Many parts of the lower abdomen are similarly cyborg-like. These additions are seemingly growing along with the subject, which is the most interesting part. Is this some sort of crazy bio-tech, or have they lined up a lot of different sizes for just this one subject?

Superhuman Senses; Vastly improved senses of smell, hearing, taste, and touch. Despite the blindness, subject is able to locate something as small as a coin by its "metallic taste," as she claimed. Also able to be used as something of a human lie detector, as subject is able to hear changes in heartbeat and even body heat with focus.
Heightened Agility: Through the use of many muscular experiments, subject has, though no effort of her own, gained the agility surpassing that of Olympic level athletes. Subject is also faster than what would be a human equivalent, but nothing remotely superhuman. Reaction time to anything other than visual stimuli are among the lowest of any subjects, both current and failed.

Control: Requires focus to be extremely precise, as mentioned above, but the natural state of subject's senses have allowed her to engage in combat and evade [file edit: after experiments, it seems to be more of a prediction, aided by subject's inhuman reaction time] the projectiles from a guard's taser.
Danger level: C; Formerly F, though the obedience.. "reinforcement" seemed to work rather effectively a few years back. In the 4 years subject has been in section C, only one incident has been recorded, involving a subject that is now considered "failed."
Experimental deforms: Complete blindness; missing limbs(just past the shoulder for arms, mid thigh-downward for legs) causes common phantom pain

Personality: Subject is by no means like one of the kids who were brought to the lab later on in life. Lacks any kind of culture we have attempted to teach, and seems to know little to care for life beyond her own. Will be beneficial if the subject reaches the point of being released for military usage. Despite having access to interaction with other subjects, this one has developed very little emotional attachment to any of them, but is clearly benefiting psychologically from the relative lack of isolation. Cooperation is still reluctant, though as of the last incident 3 years ago, no actual issues have been observed. Just in case, it is unwise for anyone to approach subject alone.
Backstory:
Subject was obtained in Europe, from an extremely low income mother who could clearly not support another life financially. It was easy to to come to an agreed upon price, and further contact was quickly cut off by the mother.
Subject's enhancements have been massively successful, though attempts to enhance vision in a similar manner to other senses left her completely blind, and that was where the issues began. Immediately upon learning of her newfound blindness, subject attacked and maimed 2 of the 3 guards present during that surgery. It took all of them firing at once to actually hit her, and she was immediately moved to level F for the next 5 years.
Upon being eventually moved to level C, subject was many levels more tame, though still showed little regard for others. Last recorded outburst was 3 years ago, during which subject was attacked by a promising subject that was harboring many unique stealth-based abilities; a poor decision on his behalf, as the retaliation from this subject got him killed. Oddly enough, the higher-ups did not deem this cause for transfer back to level F.

Power: The rules of physics seem a bit warped when it comes to Tai. She can walk up walls and across ceilings like an insect
Control: While Tai's ability level has been stable for a few years, she still sometimes has trouble disengaging from surfaces quickly. This can be anything from occasionally getting stuck on the ceiling to trying to take a step forward on the floor and falling flat instead. Flat objects like sheets of paper often get stick on her hands.
Danger level: Level 1.While Tai is under supervision so she doesn't attempt to escape or hide somewhere in the facility, it's generally understood that she is not a grave threat.
Experimental deforms: Tai is Deaf, and seems to perform poorly on certain neurological tests involving reaction time and broad comprehension. She exhibits a short attention span, low pain tolerance, and is prone to heat exhaustion.

Backstory: As the Experiment began to take hold and the need for new subjects arose, 3 year old Tai Kaneda was one of 7 orphans surreptitiously "adopted" from a rural orphanage several miles from the nearest town, where no one would ever question the fates of those children, The other 6 did not survive the initial enhancement operations.

Through extensive electrochemical and genetic alterations, Tai's gravitational pull and pressure sensitivity was somehow warped into insect-like ability to cling to smooth surfaces, allowing her to scale flat walls and ceilings without assistance. Later, a second round of operations intended to reduce her susceptibility to altitude and temperature damage resulted in irreparable damage to her cochleas and temporal lobe, causing complete loss of hearing.

Personnel have noted that her recent behavior in the facility has been unreliably cooperative and increasingly restless, Some have recommended an increase in security during night hours, as she seems to have stopped sleeping regularly and instead pacing her quarters and scratching marks into the walls, and is sometimes seen to hang from the ceiling like a bat, silently observing the hallway outside.

He's the one who is more likely to protect others, tending to use his speed to keep people out of trouble and pain, even if it means him taking the punishment. He worries for everyone, and isn't even particularly disliking of the people who have hurt him, as long as they haven't hurt anyone else. He's very hyperactive, rarely able to sit still despite his chronic pain. He tends to treat the other experiments as his siblings.
  
  Backstory: Having been at the facility since birth, the life of an experiment is the only one Jay has ever known. Technically his parents were two drunkards, who made a mistake and never wanted him, but he'll never know that unless he is told. His mutation caused issues at first, as it turned out his body couldn't completely stand the stress of his speed, and so implants were added across his skeleton to strengthen it for the speeds he reaches, resulting in working powers, but chronic pain across his body, though most notably at his legs and spine. He doesn't ever complain, however, only ever worried for everyone else.

Now don’t be mistaken this is far from an act of self arm, and when inquired about it Blaise responded that he couldn’t feel the flames and the marks “looked cool.” The skin isn’t mutilated or irregular, but simply permanently a redder color and rough to the touch.
  
  - The one mark not of a burn origin is that of a tattoo across his back that features the Japanese symbol for Heaven. It’s supposed to represent a video game character he vaguely remembers from his youth that had such a mark in the exact same place.
  
  
  Appearance:
  Blaise is rather well built for his age, due to the constant physical exercise he is put under and strength training that he endures. While not massive by any means, he has a solid and defined build all around. He’s not tall or short, but rather an even middle ground that allows his form to thrive. One will note that despite his abilities rather volatile nature, his eyes are a soft green that hold an almost innocent look to them. There is also Metallic plating to be seen on the sides of his neck.​

  -Thermokinesis: A variant of pyros, this still implies the ability to control and manipulate flames. But as opposed to having combustible properties, one can instead control the temperature of flames to either make them harmless or much more deadly. When increases in temperate the flames change in a scale from their usual orange/red (1,100 degrees Fahrenheit), down to a less harmful purple (only 300-550 degrees), all the way up to a searing hot light blue (5,500 degrees). Wether there is potential for hotter flames is still being tested.
  
  -Not only can Blaise control the flames with his hands, but he can also breathe fire due to physical Modifications made to his anatomy.
  
  -A superior strength gene has also been placed in his DNA composition, however due to its placement later on in his development it’s not a strong as one born with it.
  
  Control:
  After rigorous training and brutal sessions with the scientists, Blaise has developed almost total control over his ability. The flame bend to his will almost unthinkingly, which allows him better precision and temperature adjustment in battle.
  
  Danger level:
  Subject was previously at a Danger Level of 4, being incarcerated in the Cell Block F. This was due to volatile outbursts and a psychotic state of mind, wishing harm to hall he saw. However in recent years Blaise has shown greater improvement in control and mental stability which has put him on track to be released among the other subject under the promise of good behavior. Danger level is now around the 2-3 area, with minimal outbursts unless physically threatened. Is to be moved into Cell Block D very soon

  Experimental deforms:
  -Complete loss of the ability to speak due to his vocal cords being damaged. Connected with how he’s able to breathe fire. Experiences throat pain on occasion.
  
  -Prolonged use of intense flames will cause fatigue and eventually fainting spells. Endurance still needs to be built up.
  
  -Is numb to painful amounts of heat, but is also very prone to any sort of cold or chilly temperature. Poses no amount of feeling in his hands whatsoever.
  
  -Severe muscle aches akin to that of regular soreness but much worse in length and severity. Caused by the excessive use of his strength of powerful flames.

  Personality:
  If you were to compare Blaise to his younger self, fresh from the physical augmentations and brutal experiments you’d think he was the complete opposite. He used to be quite unfriendly or cooperate, with nothing nice to say or do in the slightest. He was constantly angry and violent. However nowadays he’s much more... submissive. Rarely does he interact with others and he never acts up especially against personnel for the facility. This is due to many sessions of attitude rehabilitation and therapy to calm him down and “fix” his mind. If one were to approach him he’d be quite shy, and that’s not just because he’s unable to speak. He’s perfectly fluent and well spoken in sign language, but often chooses not to “speak” and is often quite afraid of voicing his opinions. If one were to get to know him and be what is called a friend to him, he’d definitely be a little clingy.
  
  On the flip side, much of Blaise’s past poor behavior still dwells within him. He’s prone to anger when struck or yelled at, and while he is in control of his actions he’s not afraid to stand up and fight back. Though once again, that’s unless it’s against the facility guards.
  
  Backstory:
  Blaise was born into the lives of Hernan and Beatris Ignium, in the vast city of Venice, Italy. He was a rambunctious but rather shy boy who struggled to make friends, so he spent most of his time indoors playing video games. Occasionally his father would join him when he wasn’t working, and his mother would often sit and watch him play as she worked on laundry or other various tasks throughout the house. It was a peaceful life, though just after he turned five his parents worried that he’d have social issues growing up. So they took the initiative and of taking Blaise out of the house to a local park in order to play with the other children. Little did they know, they’d be making the worst mistake for the child’s life.
  
  Whilst the boy roaming aimlessly around the playground, Blaise’s parents were distracted for a good while. And in that moment, little Blaise was swept away as if taken right out of existence. When his parents resumed focus, they realized their baby boy was gone. They looked everywhere, trying to find him in the most obscure places after the obvious ones failed them. But there was not a trace of him to be had. For days, weeks, and even months the scoured the entirety of Italy, and even reached out to other countries in search of their little one. However it was all in vain, for their little one was lost to them forever. He was either dead, or someplace where they’d never find him....
  
  Blaise came to in a strange place, a boxed in room of metal walls with a heavy door preventing any escape. It was dark, and really cold. So cold that it was torturing him to even be in there. The innocent five year old was so confused and scared, to the point that he unsurprisingly began crying his eyes out. He called for his mother and father, begging for them to come find and save him. But the only voice to answer was a strange person on the other side of the door. He said that Blaise’s parents would never find him, and that they couldn’t afford for Blaise to leave. They said he was special and important, with unique characteristics about him that could prove to be powerful. This only scared the boy more, but he didn’t have much of a choice in objecting their plans.
  
  For days on end he was tested and tortured, with the goal in mind of awakening and using the hidden genes within him. Fear tactics, stressful environments, and even physical torture were used, until finally a strange thing happened. Purple flames began to spit from Blaise’s bound hands, and anger filled his soul as something evil came upon him. Dark intents of murder and revenge of torture poisoned his mind, altering it to the point that the innocent boy his parents loved was gone. Blaise would curse at and threaten everyone he came across during the tests, with his mind deteriorating more and more as he devolved into some kind of monster.
  
  The one instance wasn’t enough, and the mad bastards in the white coats wanted to know more. No, they demanded it. Again and again he was tortured and stressed half way to death, with each test becoming more and more effective. Soon, they had a fully fledged Pyro on their hands, one that could control temperature and intensity. He was to be a fine weapon, and one that they would invest a lot of time and metal into.
  
  Previous tests had seen sparks erupt from the boys mouth, but no actually flame. It held potential, but after months of tests they could get no results. So they attempted to intervene.
  
  Ironically, before Blaise was to undergo a procedure to fit this task, an exchange between himself and a guard posted outside his door occurred. Blaise was going about the usual process of stringing together the most violent and volatile words possible in order to demean and threaten the man. Finally, the guard had had enough and turned, uttering a phrase that would haunt Blaise for the rest of his life. “If you aren’t careful with what you say, We might just have to take your voice from you....”
  
  Shortly thereafter, Blaise was sedated and brought into the medical office where the procedure was to begin. Bits of neck muscle were replaced with aluminum plating that would serve to house a reactor of sorts. One that would work hand in hand with Blaise’s energy to create the fire breathing monster they desired. He’d still be able to breath and consume food and drink normally, but now there was a greater threat to his power. Once everything was out in place, they awoke him. The first thing that he was to feel was a searing pain in his throat followed by a rush of fire up and out of his mouth in a painful scream of agony. Though it didn’t last long, as a fault in the machinery causes the flames to tear apart and destroy his vocal cord, leaving him mute forever.
  
  That was the breaking point, the final catalyst in rending the last of his sanity from his mind. His voice, it was gone forever. He was a mute, with no way to communicate to anyone. Not only this, but it took away the one thing he had to let off steam and aggression. No longer could he curse and threaten, and it caused his anger to boil greatly. This caused violent outbursts, that resulted in catastrophic injury and even death for those who attempted to subdue him. It kept happening over and over again, no matter how many times they warned him against it. Until finally they’d had enough.
  
  One day they came to his door, where Blaise was bound up in a solid steel straight jacket, and spoke of “behavioral therapy” for him that could heal his mind. If Blaise could’ve said something, it would’ve been to have them shove their therapy up their asses and to leave him alone. As usual though, he didn’t have a choice. Unsurprisingly, behavioral therapy was nothing more than a fancy term for excessive violence. They tortured Blaise over and over again, not in an attempt to heal his mind but to break it. They wanted control over their monster, and no was not an option. He was locked in freezers, nearly drowned in icy water, electrocuted, beat over and over again, and many other unspeakable tortures.
  
  It took a while, but finally his mind broke. Gone was the aggression and the rage, and returned was that scared little boy from ten years ago. Blaise was now fearful and extremely submissive to the facility personnel’s every word. He didn’t act out of turn, and did everything they asked of him. However on the incidence that one was to strike him or berate him with insults, his mind would revert back to that state of chaos, only to be tortured once more. Back and forth this went, until the present day where Blaise did everything to avoid being punished by those who watched him constantly. He just wanted to be free, and for once happy. The idea of being released to the other specimens on the ground of good behavior sounded wonderful, and now he waits, impatiently waiting for the day they let him leave this god forsaken cell block F.

Power: Cryogenic emission and manipulation - Subject, after the experiments, has been shown to emit a cryogenic gas which is able to freeze objects at alarming rates.
Control: Due to multiple, repetitive tests and experiments, Subject has mastered the application of the cryogenic gas that is emitted from his body, even able to forward... However Subject still hasn't shown the ability to cease the emission of the cryogenic gas, in order to combat this, the lab has created a cryogenic suit for his and our benefit, the suit also features gas vents on the palms for the Subject to release the gas, should the situation require it. . Mandatory Warning to all personnel: Subject must remain in the cryo suit provided, any damage to the suit must be repaired within 72 minutes before the suit ruptures.

Danger level: While the Subject is in the suit, Subject is a minor threat to the lab or personnel, chem locks keeps the subject from removing the suit and sensor/digital locks keeps him from utilizing the palm vents. Subject without the suit is a major threat to the lab and personnel, as the gas emitted from his body is a fast acting freezing agent, it has frozen objects at 300 C degrees (572 F degrees) to -273.15 C degrees (-460 F degrees) in a matter of 4.5 minutes.

Experimental deforms: Protanopia (red-green blindness), Sensory nerves for cold temperature have atrophied, Hyperacidity Subject must intake antacids at regular intervals to avoid gastric acid build up, Metallic taste regardless of food, Loud Lung Wheezes - Subject's lungs produce a loud wheezing noise at every breathe the intensity of the noise is related to the amount of air taken in, The apparatuses that connect the subject to the suit have been noted to produce pain at random intervals.

Personality: Psychological evaluation of Subject Frosty aka Waclaw Nowak: The Subject at our recent session exhibited signs of uplifted behavior, eager to speak with the psychiatrist and an eagerness to answer questions, in contrast to previous sessions where the subject exhibited a defying attitude and lack of respect for authority, we do not know why or when this change occurred. Subject Frosty when introduced to other subjects has shown a high level of trust towards them but recent discoveries have pointed towards more malicious reason for this trust. Subject has exhibited a frightening sense of determination, has been seen as prideful but has never shown it to the other subjects, pragmatic and has interesting quirk with how he utilizes as few words as possible to convey information.

Backstory: Subject Frosty was the result of a secret affair that occurred on lab grounds, the scientists responsible for the Subject's birth have been removed from further experimentation and their memory has been wiped. Frosty's first experimentation was executed when he was of 4 years of age, his unique ability emerged just 2 years after that when an experiment aimed at [REDACTED] went awry, as a result the Subject's sweat glands began emitting his signature cryogenic gas.

  Blaise is rather well built for his age, due to the constant physical exercise he is put under and strength training that he endures. While not massive by any means, he has a solid and defined build all around. He’s not tall or short, but rather an even middle ground that allows his form to thrive. One will note that despite his abilities rather volatile nature, his eyes are a soft green that hold an almost innocent look to them. There is also Metallic plating to be seen on the sides of his neck.​

  -Thermokinesis: A variant of pyros, this still implies the ability to control and manipulate flames. But as opposed to having combustible properties, one can instead control the temperature of flames to either make them harmless or much more deadly. When increases in temperate the flames change in a scale from their usual orange to red, to blue, and to purple.
  
  -Not only can Blaise control the flames with his hands, but he can also breathe fire due to physical Modifications made to his anatomy.

  After rigorous training and brutal sessions with the scientists, Blaise has developed almost total control over his ability. The flame bend to his will almost unthinkingly, which allows him better precision and temperature adjustment in battle.

  Subject was previously at a Danger Level of 4, being incarcerated in the Cell Block F. This was due to volatile outbursts and a psychotic state of mind, wishing harm to hall he saw. However in recent years Blaise has shown greater improvement in control and mental stability which has put him on track to be released among the other subject under the promise of good behavior. Danger level is now around the 2-3 area, with minimal outbursts unless physically threatened. Is to be moved into Cell Block D very soon

  Personality:
  If you were to compare Blaise to his younger self, fresh from the physical augmentations and brutal experiments you’d think he was the complete opposite. He used to be quite unfriendly or cooperate, with nothing nice to say or do in the slightest. He was constantly angry and violent. However nowadays he’s much more... submissive. Rarely does he interact with others and he never acts up especially against personnel for the facility. This is due to many sessions of attitude rehabilitation and therapy to calm him down and “fix” his mind. If one were to approach him he’d be quite shy, and that’s not just because he’s unable to speak. He’s perfectly fluent and well spoken in sign language, but often chooses not to “speak” and is often quite afraid of voicing his opinions. If one were to get to know him and be what is called a friend to him, he’d definitely be a little clingy.
  
  On the flip side, much of Blaise’s past poor behavior still dwells within him. He’s prone to anger when struck or yelled at, and while he is in control of his actions he’s not afraid to stand up and fight back. Though once again, that’s unless it’s against the facility guards.

we find him socially shy and awkward. he also seems to be sensitive to bright lights, perhaps due to the traumatic memory of the accident he was involved in before he came to the facility. for whatever the reason, he finds it hard to trust anyone, regardless of what they say or do for him. his intelligence is also far superior to the average boy his age and he's surprisingly manipulative.

anyhow, if you can get him to talk, be sure to report it to your superiors. he hasn't spoken in over six weeks and we haven't been able to get any feedback from him since then. although this has happened before, this is the longest he's gone without saying anything. best of luck.[/div][/div][div class="scrollbox page03"]

Power: Electricity manipulation is a simple way to put it due to his ability to gather up static charge and release it, but there is other things to it. He can create his own static charge easily like most people by rubbing his hands on anything, however it is ineffective in most cases because he would need a lot of static build up to be able to create a great charge, but another thing has been added to help that, by placing metal plates around various bones in his body he is able to store electricity easily and hold onto the charge for longer. He is also able to take electricity in itself and store it in his body and (attempting) controlling it. Too much build of of electricity can cause it to burst from his body uncontrolled and hitting anything in a nearby area. Another fun fact about his power is that he cannot control what static his body picks up meaning he often shocks people by accident by static he didn't mean to pick up, his skin can also shock people to the touch if they touch him while he has electricity stored, this has a chance of removing some of the stored energy(most of the time you will get a small shock. After using his power his muscles are often left with a numbish feeling for a little while that can almost be related to the numb feeling drugs can give you.
Control: He has a basic control over his powers however with the increased amount of electricity he picks up it becomes harder to control it and contain it inside himself. Himself and the lab also don't know how to stop him from gathering electricity so he often is grounded(removing the charges) before experimented on and guards often do it every hour to make sure he is not up to anything.
Danger level: 1, while he has the ability to be dangerous the restrictions put on him prevent him from doing anything power related unless he was able to somehow get to a power outlet unnoticed that is uncovered. They ground him so often he can't build up a huge natural charge that would do anything but give someone a little shock. Plus he can't even really run which limits his fighting capabilities and his ways to hurt people.(Section B)
Experimental deforms: His right leg has been crippled due to a guard getting a little too carried away during one of his punishments for escaping and completely ruined his knee. At first they were debating surgery to replace the knee but they decided against this due to it being a solution to his escape attempts... not to mention his powers work just fine without it.

Personality: Boris is a very extroverted person, using joking around and talking to people as his way of coping with this whole situation. He still hasn't given up on getting out of this place and is still planning on getting out...somehow. He often flirts and jokes around instead of facing seriousness, despite to get away from it. He doesn't care of the gender or status of the person he is flirting with and will often do it with guards or scientists if he is nervous or if he gets bored. A sign that he he is nervous is often him biting his nails or cracking his knuckles. He often doesn't bring up his own pains or sadness and acts as if he is cool and awesome all the time, focusing on his goal and others before himself. He cares a lot about his twin sister and wouldn't know what to do if anything happened to her.
Backstory: Boris was originally the son of a poor couple in Russia, with his twin of course, that had a lot of financial and gang trouble. They might have had illegal troubles but they still cared for the two a whole lot and were doing their very bests. However one day a man came to their door and gave their parents an offer they couldn't refuse. They took the kids out one day and brought them to a park. Their parents told them to wait at the swings and they promised they would be back. Hours passed before they were suddenly taken in a van by the same man that had visited their home the day before. That was the last they saw of their parents but Boris still doesn't believe his parents gave him and his sister up and holds onto the hope that they were kidnapped and his parents are waiting for him on the outside. Because of this hope Boris repeatedly attempted to escape the facility, sometimes making it pretty far due to him having natural speed, however this changed when he became crippled. He is still beaten for talking back to guards, but it isn't as often or as severe as it was before.

Any abnormal extensions (wings, extra arms, etc) are purely illusion but the basic human form is physical. She can also create illusions of other people's powers, though it is completely harmless. Can only copy powers she has seen before, and the more she has seen it the more convincing the illusion.

>When she shape-shifts she can only work with the amount of body mass she naturally has, so if she shifts into someone smaller she must condense her form, and if they are larger she has to spread her form thin. This means that she is the same weight no matter her form. Smaller forms are painful and hard to move, 'thin' forms are very fragile. There is only so much she can mimic, which is why illusions are used to fill in traits she can't replicate.

Personality: Hardly half as outgoing as her twin, Ana prefers to play the role of the listener rather than the speaker. She likes to get to know people before she opens up to them, sometimes even before she speaks to them, observing their subtle traits from afar in an effort to piece together who they are. Perhaps this observance is one of the reasons why she can take on their forms so well.

She is naturally quite curious and enjoys learning more about people beyond their surface level illusions, know their hopes and dreams and who they are...which is quite hypocritical, considering she hardly ever does the same. It's not to say that she doesn't trust anybody (one of the rare examples being Boris), but she is just the reserved type with her own inner world that few ever see. This can make her come across as cold and uncaring. It's hard to discern her emotions, as she's got one hell of a poker face, but the truth of it is that she cares a great deal about her brother and is almost constantly worried about him.

To her fellow inmates, and especially to the staff, her personality is hard to pin down. She seems to change her demeanor with different people, switching to personas that she believes will help benefit her standing with them, and to try to catch them off guard when it matters. For Ana, what they don't know may very well hurt them. Besides, it is a way to hone her acting skills.

Backstory: Ana and Boris are fraternal twins, originating in South-Eastern Russia. That is, until their parents gave them away when they were little more than ten year-olds. Times were hard, so she understands it now, but she will never forgive them. While Boris is convinced that they are out there, looking for them, Ana believes the complete opposite. There is no one out there looking for them and they are just two more forgotten kids.

Power: Ballistic Screech; any noise that comes from her mouth is amplified to ludicrous levels, even her whispers are damaging. The sounds that leaves her mouth can destroy nearly anything inanimate as well as hurting the eardrums of anyone who hears her. The lowest decibel she can go is currently 25 dB and that is with breathing. Her decibel is currently increased by x2.5 and we are currently trying to get her to go louder, we also need to figure out a way for her to control where her voice goes as currently she is essentially a sound bomb

Control: She has no control over her voice and her voice will always be above a normal persons recommended hearing level. However it's possible that over time she maybe able to control it to the exact decibel but it is most likely a long way off.

Danger Level: C, While she herself isn’t dangerous, her lack of any control of her screech makes her very dangerous, also avoid scaring her. Her cell is sound-proof, people who come to get her need to wear Sound-Proof headphones and out of her cell she is required to wear a mouth mask/gag thingy so she can’t use her ability

Backstory: Lola was a normal Aussie kid besides being musically inclined, especially with rock music and the fact that her parents were rich as all hell with her mother being a massive rock star and her father being the CEO of a record label. A bit after she turned 13, her parents had an accident and her aunt and uncle inherited her fathers company, all of their money and sent her to a boarding school off in [Redacted]. She hated it there and nearly every other day she tried to run, even if it was just to get away for a couple of hours, she was a perfect test subject, as nobody cared for her. On [Redacted] as she was picking at her guitar in [Redacted]. Some of our boys picked her up and she was sent here. Her first test was on her voice-box to amplify her voice so that she is able to destroy an enemies weaponry, vehicles and other such equipment.

In the first twenty observations, we found that she needed to have her lungs altered, so that she would be able to perform her abilities for longer, as well as her ears so that she wouldn't receive backlash from her own abilities, as well as use it louder. Her lungs were upgraded on [Redacted] and her ears were upgraded on [Redacted]. As of both these improvements her abilities have improved, however she is still a danger to everyone bar herself, since she has no control of her power and the lowest she can currently go is 85 dB which is still enough damage anyone's ears, so she is currently in a sound-proof room and she is forced to wear a mouth gag/mask whenever she is with the other subjects, although we still have yet to hear how high her voice can go with these improvements and we are looking to get her louder whether that be through more mods or by training her voice is still being debated. Over the past week the girl has been writing song notes, however we can't tell, if she's doing it to distract herself from the tests or if it's a plan hidden beneath the notes

Personality:
Before the brainwashing, Aileen was a cheerful, very energetic and a bright girl whose hopeful nature often inspired or encourages others. She was selfless and kind but had a small temper at times. Now she seems to be the complete opposite though her temper seems to have gotten worse.

Backstory:
Aileen has been in the facility since she was a baby. They noticed she had strange powers and was a danger even to herself. They worked and tested on her since the beginning. Their goal was to try to create a perfect super soldier and they sort of succeeded. They had her train with her powers and also had her train and work on her fighting skills. When she learned to have total control it became clear that they needed to be able to control her or she would break out and probably succeed. So they tried brainwashing at first it didn't work so they broke her mentally and then took her mind when it was at it's most vulnerable. When she was 10 she was taken away and was gone for a month and when she came back it was like she was a completely different person and her memories had seemed to be altered as well. It was like she didn't recognize any of her friends. There are times when her old memories and self tries to fight back but when it does they send a shock wave through her body from the bracelets she wears which seems to snap her back to her brainwashed self. The shock that goes through her body seems to trigger the memories of the pain and torture she went through in the room. Now that she is under their control they can use her to keep everyone in line and whatever else they want to be done. She's even been ordered to electrocute the ones who try to escape or gets out of order. She's a great mild stone but still risky. How long can their big success last? Personality:
Before the brainwashing, Aileen was a cheerful, very energetic and a bright girl whose hopeful nature often inspired or encourages others. She was selfless and kind but had a small temper at times. Now she seems to be the complete opposite though her temper seems to have gotten worse.

Backstory:
Aileen has been in the facility since she was a baby. They noticed she had strange powers and was a danger even to herself. They worked and tested on her since the beginning. Their goal was to try to create a perfect super soldier and they sort of succeeded. They had her train with her powers and also had her train and work on her fighting skills. When she learned to have total control it became clear that they needed to be able to control her or she would break out and probably succeed. So they tried brainwashing at first it didn't work so they broke her mentally and then took her mind when it was at it's most vulnerable. When she was 10 she was taken away and was gone for a month and when she came back it was like she was a completely different person and her memories had seemed to be altered as well. It was like she didn't recognize any of her friends. There are times when her old memories and self tries to fight back but when it does they send a shock wave through her body from the bracelets she wears which seems to snap her back to her brainwashed self. The shock that goes through her body seems to trigger the memories of the pain and torture she went through in the room. Now that she is under their control they can use her to keep everyone in line and whatever else they want to be done. She's even been ordered to electrocute the ones who try to escape or gets out of order. She's a great mild stone but still risky. How long can their big success last? Will this work on the other experiments or will she finally break free from their control before they have the chance to try.

Power: Ballistic Screech; any noise that comes from her mouth is amplified to ludicrous levels, even her whispers are damaging. The sounds that leaves her mouth can destroy nearly anything inanimate as well as hurting the eardrums of anyone who hears her. The lowest decibel she can go is currently 25 dB and that is with breathing. Her decibel is currently increased by x2.5 and we are currently trying to get her to go louder, we also need to figure out a way for her to control where her voice goes as currently she is essentially a sound bomb

Control: She has no control over her voice and her voice will always be above a normal persons recommended hearing level. However it's possible that over time she maybe able to control it to the exact decibel but it is most likely a long way off.

Danger Level: D, While she herself isn’t dangerous, her lack of any control of her screech makes her very dangerous. Her cell is sound-proof, people who come to get her need to wear Sound-Proof headphones and out of her cell she is required to wear a mouth mask/gag thingy so she can’t use her ability

Backstory: Lola was a normal Aussie kid besides being musically inclined, especially with rock music and the fact that her parents were rich as all hell with her mother being a massive rock star and her father being the CEO of a record label. A bit after she turned 13, her parents had an accident and her aunt and uncle inherited her fathers company, all of their money and sent her to a boarding school off in [Redacted]. She hated it there and nearly every other day she tried to run, even if it was just to get away for a couple of hours, she was a perfect test subject, as nobody cared for her. On [Redacted] as she was picking at her guitar in [Redacted]. Some of our boys picked her up and she was sent here. Her first test was on her voice-box to amplify her voice so that she is able to destroy an enemies weaponry, vehicles and other such equipment.

In the first twenty observations, we found that she needed to have her lungs altered, so that she would be able to perform her abilities for longer, as well as her ears so that she wouldn't receive backlash from her own abilities, as well as use it louder. Her lungs were upgraded on [Redacted] and her ears were upgraded on [Redacted]. As of both these improvements her abilities have improved, however she is still a danger to everyone bar herself, since she has no control of her power and the lowest she can currently go is 85 dB which is still enough damage anyone's ears, so she is currently in a sound-proof room and she is forced to wear a mouth gag/mask whenever she is with the other subjects, although we still have yet to hear how high her voice can go with these improvements and we are looking to get her louder whether that be through more mods or by training her voice is still being debated. Over the past week the girl has been writing song notes, however we can't tell, if she's doing it to distract herself from the tests or if it's a plan hidden beneath the notes

Personality: Hardly half as outgoing as her twin, Ana prefers to play the role of the listener rather than the speaker. She likes to get to know people before she opens up to them, sometimes even before she speaks to them, observing their subtle traits from afar in an effort to piece together who they are. Perhaps this observance is one of the reasons why she can take on their forms so well.

She is naturally quite curious and enjoys learning more about people beyond their surface level illusion, know their hopes and dreams and who they are...which is quite hypocritical, considering she hardly ever does the same. It's not to say that she doesn't trust anybody (one of the rare examples being Boris), but she is just the reserved type with her own inner world that few ever see. It's hard to discern her emotions, as she has one hell of a poker face, but truth of it is that she cares a great deal about her brother and is almost constantly worried about him.

Backstory: Ana and Boris are fraternal twins, originating in South-Eastern Russia. That is, until their parents gave them away when they were little more than ten year-olds. Times were hard, so she understands it now, but she will never forgive them. While Boris is convinced that they are out there, looking for them, Ana believes the complete opposite. There is no one out there looking for them and they just two more forgotten kids.

Power: Electricity manipulation is a simple way to put it due to his ability to gather up static charge and release it, but there is other things to it. He can create his own static charge easily like most people by rubbing his hands on anything, however it is ineffective in most cases because he would need a lot of static build up to be able to create a great charge, but another thing has been added to help that, by placing metal plates around various bones in his body he is able to store electricity easily and hold onto the charge for longer. He is also able to take electricity in itself and store it in his body and (attempting) controlling it. Too much build of of electricity can cause it to burst from his body uncontrolled and hitting anything in a nearby area. Another fun fact about his power is that he cannot control what static his body picks up meaning he often shocks people by accident by static he didn't mean to pick up, his skin can also shock people to the touch if they touch him while he has electricity stored, this has a chance of removing some of the stored energy(most of the time you will get a small shock. After using his power his muscles are often left with a numbish feeling for a little while that can almost be related to the numb feeling drugs can give you.
Control: He has a basic control over his powers however with the increased amount of electricity he picks up it becomes harder to control it and contain it inside himself. Himself and the lab also don't know how to stop him from gathering electricity so he often is grounded(removing the charges) before experimented on and guards often do it every hour to make sure he is not up to anything.
Danger level: 1, while he has the ability to be dangerous the restrictions put on him prevent him from doing anything power related unless he was able to somehow get to a power outlet unnoticed that is uncovered. They ground him so often he can't build up a huge natural charge that would do anything but give someone a little shock. Plus he can't even really run which limits his fighting capabilities and his ways to hurt people.(Section B)
Experimental deforms: His right leg has been crippled due to a guard getting a little too carried away during one of his punishments for escaping and completely ruined his knee. At first they were debating surgery to replace the knee but they decided against this due to it being a solution to his escape attempts... not to mention his powers work just fine without it.

Personality: Boris is a very extroverted person, using joking around and talking to people as his way of coping with this whole situation. He still hasn't given up on getting out of this place and is still planning on getting out...somehow. He often flirts and jokes around instead of facing seriousness, despite to get away from it. He doesn't care of the gender or status of the person he is flirting with and will often do it with guards or scientists if he is nervous or if he gets bored. A sign that he he is nervous is often him biting his nails or cracking his knuckles. He often doesn't bring up his own pains or sadness and acts as if he is cool and awesome all the time, focusing on his goal and others before himself. He cares a lot about his twin sister and wouldn't know what to do if anything happened to her.
Backstory: Boris was originally the son of a poor couple in Russia, with his twin of course, that had a lot of financial and gang trouble. They might have had illegal troubles but they still cared for the two a whole lot and were doing their very bests. However one day a man came to their door and gave their parents an offer they couldn't refuse. They took the kids out one day and brought them to a park. Their parents told them to wait at the swings and they promised they would be back. Hours passed before they were suddenly taken in a van by the same man that had visited their home the day before. That was the last they saw of their parents but Boris still doesn't believe his parents gave him and his sister up and holds onto the hope that they were kidnapped and his parents are waiting for him on the outside. Because of this hope Boris repeatedly attempted to escape the facility, sometimes making it pretty far due to him having natural speed, however this changed when he became crippled. He is still beaten for talking back to guards, but it isn't as often or as severe as it was before.

we find him socially shy and awkward. he also seems to be sensitive to bright lights, perhaps due to the traumatic memory of the accident he was involved in before he came to the facility. for whatever the reason, he finds it hard to trust anyone, regardless of what they say or do for him. his intelligence is also far superior to the average boy his age and he's surprisingly manipulative.

  Blaise is rather well built for his age, due to the constant physical exercise he is put under and strength training that he endures. While not massive by any means, he has a solid and defined build all around. He’s not tall or short, but rather an even middle ground that allows his form to thrive. One will note that despite his abilities rather volatile nature, his eyes are a soft green that hold an almost innocent look to them. There is also Metallic plating to be seen on the sides of his neck.​

  -Thermokinesis: A variant of pyros, this still implies the ability to control and manipulate flames. But as opposed to having combustible properties, one can instead control the temperature of flames to either make them harmless or much more deadly. When increases in temperate the flames change in a scale from their usual orange to red, to blue, and to purple.
  
  -Not only can Blaise control the flames with his hands, but he can also breathe fire due to physical Modifications made to his anatomy.
  
  -A superior strength gene has also been placed in his DNA composition, however due to its placement later on in his development it’s not a strong as one born with it.
  
  Control:
  After rigorous training and brutal sessions with the scientists, Blaise has developed almost total control over his ability. The flame bend to his will almost unthinkingly, which allows him better precision and temperature adjustment in battle.

  Subject was previously at a Danger Level of 4, being incarcerated in the Cell Block F. This was due to volatile outbursts and a psychotic state of mind, wishing harm to hall he saw. However in recent years Blaise has shown greater improvement in control and mental stability which has put him on track to be released among the other subject under the promise of good behavior. Danger level is now around the 2-3 area, with minimal outbursts unless physically threatened. Is to be moved into Cell Block D very soon

  Personality:
  If you were to compare Blaise to his younger self, fresh from the physical augmentations and brutal experiments you’d think he was the complete opposite. He used to be quite unfriendly or cooperate, with nothing nice to say or do in the slightest. He was constantly angry and violent. However nowadays he’s much more... submissive. Rarely does he interact with others and he never acts up especially against personnel for the facility. This is due to many sessions of attitude rehabilitation and therapy to calm him down and “fix” his mind. If one were to approach him he’d be quite shy, and that’s not just because he’s unable to speak. He’s perfectly fluent and well spoken in sign language, but often chooses not to “speak” and is often quite afraid of voicing his opinions. If one were to get to know him and be what is called a friend to him, he’d definitely be a little clingy.
  
  On the flip side, much of Blaise’s past poor behavior still dwells within him. He’s prone to anger when struck or yelled at, and while he is in control of his actions he’s not afraid to stand up and fight back. Though once again, that’s unless it’s against the facility guards.
  
  Backstory:
  Blaise was born into the lives of Hernan and Beatris Ignium, in the vast city of Venice, Italy. He was a rambunctious but rather shy boy who struggled to make friends, so he spent most of his time indoors playing video games. Occasionally his father would join him when he wasn’t working, and his mother would often sit and watch him play as she worked on laundry or other various tasks throughout the house. It was a peaceful life, though just after he turned five his parents worried that he’d have social issues growing up. So they took the initiative and of taking Blaise out of the house to a local park in order to play with the other children. Little did they know, they’d be making the worst mistake for the child’s life.
  
  Whilst the boy roaming aimlessly around the playground, Blaise’s parents were distracted for a good while. And in that moment, little Blaise was swept away as if taken right out of existence. When his parents resumed focus, they realized their baby boy was gone. They looked everywhere, trying to find him in the most obscure places after the obvious ones failed them. But there was not a trace of him to be had. For days, weeks, and even months the scoured the entirety of Italy, and even reached out to other countries in search of their little one. However it was all in vain, for their little one was lost to them forever. He was either dead, or someplace where they’d never find him....
  
  Blaise came to in a strange place, a boxed in room of metal walls with a heavy door preventing any escape. It was dark, and really cold. So cold that it was torturing him to even be in there. The innocent five year old was so confused and scared, to the point that he unsurprisingly began crying his eyes out. He called for his mother and father, begging for them to come find and save him. But the only voice to answer was a strange person on the other side of the door. He said that Blaise’s parents would never find him, and that they couldn’t afford for Blaise to leave. They said he was special and important, with unique characteristics about him that could prove to be powerful. This only scared the boy more, but he didn’t have much of a choice in objecting their plans.
  
  For days on end he was tested and tortured, with the goal in mind of awakening and using the hidden genes within him. Fear tactics, stressful environments, and even physical torture were used, until finally a strange thing happened. Purple flames began to spit from Blaise’s bound hands, and anger filled his soul as something evil came upon him. Dark intents of murder and revenge of torture poisoned his mind, altering it to the point that the innocent boy his parents loved was gone. Blaise would curse at and threaten everyone he came across during the tests, with his mind deteriorating more and more as he devolved into some kind of monster.
  
  The one instance wasn’t enough, and the mad bastards in the white coats wanted to know more. No, they demanded it. Again and again he was tortured and stressed half way to death, with each test becoming more and more effective. Soon, they had a fully fledged Pyro on their hands, one that could control temperature and intensity. He was to be a fine weapon, and one that they would invest a lot of time and metal into.
  
  Previous tests had seen sparks erupt from the boys mouth, but no actually flame. It held potential, but after months of tests they could get no results. So they attempted to intervene.
  
  Ironically, before Blaise was to undergo a procedure to fit this task, an exchange between himself and a guard posted outside his door occurred. Blaise was going about the usual process of stringing together the most violent and volatile words possible in order to demean and threaten the man. Finally, the guard had had enough and turned, uttering a phrase that would haunt Blaise for the rest of his life. “If you aren’t careful with what you say, We might just have to take your voice from you....”
  
  Shortly thereafter, Blaise was sedated and brought into the medical office where the procedure was to begin. Bits of neck muscle were replaced with aluminum plating that would serve to house a reactor of sorts. One that would work hand in hand with Blaise’s energy to create the fire breathing monster they desired. He’d still be able to breath and consume food and drink normally, but now there was a greater threat to his power. Once everything was out in place, they awoke him. The first thing that he was to feel was a searing pain in his throat followed by a rush of fire up and out of his mouth in a painful scream of agony. Though it didn’t last long, as a fault in the machinery causes the flames to tear apart and destroy his vocal cord, leaving him mute forever.
  
  That was the breaking point, the final catalyst in rending the last of his sanity from his mind. His voice, it was gone forever. He was a mute, with no way to communicate to anyone. Not only this, but it took away the one thing he had to let off steam and aggression. No longer could he curse and threaten, and it caused his anger to boil greatly. This caused violent outbursts, that resulted in catastrophic injury and even death for those who attempted to subdue him. It kept happening over and over again, no matter how many times they warned him against it. Until finally they’d had enough.
  
  One day they came to his door, where Blaise was bound up in a solid steel straight jacket, and spoke of “behavioral therapy” for him that could heal his mind. If Blaise could’ve said something, it would’ve been to have them shove their therapy up their asses and to leave him alone. As usual though, he didn’t have a choice. Unsurprisingly, behavioral therapy was nothing more than a fancy term for excessive violence. They tortured Blaise over and over again, not in an attempt to heal his mind but to break it. They wanted control over their monster, and no was not an option. He was locked in freezers, nearly drowned in icy water, electrocuted, beat over and over again, and many other unspeakable tortures.
  
  It took a while, but finally his mind broke. Gone was the aggression and the rage, and returned was that scared little boy from ten years ago. Blaise was now fearful and extremely submissive to the facility personnel’s every word. He didn’t act out of turn, and did everything they asked of him. However on the incidence that one was to strike him or berate him with insults, his mind would revert back to that state of chaos, only to be tortured once more. Back and forth this went, until the present day where Blaise did everything to avoid being punished by those who watched him constantly. He just wanted to be free, and for once happy. The idea of being released to the other specimens on the ground of good behavior sounded wonderful, and now he waits, impatiently waiting for the day they let him leave this god forsaken cell block F.

Technically his parents were two drunkards, who made a mistake and never wanted him, but he'll never know that unless he is told. His mutation caused issues at first, as it turned out his body couldn't completely stand the stress of his speed, and so implants were added across his skeleton to strengthen it for the speeds he reaches, resulting in working powers, but chronic pain across his body, though most notably at his legs and spine. Given the special opportunity of being around other subjects, she still doesn't quite know how to act, but in the past has shown to care for them, with inklings of a leader-/mentor-ship mentality. Backstory: As the Experiment began to take hold and the need for new subjects arose, 3 year old Tai Kaneda was one of 7 orphans surreptitiously "adopted" from a rural orphanage several miles from the nearest town, where no one would ever question the fates of those children, The other 6 did not survive the initial enhancement operations.

Through extensive electrochemical and genetic alterations, Tai's gravitational pull and pressure sensitivity was somehow warped into insect-like ability to cling to smooth surfaces, allowing her to scale flat walls and ceilings without assistance. Later, a second round of operations intended to reduce her susceptibility to altitude and temperature damage resulted in irreparable damage to her cochleas and temporal lobe, causing complete loss of hearing.

Personnel have noted that her recent behavior in the facility has been unreliably cooperative and increasingly restless, Some have recommended an increase in security during night hours, as she seems to have stopped sleeping regularly and instead pacing her quarters and scratching marks into the walls, and is sometimes seen to hang from the ceiling like a bat, silently observing the hallway outside.

Before the brainwashing, Aileen was a cheerful, very energetic and a bright girl whose hopeful nature often inspired or encourages others. She was selfless and kind but had a small temper at times. Now she seems to be the complete opposite though her temper seems to have gotten worse.

Backstory:
Aileen has been in the facility since she was a baby. They noticed she had strange powers and was a danger even to herself. They worked and tested on her since the beginning. Their goal was to try to create a perfect super soldier and they sort of succeeded. They had her train with her powers and also had her train and work on her fighting skills. When she learned to have total control it became clear that they needed to be able to control her or she would break out and probably succeed. So they tried brainwashing at first it didn't work so they broke her mentally and then took her mind when it was at it's most vulnerable. When she was 10 she was taken away and was gone for a month and when she came back it was like she was a completely different person and her memories had seemed to be altered as well. It was like she didn't recognize any of her friends. There are times when her old memories and self tries to fight back but when it does they send a shock wave through her body from the bracelets she wears which seems to snap her back to her brainwashed self. The shock that goes through her body seems to trigger the memories of the pain and torture she went through in the room. Now that she is under their control they can use her to keep everyone in line and whatever else they want to be done. She's even been ordered to electrocute the ones who try to escape or gets out of order. She's a great mild stone but still risky. How long can their big success last? Will this work on the other experiments or will she finally break free from their control before they have the chance to try.

Backstory: Lola was a normal Aussie kid besides being musically inclined, especially with rock music and the fact that her parents were rich as all hell with her mother being a massive rock star and her father being the CEO of a record label. A bit after she turned 13, her parents had an accident and her aunt and uncle inherited her fathers company, all of their money and sent her to a boarding school off in [Redacted]. She hated it there and nearly every other day she tried to run, even if it was just to get away for a couple of hours, she was a perfect test subject, as nobody cared for her. On [Redacted] as she was picking at her guitar in [Redacted]. Some of our boys picked her up and she was sent here. Her first test was on her voice-box to amplify her voice so that she is able to destroy an enemies weaponry, vehicles and other such equipment.

In the first twenty observations, we found that she needed to have her lungs altered, so that she would be able to perform her abilities for longer, as well as her ears so that she wouldn't receive backlash from her own abilities, as well as use it louder. Her lungs were upgraded on [Redacted] and her ears were upgraded on [Redacted]. As of both these improvements her abilities have improved, however she is still a danger to everyone bar herself, since she has no control of her power and the lowest she can currently go is 85 dB which is still enough damage anyone's ears, so she is currently in a sound-proof room and she is forced to wear a mouth gag/mask whenever she is with the other subjects, although we still have yet to hear how high her voice can go with these improvements and we are looking to get her louder whether that be through more mods or by training her voice is still being debated. Over the past week the girl has been writing song notes, however we can't tell, if she's doing it to distract herself from the tests or if it's a plan hidden beneath the notes

Superhuman Senses; Vastly improved senses of smell, hearing, taste, and touch. Despite the blindness, subject is able to locate something as small as a coin by its "metallic taste," as she claimed. Also able to be used as something of a human lie detector, as subject is able to hear changes in heartbeat and even body heat with focus.
Heightened Agility: Through the use of many muscular experiments, subject has, though no effort of her own, gained the agility surpassing that of Olympic level athletes. Subject is also faster than what would be a human equivalent, but nothing remotely superhuman. Reaction time to anything other than visual stimuli are among the lowest of any subjects, both current and failed.

Control: Requires focus to be extremely precise, as mentioned above, but the natural state of subject's senses have allowed her to engage in combat and evade [file edit: after experiments, it seems to be more of a prediction, aided by subject's inhuman reaction time] the projectiles from a guard's taser.
Danger level: C; Formerly F, though the obedience.. "reinforcement" seemed to work rather effectively a few years back. In the 4 years subject has been in section C, only one incident has been recorded, involving a subject that is now considered "failed."

Personality: Subject is by no means like one of the kids who were brought to the lab later on in life. Lacks any kind of culture we have attempted to teach, and seems to know little to care for life beyond her own. Will be beneficial if the subject reaches the point of being released for military usage. Despite having access to interaction with other subjects, this one has developed very little emotional attachment to any of them, but is clearly benefiting psychologically from the relative lack of isolation. Cooperation is still reluctant, though as of the last incident 3 years ago, no actual issues have been observed. Just in case, it is unwise for anyone to approach subject alone.
Backstory:
Subject was obtained in Europe, from an extremely low income mother who could clearly not support another life financially. It was easy to to come to an agreed upon price, and further contact was quickly cut off by the mother.
Subject's enhancements have been massively successful, though attempts to enhance vision in a similar manner to other senses left her completely blind, and that was where the issues began. Immediately upon learning of her newfound blindness, subject attacked and maimed 2 of the 3 guards present during that surgery. It took all of them firing at once to actually hit her, and she was immediately moved to level F for the next 5 years.
Upon being eventually moved to level C, subject was many levels more tame, though still showed little regard for others. Last recorded outburst was 3 years ago, during which subject was attacked by a promising subject that was harboring many unique stealth-based abilities; a poor decision on his behalf, as the retaliation from this subject got him killed. Oddly enough, the higher-ups did not deem this cause for transfer back to level F.

Personality: Psychological evaluation of Subject Frosty aka Waclaw Nowak: The Subject at our recent session exhibited signs of uplifted behavior, eager to speak with the psychiatrist and an eagerness to answer questions, in contrast to previous sessions where the subject exhibited a defying attitude and lack of respect for authority, we do not know why or when this change occurred.   - The one mark not of a burn origin is that of a tattoo across his back that features the Japanese symbol for Heaven. It’s supposed to represent a video game character he vaguely remembers from his youth that had such a mark in the exact same place.

  Blaise is rather well built for his age, due to the constant physical exercise he is put under and strength training that he endures. While not massive by any means, he has a solid and defined build all around. He’s not tall or short, but rather an even middle ground that allows his form to thrive. One will note that despite his abilities rather volatile nature, his eyes are a soft green that hold an almost innocent look to them. There is also Metallic plating to be seen on the sides of his neck.​

  -Thermokinesis: A variant of pyros, this still implies the ability to control and manipulate flames. But as opposed to having combustible properties, one can instead control the temperature of flames to either make them harmless or much more deadly. When increases in temperate the flames change in a scale from their usual orange/red (1,100 degrees Fahrenheit), down to a less harmful purple (only 300-550 degrees), all the way up to a searing hot light blue (5,500 degrees). Wether there is potential for hotter flames is still being tested.
  
  -Not only can Blaise control the flames with his hands, but he can also breathe fire due to physical Modifications made to his anatomy.
  
  -A superior strength gene has also been placed in his DNA composition, however due to its placement later on in his development it’s not a strong as one born with it.
  
  Control:
  After rigorous training and brutal sessions with the scientists, Blaise has developed almost total control over his ability. The flame bend to his will almost unthinkingly, which allows him better precision and temperature adjustment in battle.
  
  Danger level:
  Subject was previously at a Danger Level of 4, being incarcerated in the Cell Block F. This was due to volatile outbursts and a psychotic state of mind, wishing harm to hall he saw. However in recent years Blaise has shown greater improvement in control and mental stability which has put him on track to be released among the other subject under the promise of good behavior. Danger level is now around the 2-3 area, with minimal outbursts unless physically threatened. Is to be moved into Cell Block D very soon

  Personality:
  If you were to compare Blaise to his younger self, fresh from the physical augmentations and brutal experiments you’d think he was the complete opposite. He used to be quite unfriendly or cooperate, with nothing nice to say or do in the slightest. He was constantly angry and violent. However nowadays he’s much more... submissive. Rarely does he interact with others and he never acts up especially against personnel for the facility. This is due to many sessions of attitude rehabilitation and therapy to calm him down and “fix” his mind. If one were to approach him he’d be quite shy, and that’s not just because he’s unable to speak. He’s perfectly fluent and well spoken in sign language, but often chooses not to “speak” and is often quite afraid of voicing his opinions. If one were to get to know him and be what is called a friend to him, he’d definitely be a little clingy.
  
  On the flip side, much of Blaise’s past poor behavior still dwells within him. He’s prone to anger when struck or yelled at, and while he is in control of his actions he’s not afraid to stand up and fight back. Though once again, that’s unless it’s against the facility guards.
  
  Backstory:
  Blaise was born into the lives of Hernan and Beatris Ignium, in the vast city of Venice, Italy. He was a rambunctious but rather shy boy who struggled to make friends, so he spent most of his time indoors playing video games. Occasionally his father would join him when he wasn’t working, and his mother would often sit and watch him play as she worked on laundry or other various tasks throughout the house. It was a peaceful life, though just after he turned five his parents worried that he’d have social issues growing up. So they took the initiative and of taking Blaise out of the house to a local park in order to play with the other children. Little did they know, they’d be making the worst mistake for the child’s life.
  
  Whilst the boy roaming aimlessly around the playground, Blaise’s parents were distracted for a good while. And in that moment, little Blaise was swept away as if taken right out of existence. When his parents resumed focus, they realized their baby boy was gone. They looked everywhere, trying to find him in the most obscure places after the obvious ones failed them. But there was not a trace of him to be had. For days, weeks, and even months the scoured the entirety of Italy, and even reached out to other countries in search of their little one. However it was all in vain, for their little one was lost to them forever. He was either dead, or someplace where they’d never find him....
  
  Blaise came to in a strange place, a boxed in room of metal walls with a heavy door preventing any escape. It was dark, and really cold. So cold that it was torturing him to even be in there. The innocent five year old was so confused and scared, to the point that he unsurprisingly began crying his eyes out. He called for his mother and father, begging for them to come find and save him. But the only voice to answer was a strange person on the other side of the door. He said that Blaise’s parents would never find him, and that they couldn’t afford for Blaise to leave. They said he was special and important, with unique characteristics about him that could prove to be powerful. This only scared the boy more, but he didn’t have much of a choice in objecting their plans.
  
  For days on end he was tested and tortured, with the goal in mind of awakening and using the hidden genes within him. Fear tactics, stressful environments, and even physical torture were used, until finally a strange thing happened. Purple flames began to spit from Blaise’s bound hands, and anger filled his soul as something evil came upon him. Dark intents of murder and revenge of torture poisoned his mind, altering it to the point that the innocent boy his parents loved was gone. Blaise would curse at and threaten everyone he came across during the tests, with his mind deteriorating more and more as he devolved into some kind of monster.
  
  The one instance wasn’t enough, and the mad bastards in the white coats wanted to know more. No, they demanded it. Again and again he was tortured and stressed half way to death, with each test becoming more and more effective. Soon, they had a fully fledged Pyro on their hands, one that could control temperature and intensity. He was to be a fine weapon, and one that they would invest a lot of time and metal into.
  
  Previous tests had seen sparks erupt from the boys mouth, but no actually flame. It held potential, but after months of tests they could get no results. So they attempted to intervene.
  
  Ironically, before Blaise was to undergo a procedure to fit this task, an exchange between himself and a guard posted outside his door occurred. Blaise was going about the usual process of stringing together the most violent and volatile words possible in order to demean and threaten the man. Finally, the guard had had enough and turned, uttering a phrase that would haunt Blaise for the rest of his life. “If you aren’t careful with what you say, We might just have to take your voice from you....”
  
  Shortly thereafter, Blaise was sedated and brought into the medical office where the procedure was to begin. Bits of neck muscle were replaced with aluminum plating that would serve to house a reactor of sorts. One that would work hand in hand with Blaise’s energy to create the fire breathing monster they desired. He’d still be able to breath and consume food and drink normally, but now there was a greater threat to his power. Once everything was out in place, they awoke him. The first thing that he was to feel was a searing pain in his throat followed by a rush of fire up and out of his mouth in a painful scream of agony. Though it didn’t last long, as a fault in the machinery causes the flames to tear apart and destroy his vocal cord, leaving him mute forever.
  
  That was the breaking point, the final catalyst in rending the last of his sanity from his mind. His voice, it was gone forever. He was a mute, with no way to communicate to anyone. Not only this, but it took away the one thing he had to let off steam and aggression. No longer could he curse and threaten, and it caused his anger to boil greatly. This caused violent outbursts, that resulted in catastrophic injury and even death for those who attempted to subdue him. It kept happening over and over again, no matter how many times they warned him against it. Until finally they’d had enough.
  
  One day they came to his door, where Blaise was bound up in a solid steel straight jacket, and spoke of “behavioral therapy” for him that could heal his mind. If Blaise could’ve said something, it would’ve been to have them shove their therapy up their asses and to leave him alone. As usual though, he didn’t have a choice. Unsurprisingly, behavioral therapy was nothing more than a fancy term for excessive violence. They tortured Blaise over and over again, not in an attempt to heal his mind but to break it. They wanted control over their monster, and no was not an option. He was locked in freezers, nearly drowned in icy water, electrocuted, beat over and over again, and many other unspeakable tortures.
  
  It took a while, but finally his mind broke. Gone was the aggression and the rage, and returned was that scared little boy from ten years ago. Blaise was now fearful and extremely submissive to the facility personnel’s every word. He didn’t act out of turn, and did everything they asked of him. However on the incidence that one was to strike him or berate him with insults, his mind would revert back to that state of chaos, only to be tortured once more. Back and forth this went, until the present day where Blaise did everything to avoid being punished by those who watched him constantly. He just wanted to be free, and for once happy. The idea of being released to the other specimens on the ground of good behavior sounded wonderful, and now he waits, impatiently waiting for the day they let him leave this god forsaken cell block F.

Backstory: Holden worked at a local pet store, taking care of training and washing. He was popular with his coworkers for his friendly manners, as well as some of the regulars and their pets. One day during training, one of the dogs that Holden was working with managed to run out of the store. When he went to catch the dog, he was struck by a vehicle and died from the impact. After about 25 minutes, he got back up, aching in pain. After word got out of the boy who came back to life, the foundation quickly kidnapped him and was able to convince the public that the story was a hoax. After being in the foundation for almost a year, his pain thresh has skyrocketed, as well as his home sickness. But he makes it up with the other kids.
