Mitch has been called distant and maybe even cold by some people, but not for unrecognized reasons. Mitch is a cyborg, or a human with robotic tendencies. Being genetically modified has mellowed him out from his former spunky, obnoxious self-- although such traits could rear their heads again after he becomes used to someone's presence enough. Mitch could make a good candidate for a leader, as he does have redeemable leadership qualities. Humble, yet shrewd and cynical, Mitch takes caution not to plunge into situations he can't talk his way out of; violence is a last resort for him and this makes him a somewhat emotional fighter in combat. Outside of combat, others paint him as a sort of 'big brother' figure that is always making sure everything is running smoothly. However, his relaxed stoic glare rubs some people the wrong way, and his constant presence irritates sometimes.


Despite his past, Mitch has chosen a way of loyalty and respect for his superiors. This has gained him trust throughout the upper ranks, and in turn has granted him some authorized access into secret battle strategies.


Mitch's cerebral cortex has been enhanced enough to retain complex memories from his present, however, the time before his transformation still remains a murky pool to him. The people who claim to remember him have only taken advantage of Mitch's abilities-- unbeknownst to him. Being a cyborg hasn't relieved him of some characteristic naivety.


Mitch's cohorts have often referred to him as a vigilante for his 'keeper of the peace' approach to politics and social justice. He believes that there is a definite right and wrong, and will act accordingly. His characteristic programming was designed specifically for him to slam down the fist of justice on criminals and execute reasonable plans without resistance. Because of this programming, however, Mitch has a difficult time adjusting to change or making extreme exceptions and has introduced a superhero complex. After all, he is the first of his kind.

Trained in traditional combat with close ranged weapons, Mitch was granted Special Operations status after his modifications enhanced his senses. The Squad decided to place Mitch in a scouting position shortly after he demonstrated his abilities in a training session.

The youngest of two children, Mitchell Troy was an amazingly average boy. Growing up in the time before the wars was almost a dream for him on his parent's farm. The Troy's were an active family in their community, and their boy's were placed on somewhat of a pedestal due to their athleticism.


By the time he was in high school, Mitch had lost his oldest brother in a freak accident. Emotionally wounded and plunging further into mental darkness, his way of thinking was terribly damaged; the Troy's were losing their last child. On prom night, Mitchell was driving home intoxicated when he was hit by a car. His parents thought him missing, and died with broken hearts. The truth was never to be revealed to them.


Mitchell's body was kept in a suspended state by a company -- which would later turn into the Earth Defense Society-- in order to try for a successful and functional cyborg. The corpse was chosen for it's normalness, and above average athleticism. Experiments began after the invasion started, which was approximately 400 years after Mitchell's death.


The corpse held up well through the years, and Mitchell was revived with no knowledge of his former life.


Extra Information:





Mitchell is equipped with extremely sensitive hearing, hence the modules on either side of his face. Underneath his dermis, there is a thin layer of flexible metal armor made of the substance which is harder than diamond, and this makes him a formidable opponent.


Mitch's muscles have been stripped and replaced with cables that wrap around stronger bone, granting him superior strength and agility. However, sneaking anywhere is difficult for him, and he requires routine self-maintenance.


Main Skills:





Charismatic- Mitchell possesses a way with words that makes him somewhat likeable, and could potentially sway a conversation one way or another.


GI's Spirit- Having been developed after the aliens came, Mitchell carries the typical qualities of a pre-Invasion military recruit. He has knowledge in pre-Invasion strategies, and carries with him a database full of information regarding pre-Invasion war tactics.


Handy- Mitch has been gifted with a vast knowledge of repair, not only for himself but also for others like him and various other mechanical objects that require fixing.


Weapon Savvy- Mitch is very able to use a variety of weaponry, even pre-Invasion arms. He doesn't have a set armory, although he seems to prefer rifles that are 'one-shot' or sniper rifles like the one below.

Diary entry Wednesday 21st March, Year, 2514.


It was four years ago when I got my doctorate in Computer Science at the age of sixteen and became a black belt in nine different forms of marital arts; I sent my résumé out to the world, a carrier pigeon holding all of my successes in life, off to the top companies. When I awoke the next day I checked my email only to find one mysterious reply out of the thirty requests I had released. The reply was from the EDS, Earth Defence Society, from the research and development department offering me to become both a researcher and an Agent for the classified AI program. Obviously, I accepted, it paid twelve million UD (Universal Denomination) a year and all insurance was paid for as well, how could I refuse a interesting job with a good salary at the age of sixteen?


I went to meet with the head of the project the next day with all my belongings in a duffle bag and ready to head off to the lab on Neptune for genetic modification to make my bones stronger and increase my regenerative rate. They measured me, I came to about 7’0, and they even said I was built like a one of their fortresses.

•Personality: Sora can get very annoyed when others "get in the way" of her during combat. She is very headstrong, hardheaded,and street smart, but can be very sensitive out of combat too. She observes things carefully and takes things a little too seriously. Sora would rather barge into somewhere and kill everyone then be all stealth about it, but she can be stealth if ordered too. Sora is completely listening when orders are given and will not fail to carry them out.

•Slight Backstory: Sora didn't grow up like other people, no, she was the daughter of a commander for the EDS. She didn't socialize with other kids like they did in school, she was home schooled, or rather ship schooled, on her father's vessel. Sora's father was then labeled as a traitor, and he was, for bombing an alien colony. Sora was confused and frustrated and angry, when her father begged her to listen, she heard orders come to the soldiers from the leader of EDS. "Execute him! Before he runs!". Sora quickly grabbed a nearby pistol and shot her father in the head, orders were carried out. This was noted by the soldiers and she was sent off to join Akarui and his 'squad'. Sora didn't refuse the offer anyway, it would be nice to get away from the ship after what had happened.


Sora was induced to the genetic modification which grew her up to about 6'3, she was built but not too built, more slender. Quickly she was sent off to work with Akarui as a team mate.


•Extra Information: Sora hates being teased, but she will easily give in and get embarrassed.


•Main Skills: Sora can fly into space without choking or anything, her suit emitting a strong globe of oxygen around her, and covering her skin with nanotechnology, spider silk. Her halo will also go around her head and serve as a visor with different visions when needed. She uses her cannon to take out vehicles or many enemies, and her blade to take out one enemy or serve in stealth missions. Her wings each have an engine inside and she may fly with it, but if it runs for too long it can overheat and explode. The sharp ends of her wings can also impale enemies, moving with the wings if she is on land.

•Personality: Xavier's personality is shady, due to the fact of his parents being murdered. At such a young age, he doesn't realize that there's more to live for and is willing to give his life for a single fight due to lack of seeing any hope. He's overly depressed, constantly sad and doesn't like being around people very often. Even though he's not very old, or what some would call experienced, he knows his way with his Family's scythe. His quick wit and somewhat unhuman reaction speed can lead to very devastating things. Don't get him mad, no matter what.


•Specialty: Due to his somewhat light armor, he's able to quickly and swiftly move to areas faster than some others. He can easily take out multiple targets using his scythe.

•Slight Backstory: Xavier loved with his parents, doing chores and random jobs for extra money to help out in the family life. But, one day, a outbreak of an extremely deadly bacteria that was rapidly mutating. His parents, amongst millions, were infected and then killed, I'm efforts against the bacteria. It was never successful. So now, with no sense of hope, he wonders. And wonders, and wonders. He joined the PMC for extra money but later realized he didn't need the money, and that everything that happens within the PMC pays for itself.

Personality: Chi is loves to tell jokes and goof around, but when it comes time to do his missions, he is completely silent -- only speaking when he needs to. He loves being around people except when on missions. Because on missions, the more people there are, the jumpier he is. He is also delves into the idea of Chi. He is fascinated by the idea of channeling energy.


Specialty: Scout/Sniper


Image of Character: Looking, having trouble finding a good one. He has longer red hair, which is why he was called Blaze. He is taller and thin, but toned in his muscles. He tends to wear a leather trench coat, fedora, sunglasses, and white gloves.

Slight Backstory: Chi was raised in a big city with lots of violence in it. The way he stayed out of these gangs bad influences was through his Ninjutsu master. When most kids his age were off causing trouble, he was practicing to better his body, mind, and soul. As he grew older, Chi developed his own style of martial art, called Sanjutsu. Sanjutsu was based off the principle that anything can be a weapon. But it is much more than that. There are nine developed levels of Sanjutsu, only the first dealing with weapons. As he got older, Chi passed this on to a few of his friends. With this, Chi worked his way into the crime syndicates of his city and singlehandedly took down the largest syndicate in the area. This drew the attention of the EDS. Chi left his teachings in the hands of his friends to pass on. His friends started a martial arts school which is gaining prestige. The rest is history.
