Hi! Quick question - If I sent someone pictures through PM, is there a possibility that it can be shown in the random media portion of the site? I don't want anyone else besides the one I sent them to to view them. I'm sorry if it's a stupid question, I just never understood where those random media posts came from. Thank you!

Files uploaded to specific posts don't show up in the media gallery. The gallery is a separate portion of the site for people to upload their own pictures to use. Mostly so commonly used pictures aren't uploaded again and again and take up more space than necessary on the site. The random media window selects its images from that section.

So in short, no XD

Also, images uploaded to an album in your gallery are only viewable by staff and the people you set permissions for. The default is everyone, but you can change the album permissions to only allow certain people, or only allow people you follow, or only RpN members, or just you! People who don't have permission to see the album will not see any images from it anywhere, whether on the Random Media section or if the link from that album image is used to put a picture in a post somewhere.
