Special Ops Unit 13/Bad Luck 13/Team 13:
The new Team of Psycho Limiters which will be used by the military to keep other Psycho Limiters under control and don't let them lose and kill people or oppress them.
This Team consists of special Individuals and they even have a leader who once was the #1 Special Ops team leader, Agashi Shinji.
Many call that Team Bad Luck 13, since their missions weren't all too... successful... until now...
Cobra's Fang (Psycho Limiter Organization):
An Organization, kinda Mafia like, which has been there for 30 years already. It consists of Psycho Limiters who use their Powers to oppress Normal People.
They have an insanely high budget and surprisingly many sponsors and even more members, but only about 10% of them are Psycho Limiters.
This RP takes place in a fictional Japanese City, so the scene creation is up to you
