Question about character submissions

Just wondering how 'by the book' you want these characters that are submitted, A character I want to format to submit has been well recieved by alot of STs but there is alot of stuff that slips by or bends slightly some of the rules/settings materials.

It's not a problem, as I see it. Half the reason to have submissions is so players can bring their own ideas into the game. It would be nice if any deviations from the standard rules were noted in the writeup, however.
