  It's been awhile since I've made an RP thread, but I've been kinda feeling like doing some kind of RP lately and thought I might try my luck out here again.

  Note that most of these are canon x OC, I know that is typical and not always the easiest to find, but I'm trying here. I have a hard time playing as canon characters (specifically men) and so I do have a hard time with doubling in the case of canon x OC. However, if you're interested in one of my most wanted roleplays, there's a chance I might know a character enough to try and double... though I cannot say whether or not I'd be great at it or not.

  Destiny (The Video Game) ☆☆☆

  Sometime during the end of Destiny 1 or beginning of Destiny 2... A human family is attempting to escape darkness/foes/something bad by leaving their home on Earth in their ship. While escaping the ship is damaged, and the family needs to find a place to land sooner rather than later. The closest location is IO, where they attempt to land with a damaged ship, but ultimately end up crashing. No one survives.
  
  A ghost arrives on the scene some time later, and sees potential in one of the family members - The couples only child, a young girl who the ghost decides to spare by resurrecting as a guardian. Once again alive with no memory of what happened, she wanders aimlessly on IO in search of anything or anyone who can give her some kind of answers to what is happening. Eventually, she stumbles upon the first person she's seen on IO - an Awoken who seems busied with some sort of studies, muttering to himself every so often.
  
  Though reluctant, she decides to approach this person - he is her only hope after all. His name is Asher Mir, he's a grumpy scientist who seems reluctant to have the distraction of a kid around... but he is ultimately concerned and decides to help her out. The rest is a story of the two bonding, Asher teaching her things he is studying himself, a possibly tragedy of the two getting closer like family as the Ashers time alive is running out. A child warlock who has no idea how to use her powers, and grows overtime to be full of light and chaos. Basically, a wholesome plot with additives of possible sad themes. Found family trope. Good warm feelings, mostly. I have a lot of ideas for this, just let me know if you're interested and I can share more.

  Done this plot once with someone but we never got to finish, really want to pick this one up.
  
  A child from an abusive household is abandoned by her parents. They drove to what seemed to be the middle of nowhere and dropped her off, thinking that she'd never find her way back home and that no one would find her out as far as they took her. After being dropped off, the child wanders to try and find anything - a car, a town, even a person - anything or anyone that can help her.
  
  Coincidentally, hidden away in the middle of nowhere is the tf2 base. It's the only thing she's able to find after days of searching, and she decides to give it a chance and approach. She is discovered by someone (up to who you play) who takes her in, in which everyone is surprised that anyone could find this base... especially a child. They can all tell something is off, and do what they can to help her. When they discover what's happened, they're disgusted - even the worst of the worst couldn't believe how terrible she had been treated to be thrown out like this.
  
  Despite not knowing much about how to handle a kid, the gang decides that she will now be a part of the family. They try their hardest to be gentle and kind in order to try and help her heal from previous traumas, while also working on solving the mystery of who her parents are and where they can be found... they just want to talk.
  
  Note: I can play some of the characters from TF2 okayish. When I originally did this RP, my partner played Medic and Sniper, while I played Scout and Spy. I am okay with playing some of the characters if you're willing to play one/some of the ones I am requesting.
