  Grünhain Village is the wizarding village situated near Ravenhurst University. Its inhabitants are unaware of the castle's exact whereabouts, but the village has an array of shops filled with necessary magical supplies and a few coffeehouses and beautiful sights to boot. Students and staff are welcome to visit the village whenever they wish.

Alastor
Crest= two crossed swords on a red and white crest.
Alastor house was named after the late, great dark wizard hunter and Auror Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody. The house is associated with bravery, resourcefulness and charisma. Amelia was a close friend to Moody and founded the house in his honour.

Morgana
Crest= A mountain summit on a silver and black crest
Morgana LeFey is best known for being Merlin's most powerful adversary and one of the most powerful witches of all time. Though her history is unsavoury, Amelia admired her ambition and named the house after her. Traits associated with the house are ambition and prestige.

Ignotus
Crest= the hands of two people shaking hands on an orange and yellow crest
Ignotus Peverell is thought to be the inspiration behind the youngest brother in Beedle the Bard's The Tale of the Three Brothers, in which he cleverly hides from death for many years before greeting him as an old friend. Amelia was fascinated with his history and legends behind it and admired his creativity, loyalty and desire for harmony, traits the house is associated with.

Merlin
Crest= an owl on a branch on a blue and green crest
Merlin was and is the most famous magical being of all time. He prized knowledge and intellect above all else, traits associated with this house. Amelia founded this house in honour of his legend and in fact has received a second class Order of Merlin for services to education.
