REDEMPTION will focus on the training and safekeeping of minors that are enhanced, modified, talented, and otherwise excelled in one or more abilities to inhuman/significantly large extents and have cause to be removed from their current living situations/guardianships*. Such causes include, but are not limited to, the lack of current guardians and/or guardians that the asset in question may be transferred to, criminal activity relating to or assisted by such abilities said asset excels in, and involvement in dangerous activities that are likely to result in/have already resulted in death/injury/harm of the asset in question and/or others.

*Assets eligible for Project REDEMPTION also include minors previously under the guardianship of one or more deceased Synth agents.

All assets of Project REDEMPTION will be housed in CAMP |Codename: LYCAN|, where they will attend classes for education and training. Subjects of such classes may include, but are not limited to: combat (of multiple types), [REDACTED], languages (including, but not limited to: Spanish, Russian, Japanese, ASL, English, International Morse Code), math, sciences (including, but not limited to: chemistry, anatomy, botany), world politics, and world history.

Assets will be kept under the legal guardianship Synth and therefore be exempt from any laws specified to separate nations/territories/states and instead be allowed to operate under a specified set of rules and regulations agreed upon by all nations under the International Synth Agreement.

Such rules follow:

1. Assets may be sent on assignments as decided by the project directors.
1a. Any assets at or under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an active Synth agent.
2. Assets will confined to CAMP LYCAN unless given specific permission by the project directions
2a. Assets exiting CAMP LYCAN must be accompanied by an active Synth agent if entering a public area.
2b. Assets under the age of 13 exiting CAMP LYCAN must be accompanied by an active Synth agent until returned to CAMP LYCAN.
3. Upon entering CAMP LYCAN, assets will be fitted with a specialized bracelet designed track the asset it is fitted to, deliver an electric shock at a specified voltage (to be decided on a case to case basis by project directors) or other such discipline method, be irremovable by the asset but still controllable/removable by CAMP LYCAN officials, monitor vitals of the asset it is fitted upon, and whatever other features are determined necessary by the project directors.
4. At the age of 18, assets will age out of Project REDEMPTION and enter into a secondary system.
4a. Which system will be decided on a case to case basis by the project directors.
4b. Such systems include, but are not limited to: the CC project, other Synth operated systems, and detention centers.
5. Assets will follow all rules and regulations agreed upon for Synth agents if they do not contradict or conflict with any rules and regulations states above.

General World Info​

- There are a few superheroes, but all powered people are monitored by Synth. Most are only allowed to use their powers under certain circumstances. Many end up working for Synth.
- The fact that superpowers are possible is not a secret, but, because I don't intend to write an entire separate history for this universe, there are far less alien invasions and such than in big media superhero universes (cough cough marvel and DC cough cough).
- While superpowers happen and are often covered by this universe's media, it's relatively rare to have superpowers/get superpowers.
- No matter how close this universe is to Marvel/DC, we don't follow their universe's rules. There is no Wakanda here, and no superman planet (I don't know what it's called), and no iron man, etc etc.

Synth Info​

- This universe's version of SHIELD.
- Manages all supernatural/magical/inhuman/enhanced/exceptionally dangerous people, objects, and events. Almost every country on the Earth has agreed to them being there and managing their superpowered people, but each country has slightly different laws relating to Synth. Still, they have access to every square inch of the planet, either by force or by law.
- Most Synth agents keep the fact that they work for Synth a secret from the average civilian, but a lot of people have different permissions for knowing info about Synth, so yeah.
- They often imprison enhanced/especially dangerous people (including children) that have caused 'issues' (lots of criminal activity). Usually this turns into a life in prison or being known as a felon (since using enhancements to commit crimes results in it being a double crime in most nations).

Camp Lycan​

• Features

  - Camp Lycan is in an undisclosed location. Only a few high up Synth agents know where exactly it is.
  - All assets (students) of Camp Lycan wear a shock bracelet that monitors their vitals, tracks them, etc. Lycan Officials all have a remote to control these bracelets.
  - Some shock bracelets look different than others because they're designed differently (someone with electric powers might have a tranquilizer in their bracelet instead of a shocker, so it might be slightly more bulky, etc).
  - The standard shock bracelet is a thin, white, metal (about half a centimeter thick) strip that goes around their wrist. Its kinda like a fitbit. It's also got a small rectangular screen (displays in green) that the wearer can use to contact Lycan Officials, check their vitals, and whatever else is deemed necassary.
  - The kids pick their classes, but sometimes they have to take specific classes to meet certain requirements (powered kids take Power Discipline, everyone takes Combat, they have to take two languages every semester (at least one has to be not their first language), one math class every semester, and one science class every semester). They can take however many classes they want until their schedule is full.
  - This group of kids is Lycan's first students (the project launched one week ago). They're the guinea pigs.
  - No fence contains the Camp, but a perimeter of cameras and guards are pit up in a wide radius around it.

  1.) Instruction Unit (IU) - Most classroom ands laboratories are here. It's a concrete building, about two stories high with a basement. It's roof is long, arched (shaped like a cylinder cut in half then plopped on top of the building), and made entirely of some see through material (not glass, it shatters too easily).
  The base floor (Floor B) has a small office/lobby where you can look at a map if needed (this would also be where you applied for access keys and approval for certain activities), and a med bay (a lot smaller than the one in the dorms). It also has a lot of classrooms. Floor A (top floor) consists entirely of classrooms. The basement (Floor C) contains all the laboratories. When science classes aren't being run, it requires a special access card to enter (which will be given to any assets that request it and won't be dangerous in the labs alone). Rumor has it there's a fourth floor beneath the basement, but no one has any proof.
  
  2.) Accommodations Unit (AU) - Three floors. The base floor contains a library, cafeteria, a gym, a sort of sitting area (at the entrance), and access to the docks (special access key required). The top and middle floor has all the dorms, where each asset gets set into a room/team. Each room houses two people, and each team (eight people per team, sometimes less) has a small communal living area connecting to four rooms. The communal living area contains a very small kitchen, a bathroom, and a few couches/rugs/tables. Teams and roommates are allowed to decorate their communal living spaces/rooms however they like, but only with things they got themselves (such as artwork they created, things they bought while on a mission (usually they get the money to buy things from stealing, but don't tell anyone), etc). The middle floor also has a med-bay set with a few cots in case of overnight patients. The top floor contains both asset dorms and instructor housing, but the instructor's housing requires an acess key and there are no roommates there. They're mainly on that floor because the youngest assets are kept closest to them (the smol childs)
  
  3.) Storage - This is a shed comtaining anything needed for outdoor activities and lots of medical equipment (Camp Lycan is expecting quite a lot of injuries).
  
  4.) Training Grounds - This contains pretty much everything you could ever want in means of obstacle courses, shooting ranges (for archery, guns, throwing knives, and more), combat arenas, and weapons practice. It's open access at all times of day, but everything is closely watched by Synth personal, in person and on cameras. There is one place that's locked down, but that's only because it's the vehicle track (they do have to teach these kids to drive at some point) and they don't want assets hijacking cars and disappearing off into the wilderness.
  
  5.) The Lake - Used mainly for swimming and kayaking, but occasionally instructors will bring their classes here for certain exercises. The docks (which connect to the accommodation building) are closely guarded, but you can get approved for kayaking time out of the lake, but those that have caused issues will get denied.
  
  6.) The River - Used on rare occasions for training exercises. It's separated from the lake with a large net that can retract if needed. It runs into the foresr.
  
  7.) The Forest - Off limits unless accompanied by an instructor. It's used commonly for wilderness survival exercises.
