Question Regarding Crossover RP's

So I want to know, what are the rules regarding crossover roleplays, like when a character from an established series meets a character from a different one, or when an OC meets an established character and vice-versa. Is that allowed, and if so, where is it allowed and how does one go about starting one properly?

Cross-over rps are allowed in any form you want them to be.


If you plan to make one with two already established series, it goes in fandom - this is also the case if you make established characters meet OCs.
