Normal cost is: 3m 1W 1g
so it has a non zero, non variable gossamer cost which is the requirment for a mutation.
Would turning it into a mutation then cost 1mutation or 3, it only affect you but then you use it to affect others.
After swearing to this oath or just taking the mutation full on, everybody you touch is automatically subject to the HSK charm.
Or am I reading something wrong here?
