Help Question About RP Moderation

A friend of mine is considering making a roleplay, and wants to have a co-GM for it. Is it possible for multiple people to have moderation powers on non-HP roleplays? Or would we have to get it approved as an HP first?

Unless something changed since the last forum transition, hosted project owners should be able to give others moderation powers in their rp.

That's not the question I asked, though. If the RP my friend ends up making is not a Hosted Project, would they be able to do the same?

Only HPs allow an RP owner to grant moderation abilities. Normal RP threads can only be moderated by the OP or the site staff.
