People who have awakened their hidden powers... Psycho Limiters...
Feared by Society, those who have the Psycho Limit are treated like scum... like they are worthless and have no reason to exist in this world but to spread malice. Like they'd be Demons.
Of course some Psycho Limiters don't like being treated like that, so it was just a question of time for an Organization to rise and start to oppress "Normies".
Today, many Psycho Limiters abuse their gifts to oppress Humans. That's why the government has created a secret team consisting of Psycho Limiters to handle cases like oppression by Psycho Limiters which are too much to handle for the police.
For some reason, however, that team doesn't only consist of Psycho Limiters, but of people which all have a special background and couldn't be more different from one another than they are, which makes it seemingly impossible for those people to work together... You could call them a bunch of weirdos...
However, the weirdest weirdo is the leader of that group... who is probably the one individual to let all the other members of that team look relatively normal in comparison...

You might ask yourself what a Psycho Limit even is, right?
Well, it is an ability with a slight downside...
For example, you can breath in water, but you can't swim or you get a headache whenever you use that ability which gets worse the longer that ability is active.
Or creating a Fireball with your hand and shooting it at a target, which causes your lower arm to ache for a second.
Psycho Limits are active abilities and need to be turned on.
Abilities like breathing in water are abilities which constantly add a downside to you while that ability is active.
The Fireball ability is a one time activation thing which doesn't need constant activation, so the downside will only be added for a short amount of time.
The Psycho limit isn't almighty though... for some, however...
