Chicago, 2076. The city is constantly alive, but nothing more than a shithole. Gangs slinging the newest synth drugs and BTLs. Murder is commonplace and for the most part, the brass stays out of downtown. Those that are willing to do the sultry jobs can make a lot of money if they have the wits and skill.
