faint pink dusted his cheeks. He stood up and took the necklace from her "I'm glad you like it, dearest." he mimicked her as he placed attached the chain on the necklace and let it drape around her neck. It looked even more beautiful on her, she and the necklace looked like the belonged together.

"Come now, onto the next." he said a bit excited now. He handed her the larger box, the one with a new dress, that was a dark purple. Purple was usually used for royalty, as it was a difficult dye to come by, he found it to be ironic now, that she was likely the princess of Wallachia. Surely she would be showered in all sorts of purple things, but he hopes this dress would always stay special. It was made from cotton and wool, delicately handmade by a talented seamstress. He had also purchased a cloak along with it, that was a darker shade of violet.

Sienna
Her cheeks heated up as she heard him describe what exactly it was she said last night, she frowned deeply and cleared her throat "Well I don't remember anything of the sort." she said as she started poking at her food.

Marnie ceased washing the dishes and laughed awkwardly "I think I hear Randolf calling me, ya'll take your time now." she said as she dropped the plate into the soapy water as quickly disappeared from the kitchen. Sienna felt the air thicken as they were now alone.

"You took up half the bed, not necessarily my fault I ended up on top of you, plus you had every opportunity to push me off but you didn't so who is in love with who here." she said feeling rather proud of herself, but she realized that she had absentmindedly admitted her feelings. Her eyes widened as it hit her "That's not what I meant-" she tried to correct herself quickly "You like me more than I like you so really it's you." she was only digging herself into a deeper hole, she shut her mouth and buried her head into her hands, "I'm going to stop talking now." she said in a muffled voice.

She really did it now, all this time and this is how it all came tumbling out? At breakfast? Not exactly what she had imagined. Truthfully she was a hopeless romantic with the idea of Trevor confessing in some over dramatic way, perhaps after a heated life or death battle. Life was not a fantasy, however, and God always found a way to make things awkward for Sienna Lyall.

Trevor

Trevor was shocked, as his mouth was slightly agape in surprise. This was not what he was expecting at all. Usually, when things like this happened it was just some light teasing from each side, he didn’t expect this to turn into what it was. He was never good with his feelings, that much was true, so teasing Sienna was one of the ways he showed affection toward her.

“You’re right. I do love you more than you love me, but can you blame me? Have you seen yourself in a mirror? Your beautiful, wonderful, amazingly drop dead gorgeous. And what am I? A smelly recovering drunk and a washed up hunter. Honestly, I don’t deserve someone as funny, sweet, strong, and talented as you. Sometimes I feel as though I should just count my losses and be thankful that I am lucky enough to be alive but I'm a stubborn fool as you already know.”

He then sighed, hoping he was getting his feeling across to her… he was never good at communicating, but he at least wanted to try his best for her. “Honestly, you could do a lot better than me… much much better than me, but I’m stubborn as you already can tell, and I don’t know when to quit. But, if you were to love me… that would be such a goddamn honor for a fuck up like me, and I know I’m not perfect, but I swear on my life to protect you and do anything in my power to make you the happiest woman alive.” He sighed, feeling a bit of a weight lifted off his chest, and felt much lighter.

“Sienna... I love you.” He admitted with a quiet air of coyness.

Mimi

Mimi couldn’t help but giggle flirtatiously as Alucard leaned in and snapped his teeth. “My my, are you trying hint at something? I’m not surprised that you would be into that.” She commented as she smiled teasingly at him. “But am I at least a cute drunk? And what do you mean by ‘before I do something I regret’?” She pouted.

Her cheeks began to glow a brighter red, and this time it wasn’t because of the wine. “Such a sweet talker you are… you really know how to make a girl feel special.” She smiled with adoration in her eyes. As he put the necklace around her neck, she felt her cheeks burn even more as he too referred to her with an affectionate pet name. She looked down at the pendant and a warm smile graced her lips.

The Alchemist began to neatly open this box as well and her eyes widened as she saw the dress inside. “Oh my god… this is so beautiful…” Mimi gasped in amazement. “Purple’s my favorite color! Goodness, you are spoiling me! Purple dye is very expensive, right next to green! And the stitching and craftsmanship is fabulous, and look at all the lace and this cloak! My goodness, I-I… I’m not used to this. As you can probably tell my by my shop... well the ruins of it, I lived a pretty frugal lifestyle.” Mimi mumbled as tears began to form in her eyes. “Alucard, honestly your confession is was a precious gift in itself… I must admit, I’ve pined for you since we were in the library, so honestly, your love is everything I could ever want… and now you’re showering me in all these presents, I feel so overwhelmed, but it’s a happy kind.” She smiled as she did her best to push back her tears of joy and pressed a kiss to his cheek. "I don't think words can really describe how thankful I am for you..."

Alucard
Using his thumb Alucard wiped away the tears that threatened to spill from the edges of her eyes. He smiled faintly, she was a cute drunk, but to be fair anything she did was quite adorable. She always seemed to pure in everything she did. He lifted the final box, this one heavier than the rest "I'm glad you enjoy them so greatly," he said as he placed the heavier box wrapped in ribbon in her lap "I hope I saved the best for last."

The final gift was books he acquired from an elderly woman who also practiced alchemy. They were old, but in good condition. She no longer needed them as she knew every bit of information that was inside, but they would be very useful to anyone studying the subject of alchemy. The library had it's fair share of books on the subject, but these were special. They held notes from the old woman's studies, things only an experienced teacher would know. He also included a storybook, which was actually a collection of several fairy tales. His mother used to read him such tales before bed, and he always enjoyed it.

The pure joy of Mirelle when she opened her gifts filled Alucard with more admiration for her. A warm feeling swelled inside him whenever she smiled, or laughed, it was contagious. He placed a hand on her shoulder as she opened her final gift "It may not be as grand or expensive as the other two, but just as important." books lasted a long time, and he wondered if one day the book of fairy tales would become useful. Of course having children was a wish of his, but that was so far in the future, tonight he simply wanted to give her the gift of knowledge.

Sienna
A bit surprised by his outburst Sienna raised her hand and looked back at him in shock. She felt her cheeks heat up as he described all the things he liked about her, all the good qualities she had. She frowned "Trevor don't talk about yourself like that and then turn around and talk about me like I'm perfection." she stated.

"You are an amazing man, so full of love for others even if you don't realize it. You can kick ass, you've got a bad ass scar which I think is incredibly sexy- You're funny and caring too." she told him, her face turning redder and redder. She was rarely good with words, saying them aloud she felt embarrassed, even if he felt the same. She was being vulnerable, exposing her emotions to him without hesitation.

"I love you." she told him while placing her hand over his across the table "And if you think so highly of me, then know that if I love you then you are not a worthless drunk washed up hunter." she said with a smile "But we can be shit together too, a pair of stubborn alcoholics with dead parents." she laughed softly.

Trevor

Sienna’s ability to be so upbeat and positive no matter the situation always seemed to surprise Trevor greatly, as he considered himself a bit of a cynic. “Sienna, I know that no one is perfect, not in this shitstain of a world, but with you… your imperfections are also positives in my eyes. There is a sort of beauty in your quirks that make your imperfection a piece of art from my perspective.” He nodded. His face began to turn red from all the compliments she was giving her. “Sexy scar, huh?” He smirked with a shit eating grin. “Hmmm… that’s actually the first time I’ve heard that one.” He teased.

He sighed, somewhat in relief. It was healing to hear that there is someone you adore and love in this world that could love you despite your faults. Trevor was always hard on himself, that much was for sure, but to hear that Sienna didn’t care or think his faults were a bigger oversight then his positive values, it really hit him home.

There was a soft sort of tenderness in his gaze as Sienna’s hand held his. A soft smile was on his face, and he never thought he even had the capacity to feel this happy, ever. It was then he stood up and pulled Sienna into a tight embrace. “I would kiss you right now, but I don’t want those little shits to tease us mercilessly.” He whispered gently into her ear.

Mimi

Mimi opened the last present and a soft gasp was let out. “Well, you certainly know me very well.” She giggled. Mireille then began to examine the alchemy books, intrigue blossoming on her face. “This is… this is fantastic! I’ve never seen such text before! It’s amazing…” The alchemist exclaimed in awe. “So many Formulae… so many things I didn’t even think was possible! My goodness… this changes everything!” She realized, pure joy and jubilance glowing in her face.

It was then she noticed the last book in the pile, as it stood out due it’s colorful cover, and then she looked up and smiled at Alucard. “I love fairytales! The illustrations are beautiful as well… it’s simply gorgeous. I will treasure this deeply and keep it safe and guarded.” Mireille sighed in content as she hugged the book of fairytales close to her chest. “I actually want to write and illustrate a children's book like this, teaching kids about nature and science and medicine! Knowledge should be shared after all!” She nodded.

“All these beautiful gifts, dinner, and your confession of love… goodness, this is the best birthday I’ve ever had! I feel like the luckiest lady in the world.” Mimi sighed softly. She then reached up to give Alucard a tight warm hug. “I love you... I love you so much, Adrian.” She practically sang sweetly, as a few more words of adoration slipped out as Mireille looked up at Alucard, with a whimsical expression of infatuation and yearning on her face.

Alucard
Every moment that passed Alucard fell more and more in love with Mirelle. Even though they had spent a year in the castle together he still found her innocence endearing. The way she spoke so fondly about making the world better, spreading knowledge and such, he adored it. He smiled down at her "I'm glad, I hope this was up to your expectations."

He packed up the dress back into the box "Go on to bed now, you can stay in my room tonight, I'll join you in a moment." he assured her as he placed a kiss on the top of her head. Picking up the plates and glasses he carried them into the kitchen and cleaned them, before taking what was left from their dinner up to the knight so he would have some decent food in his belly for the night. He was rather thankful for it, and spoke fondly of the warm water and soft bed.

Once the knight was tended to he made his way to his own room to meet Mirelle. He removed his long coat and hung it on the edge of the bed, he looked out the darkened window to see snow still falling, thus he started a fire in the fireplace he had in his room to keep them both warm throughout the night "I won't look while you change." he assured her as he dug through his own drawers and retrieved a more comfortable pair of pants. Even though it was bitterly cold outside, he still slept without a shirt, he simply found it to be more comfortable, and Mirelle would give him all the warmth he needed.

Sienna
She smiled faintly, and was going to lean in for a kiss herself before the door slammed open "Sienna!" called Fenris "Roderick is here, he's-" Sienna stood up quickly, her chair moving out from under her, she released Trevor's hand and frowned.

"What's he doing?" she asked sternly.

"He's threatening Ma." he replied.

She stormed out of the farmhouse to find Roderick and a few other men speaking to Marnie and Randolf at the edge of their property, when he spotted her, she felt like prey caught in a steel trap. His eyes were like ice, his gaze chilled her to the bone. She steadied herself and approached "Been awhile, see you're getting a bit gray." Sienna said holding out her hand for a handshake.

"Well, well." said Roderick, his voice deep his accent thick. He shook her hand firmly "Nice to see at least one Lyall had some sense." Sienna balled her hand into her fist.

"I'd like you to meet Trevor. Trevor Belmont." she said as she motioned to Trevor with a bright grin. As he approached she pressed a chaste kiss on his cheek. The Belmont clan had been allied with werewolves since Leon Belmont, Roderick would be a fool to break ties with them, and Sienna knew it.

Trevor

Trevor turned swiftly as the door opened with a large slam. Just as he thought that things were falling align and his feelings for Sienna created a tranquil contentedness within him, it seemed like trouble had a way of always following him. He followed Sienna as she rushed out of the house and glanced to see a group of men around Marnie, almost like a swarm of hyenas watching for the most opportune time to snag their prey.

Sienna was already by Marnie’s side and he rushed over to see what exactly was going on. Trevor took a good look at Roderick, as he certainly did look like the type that was ready to take advantage of others, especially those he thought were weaker than him in a moment’s notice. Trevor didn’t like him, he didn’t since the moment he laid eyes on Rodrick, something about him just made the Belmont want to punch his lights out, and the man had yet to say anything to him yet.

It was then that Trevor was taken off guard by Sienna’s kiss to his cheek, as he tried his best to hide that he was flustered. He wasn’t used to such loving gestures and it would take a bit for him not to turn as red as a tomato when Sienna showed affection. The hunter then cleared his throat, trying to regain his composure. “Very nice to meet you. I am assuming you are Roderick correct? You are the leader of this pack?” He asked. Trevor assumed he was here to stir up some trouble, he probably already got word that Sienna was back, but he wondered if him being here would make things better or worse. In the back of his mind, he worried; yes, the Belmonts had a long-standing alliance with the pack, but there was a part of him that was worried that Roderick had some trick up his sleeves to avoid that bump in the road.

Mimi

Mimi figured it was best to change into her nightgown now before Alucard returned. Taking her buns out of her hair, she thought more about what might be in store for them tomorrow. It would take a bit to get there so she figured that she would read up on some of the books that Alucard had given her, but there was also a part of her that the chances of her just falling asleep mid-reading was pretty high after tonight’s turn of drunken events. She took off her petticoat, stockings, and corset, and at this point, she was so deep within her thoughts that she was moving as if she was on autopilot.

So of course, she didn’t even notice when Alucard returned, not to mention the fact that he moved so swiftly due to his vampiric abilities that it was hard to know when he was around for sure unless he announced himself. Lo and behold and as luck would have it, Mimi was already down to her underwear and her hands were already midway through discarding her bra.

"I won't look while you change."

“EEK!! ” She nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard his voice, her eyes scanning for him and finding Alucard by his drawers already without a shirt. She SWORE, that he wasn’t there literally a second ago. How did she miss him coming in?! Her face then became a bright crimson, the brightest that she has ever turned, as it looked like she could die from the embarrassment at any moment. “A-Alucard!!! It’s a little too late for that now! Y-you should at least knock first or something!!! I-I mean I know it’s your room and all b-but…” She was a mess as words tumbled, her brain fried from the suddenness of his appearance. “W-what if I was completely naked!?!”
