Dossier: Born and raised within a highly educated family in Michigan. Studied engineering and languages prior to enlisting in the Marines as firstly infantry but later retraining as a 'Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician' once he reached the rank of Corporal after four years of service. Later honourably discharged due to tinnitus after two tours of sporadic combat in Iraq. Joined the Michigan Police Department and trained as part of the bomb squad for five years before being enlisted by Rainbow Six because of his experience with improvised explosive devices.

Scott shows signs of post traumatic stress disorder and his tinnitus certainly weighs down on his personality capacity outside of work. He often speaks his thoughts openly whilst he works as a way of coping with the stress - possibly to get a sense of normality. A workaholic at heart, he can frequently be seen studying on the events and further conflicts in the middle-east. With just under 10 years of experience with handling and disarming explosive devices of all shapes, quality and sizes; Scott often leaves room in his train of thought to add the occasional witty comment. His slap-stick comedy often leads others to think he doesn't take his job seriously enough. However his expertise and mostly clean service record tells another story.

Dossier: Lee Jin-Soo was born on the DMZ, South Korea. Military runs in the family, his parents are both captains in the ROKA stationed in the DMZ, Jin-Soo was sent to an international school where he learned English and became proficient in both Korean and English when talking to his parents. After his compulsory conscription, he went to Kyoto university learning software architecture, cyber security, and languages. Afterward he enlisted in the air force, working on communications technologies. Feeling the work was dull, enlisted to the 707 SMB where he gradually excelled, as well as seeing real action and notoriety when he busted a drug trafficking ring in Seoul. Enlisted by Rainbow for his technical expertise.

A truly accomplished soldier despite not seeing much combat. Always seeing the need to improve his skills and become a reliable edition to the team. He's never one to spearhead an assault, but you can rely on him to watch your six at any time. He possess a custom made rc recon drone with a camera and can detonate an emp blast, to temporarily cut power and stun hostiles.

Dossier: Melanie was born a lower class citizen in Paris. Not a good student either, but was able to get a high school education. She ended up joining the army, she was top marksman in her company and was recommended by her company commander to be a sniper where she gradually excelled. She was later deployed to Mali at the start of Operation Serval. By the end of the operation she had 30 confirmed kills with her rifle and reached the rank of corporal. She was recruited by Rainbow for her skills with a sniper rifle and her discipline.

Besides her discipline and due diligence, she doesn't have much to say. She didn't get anywhere talking to people but doing her job. Two of those traits combined makes her a deadly operator.

Dossier: Anastasia born in Larisa in Greece but spend her teenage years in Toronto where her fathers family was originally from. Her economic situation forced her return to Greece just before her last year in high school. She wished to get into a medical school but couldnt afford it so volunteered for the army after high school for the educational support benefits. She went through basic training and applied for medic training. She was than send on a couple of tours in Afghanistan where she where she earned several commodation for her services. For this she was transferred to the sacred band where her service got her recommended to join the Rainbow Unit.

A caring and motherly woman which inspired her to take a career in medicine, she though by no means a weakling with a sharp tongue and stubborn her core. A bit of an adrenaline junkie, she thrives under fire and pressure and enjoy every minute of it. Her stubbornness and caring nature means she takes losses of patients and squad mates hard and she does have a history of depression.

Former Unit: Navy SEALS
Dossier: Typical American middle class who grew up in Queens. Was an average student and after he graduated high school he joined the marines and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2006. His most notable achievement was when he saved surviving members of a humvee crew who hit an IED which earned him a Navy and Marine Corps Medal, after two years of service he went home to be with his wife. Later he joined the Navy SEALS and was deployed all over Latin America to bust drug trades. First was in Mexico I’m 2008 next was in Peru the same year, and then Colombia in 2012. His dedication to his squad's well-being and military achievements earned him a leadership position in Rainbow.

While he's a decorated soldier with a colorful service record. His tendency to put himself in dangerous situations has a chance of demoralizing his squad when he dies. As a leader he tries to be less impulsive, but it always lured by the illusion that his teammates maybe in danger and so rushes ahead, usually instinctively.

Dossier: Born in a small village in Scotland, very much isolated from the world. Until moving to London where crime enveloped him. Until he was arrested for numerous assault charges and was given the option to serve his sentence or join the army. He chose to enlist and the army was like rehab for him, learning fraternity and camaraderie. He served in Sierra Leone fighting rebels until the end of the war where he returned to London where he decided to do professional MMA and had a successful run for about 3 years and had a shot at the Welterweight championship, but failed. Frustrated, he quit and re-enlisted but this time for SAS. With his history of brawling he excelled in CQB and had been deployed to Afghanistan for 2 years until joining Rainbow.

Evan is very impulsive though very respectful to his squad mates. When in buildings and up close he's an absolute monster with his past MMA career and SAS training. But thats where he only excels. His shooting is good but not as accurate as other skilled marksmen.

Former Unit: French Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE) - Action Division - Paratrooper Specialised Instruction Centre

Dossier: Aedan was born March of 1969 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His father was an active member of the Provisional Irish Republican Army and attempted to groom the boy into following in his footsteps, against the wishes of Aedan's mother. After Aedan's father was killed by British security forces in 1983, his mother sent him to live with extended family in Dublin. Aedan was initially a "problem child" -- rebellious and headstrong -- and spent a year at a military-style reformatory as a result. The discipline and sense of purpose that the experience instilled in him had a lasting effect on the young man, as he ultimately enlisted with the Irish Army at 18.

After several years as an infantryman, Aedan applied for selection to the Irish Army Ranger Wing. He passed and was inducted into the elite unit, spending a number of years as an assaulter and later a team leader. During his time with the Irish Army, Taggart hunted down IRA remnant cells and participated in peacekeeping missions to Lebanon, Somalia, East Timor, and Kosovo. He also also briefly served as a weapons & tactics instructor at the Army Ranger Basic Skills Course. Following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Aedan found himself frustrated with his government's neutral stance. As soon as he was able, Taggart left Ireland to travel to France, enlisting with the French Foreign Legion in early 2002.

Aedan served multiple tours in Kosovo and the Ivory Coast as an airborne infantryman in the 2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment's 1st Company (specializing in urban warfare) before transferring to the Regiment's elite Commando Parachute Group. Taggart deployed to the Ivory Coast for a second time as well as Afghanistan where he was a member of as part of an Operational Mentoring and Liaison Team. Eventually Aedan worked his way up to become a pathfinder team leader and was subsequently seconded to the French intelligence community. Following a stint working in the murky realm of DGSE's clandestine Action Division as a paramilitary commando, Aedan has been transferred to Rainbow.

Aedan is somewhat reserved and soft-spoken by nature -- some would even call him tense. While conducting operations, his keen focus represents the consummate "quiet professional". However, given time to warm up to someone, Taggart displays a sort of witty charm, complete with self-deprecating humor. Above all, however, he is very protective of his comrades -- especially those under his command.

Dossier: Jonah was born in February of 1979 and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. His mother and father were both military veterans and Jonah saw fit to follow in their footsteps, spending his high school years as an active JROTC cadet. After graduating in the Summer of 1998, he enlisted immediately with the United States Army as an Infantryman and volunteered for service with the 75th Ranger Regiment. He was assigned to the 1st Ranger Battalion, spending time as both an automatic rifleman and grenadier before attending Ranger School and graduating with honors. His unit was deployed to Afghanistan following the 9/11 terror attacks, taking part in Operation Anaconda in early 2002. Jonah led a machine gun team as part of the Ranger QRF during the Battle of Takur Ghar, earning a Purple Heart and Bronze Star for Valor.

Following his return to the States, Decker applied for Special Forces training. After completing the lengthy pipeline, he was assigned as a Junior 18B Weapons Sergeant within the 5th Special Forces Group in early 2004. Jonah deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan on several occasions over the following years (notably seeing action in Fallujah) as part of both a Mobility Team and later a Dive Team, working his way up to become his detachment's Senior Weapons Sergeant before transferring to 5th SFG's elite CIF Company. As of 2010, Jonah was planning on applying for selection to the Army Compartmented Element (aka Delta Force) when he was instead offered a secondment to Rainbow, which he eagerly accepted.

At 6'6" with a broad-shouldered athletic physique, Jonah is imposing in demeanor. However, beneath the rugged exterior is an outgoing and self-proclaimed "country boy" all too willing to form close bonds with his teammates. However, the raucous fun he sometimes enjoys off-duty is put aside the moment he is tapped for a mission. His large frame allows him to carry and employ a variety of light crew-served weaponry with relative ease. Meanwhile his experience as a U.S. Army Small Arms Master Gunner and Special Forces Senior Special Forces Weapons Sergeant has granted him a keen level of expertise in the identification, maintenance, and use of a myriad of foreign and domestic arms ranging from sidearms to light artillery.
