Hi everyone! I'm Polaris and you can call me Pola. A little about me:


I'm still nineteen years old, studying Human Biology in college. I love TV shows {Bones, House, Castle, Big Bang Theory, Gossip Girl} and I like most type of music (country, pop, hip hop, rock, etc). I pretty much can talk about anything as I do love anime, novels, food, and such.


My Co-GM in this role play will be @Sasil. She's amazing and we've been role playing together for years...and I really mean years like when I was a Freshman in high school years ago. She's great and I really hope to meet new friends. I role play not only for fun but to meet and interact with others so please please please POST in the OOC. If you're shy, I understand but I'd like to get to know people that I'm role playing with.


Also I'm rather understanding if you're busy and such but give me a heads up. Do NOT disappear on me.

This role play is meant to be f u n and dramatic so if it's not your cup of tea, I get it. There's also list of events I want to get through and it's on the events page so hopefully we can go through all of it before the role play ends/dies. So p-a-c-k up your bags and join me on these wonderful journeys of friends.


PS. Yes you're right, this is a spin-off/sequel of Aim for the Sky.

Heya! I haven't finished everything yet but your character will be posted on the Character Sign Up Sheet. I will post the character sheet layout once I finish with everything. I'll post the link on the interest thread once I'm done. The In Character Role playing tab will only be use to post as our characters. OOC will be used for any questions or concern.

I have a few questions, however! Does the ban mean that the ownership of musical instruments has been banned as well? How long ago has music been banned? And, just to clarify, that is, all music has been banned. So no Julliard, no operas, no symphonies. Imagining the government afraid of rebelling orchestra members and that makes me giggle.

Awww, thank you! Haha! Well, hopefully my explanation helps but here goes.


Live music performances basically has been banned for ten years and it has been replaced by the advancement of technology (instrument/voices/sounds are made by technology). But three years ago, youths want real music back which means the bands, live shows, concerts, touring, all that good stuff. So the government gave an ultimatum that one band will be created just to see how society reacts to it. Three years later, following the success of the band, there was a return of live music, many bands, singers, orchestras, and what not started once more.


So no more live operas, symphonies, and bands. Everything is just online so no more coachella and vote yes for to youtube. I suppose instruments were "supposedly" banned but it's not strictly regulated so if you own one, the government won't crack you down for it unless you go waving it around on the streets.


I know this sounds very unrealistic and idealistic but go with me here. LOL
