Question Prefix

I have noticed that the "Feedback" subforum got merged into the "Site Questions" forum and now the two are mixed together. 


Given this, I think it would be helpful to add in a prefix titled "Question". Sometimes, people make threads here not because they're seeking help persay, but more to understand something. The current prefixes do not have something that encompasses this and I think it would be a beneficial prefix to include.

Doesn't help/other help catch all the ones in between that are not suggestions/bugs.

I think most people that need help understanding something would choose "help."  I would, at least, though I know I shouldn't project like that.


We do have the "other" prefix if someone feels their post doesn't fit within the other prefixes, but I think "help" should cover it for now.
